Importance of dementia and Alzheimer's disease(AD): On Earth, there is a "country" that we call Dementia with around 50 million inhabitants and an estimated global economic cost of Us $1 trillion(Wimo et al., 2017).AD may contribute to 60–70% of cases, with other major forms of dementia being vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies and a group of diseases that contribute to frontotemporal ***, the boundaries between different forms of dementia are indistinct and mixed forms often co-exist, which are only confirmed after postmortem neuropathological studies(Fernandez-Vega et al., 2015).

This paper reports the first photosynthetic study of marestail in Jiuzhaigou. In this work, we used PAM fluorometry to examine photosynthetic rates of submerged and emerged marestail in three lakes. Three lakes were studied across a gradient of water temperature, with low water temperature conditions in Grass Lake and Arrow Bamboo Lake, and higher water temperature in Five Colored Lake. In the field, electron transport rates （ETRmax） were measured as rapid light curves （RLCs） by in situ yield measurements. submerged and emerged marestail showed higher photosynthetic activity in Five Colored Lake compared to the other lakes, a response consistent with the adaptation of marestail in Five Colored Lake to high water temperature. The optimal temperature for photosynthesis of submerged marestail in Jiuzhaigou was about 12 ~C. Non- photochemical quenching （NPQ） of submerged and emerged marestail increased with increasing water temperature. Maximum quantum yield （Fv/Fm） of submerged marestail in Five Colored Lake showed full recovery at 170o h due to higher NPQ. Further, the chlorophyll a for submerged marestail was the highestin Grass Lake and the lowest in Five Colored Lake. These results indicate that in different lakes the function of these aquatic plants is associated with a diversity of place-dependent environmental conditions, especially water temperature that leads to pronounced differences in the plant＇s ecophysiological reactions.

History and biology of mesenchymal stem cell (MsC): MsCs were firstly described around 1970s by Friedenstein and his collaborators as a subpopulation of colony forming, clonogenic, plastic adherent stromal bone marrow derived cells, with the capacity to regenerate other tissues (Murphy et al., 2013). Caplan (1991) proposed that these mesenchymal cells were “stem” because of their ability to differentiate to any lineage of mesodermal cells. The richest sources of MsCs are bone marrow and adipose tissue, but they can also be isolated from synovial fluid, periosteum, fetal organs, placenta, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid (Murphy et al., 2013;sherman et al., 2015).

Background There are different definitions to identify/classify children with medical complexity(CMC).We aimed to investigate and describe the definitions used to classify CMC in epidemiological *** PubMed,sciELO,LILACs,and EMBAsE were searched from 2015 to 2020(last updated september 15th,2020)for original studies that presented the definition used to classify/identify CMC in the scientific research *** applied the Preferred Reporting Items for systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses *** the included studies,the following were identified:first author,year of publication,design,population,study period,the definition of CMC used,limitations,and *** Nine hundred and sixty-seven records were identified in the searched databases,and 42 met the inclusion *** the 42 studies included,the four most frequent definitions used in the articles included in this review were classification of CMC into nine diagnostic categories based on the International Classification of Diseases,Ninth Revision(ICD-9)(35.7%,15 articles);update of the previous classification for ICD-10 codes with the inclusion of other conditions in the definition(21.4%,nine articles);definition based on a medical complexity algorithm for classification(16.7%,seven articles);and a risk rating system(7.1%,three articles).Conclusions CMC definitions using diagnostic codes were more ***,several limitations were found in its *** research highlighted the need to improve health information systems to accurately characterize the CMC population and promote the provision of comprehensive care.

AIM:To evaluate the aspartate aminotransferase(AsT) to platelet ratio index(APRI) as a predictive factor of early viral response in chronic hepatitis C naive ***:We performed an ambispective case-control *** enrolled chronic hepatitis C naive patients who were evaluated to start therapy with PEGylated interferon α-2b(1.5 μg/kg per week) and ribavirin(>75 kg:1200mg and s were allocated into two groups,group 1:Hepatitis C patients with early viral response(EVR),group 2:Patients without *** ratio(OR) and 95% confi dence interval(CI) were calculated to assess the relationship between each risk factor and the EVR in both ***:During the study,80 patients were analyzed,45 retrospectively and 35 *** mean ± sD age of our subjects was 42.9 ± 12 years;weight 70 kg(±11.19),AsT 64.6 IU/mL(±48.74),alanine aminotransferase(ALT) 76.3 IU/mL(±63.08) and platelets 209000 mill/mm3(±84 429).Fifty-five(68.8%) were genotype 1 and 25(31.3%) were genotype 2 or 3;the mean hepatitis C virus RNA viral load was 2 269 061 IU/mL(±7220266).In the univariate analysis,APRI was not associated with EVR [OR 0.61(95% CI 0.229-1.655,P=0.33)],and the absence of EVR was only associated with genotype 1 [OR 0.28(95% CI 0.08-0.94,P=0.034)].After adjustment in a logistic regression model,genotype 1 remains signifi ***:APRI was not a predictor of EVR in chronic hepatitis C;Genotype 1 was the only predictive factor associated with the absence of EVR in our patients.
