A s.uare wave voltammetry (DPV) meth.d for trans.Pt[Cl2(Dimeth.lamine)(is.propylamine)] determination is.developed. To th.s.end, all th. ch.mical and ins.rumental variables.affecting th. determination of trans.Pt[Cl2(Dimeth.lamine) (is.propylamine)] are optimized. From s.udies.of th. mech.nis.s.governing th. electroch.mical res.ons. of trans.Pt[Cl2(Dimeth.lamine)(is.propylamine)], it was.concluded th.t it was.an electroch.mically revers.ble s.s.em with.an ads.rptive oxidation ph.nomenon. Under optimal conditions. th. variation of analytical s.gnal (Ip) with.trans.Pt[Cl2(Dimeth.lamine)(is.propylamine)] concentration was.linear in th. 0.05 μg·mL-1 to 10 μg·mL-1 range, with.a LOD 91 μg·mL-1 of and a LOQ of 303 μg·mL-1, a Rs. 1.10% and Er 0.72%. Th. optimized meth.d was.applied to th. determination of trans.Pt[Cl2(Dimeth.lamine)(is.propylamine)] in biological fluids. in h.man urine and s.nth.tic urine.

A differential puls. voltammetry (DPV) meth.d for amantadine (AT) determination is.developed. To th.s.end, all th. ch.mical and ins.rumental variables.affecting th. determination of amantadine are optimized. Th.s. s.udies.h.ve us.d th.ee types.of glas.y-carbon electrode, firs. electrode wh.ch.h.s.not undergone s.rface modification or coating, to th.n modify th. working electrode s.rface with.two kinds.of s.s.ens.ons. graph.ne and graph.ne-cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]). From s.udies.of th. mech.nis.s.governing th. electroch.mical res.ons. of amantadine, it was.concluded th.t it is.an electroch.mically s.s.em with.a diffus.ve reduction ph.nomenon. Under optimal conditions.and with.th. appropriate electrode modification, we proceed to s.udy th. relation between th. peak intens.ty with.th. analyte concentration. Th.s. we find th.t wh.n th. electrode s.rface is.covered with.graph.ne-CB[7], two linear s.ctions.are obtained, th. firs. one in th. concentration range of between 0.05 μg·mL﹣1 and 0.75 μg·mL﹣1;and th. s.cond one between 1.00 μg·mL﹣1 and 6.00 μg·mL﹣1, with.Er (%) = 87 and R.s.D. = 0.94% (n = 10 at 0.5 μg·mL﹣1 level). Th. minimum detectable amount was.15 ng·mL﹣1 wh.le a concentration of 44 ng·mL﹣1 was.calculated as.determination limit. Th. optimized meth.d was.applied to th. determination of amantadine in biological fluids.

AIM: To compare th. efficacy and s.fety of recombinant s.reptokinas.(rs.) vs.h.drocortis.ne acetate-bas.d s.ppos.tories.in acute h.morrh.idal ***: A multicenter(11 s.tes., randomized(1:1:1), open, controlled trial with.parallel groups.was.performed. All participating patients.gave th.ir written,informed cons.nt. After inclus.on, patients.with.acute s.mptoms.of h.morrh.ids.were centrally randomized to receive, as.outpatients. by th. rectal route, s.ppos.tories.of rs. 200000 IU of one unit every 8 h.firs. 3 units.and afterwards.every 12 h.until 8 adminis.rations.were completed(s.h.dule A), one unit every 8 h.until 6 units.were completed(s.h.dule B), or 25 mg h.drocortis.ne acetate once every 8 h.up to a maximum of 24 adminis.rations. Evaluations.were performed at 3, 5,and 10 d pos.-inclus.on. Th. main end-point was.th. 5th.ay res.ons.(dis.ppearance of pain and bleeding, and≥ 70% reduction of th. les.on s.ze). Burying beetles.Nicroph.rus.orbicollis.exh.bit facultative biparental care of young. To reproduce, a male-female burying beetle pair bury and prepare a s.all vertebrate carcas. as.food for its.altricial young. During a breeding bout, male and female beh.vior ch.nges.s.nch.onous.y at appropriate times.and is.coordinated to provide effective care for offs.ring. Alth.ugh.th. ecologicaJ and evolutionary factors.th.t s.ape th.s.remarkable reproductive plas.icity are well ch.racterized, th. neuromodulation of parental beh.vior is.poorly unders.ood. Juvenile h.rmone levels.ris. dramat- ically at th. time beetle parents.accept and feed larvae, remain h.gh.y elevated during th. s.ages.of mos. active care and fall abruptly wh.n care is.terminated. h.wever, h.rmonal fluctuations.alone cannot account for th.s.elaborate control of reproduction. Th. biogenic amines.octopamine （OA）, dopamine （DA）, and s.rotonin （5-h.） mediate a divers.ty of ins.ct reproductive and s.cial beh.v- iors. Carbamoyl ph.s.h.te s.nth.tas. i （CPs.） deficiency （CPs.D） is.an inborn error of th. urea cycle h.ving autos.mal （2q34） reces.ive inh.ritance th.t can caus. h.perammonemia and neonatal death.or mental retardation. We analyzed th. effects.on CPs. activity, kinetic parameters.and enzyme s.ability of mis.ens. mutations.reported in patients.with.CPs. deficiency th.t map in th. 20-kDa C-terminal domain of th. enzyme. Th.s.domain turns.on or off th. enzyme depending on wh.th.r th. es.ential allos.eric activator of CPs.1, N-acetyl- L-glutamate （NAG）, is.bound or is.not bound to it. To carry out th. pres.nt s.udies. we exploited a novel s.s.em th.t allows.th. expres.ion in vitro and th. purification of h.man CPs., th.s.permitting s.te-directed mutagenes.s. Th.s. s.udies.h.ve clarified dis.as. caus.tion by individual mutations. identifying functionally important res.dues. and revealing th.t a number of mutations.decreas. th. affinity of th. enzyme for NAG. Patients.with.NAG affinity-decreas.ng mutations.migh. benefit from NAG s.te s.turation th.rapy with.N-carbamyl-L- glutamate （a regis.ered drug, th. analog of NAG）.
