The administration time is a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy based on macrophages because the incorrect time of macrophage administration could result in div.rse outcomes regarding the same macrophage *** this work,the second near-infrared(NIR-II)fluorescence imaging in v.v. tracking of M2 macrophages during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury rev.aled that the behav.or of administrated macrophages was influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCT)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages in the repairing tissue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICT)*** Keller-Segel model and histological analysis further demonstrated that DCT altered the chemotaxis of M2 macrophages and improv.d the healing outcome of the repaired structure in comparison with *** results offer a possible explanation of prev.ous conflicting results on reparativ. cell therapy and prov.ke reconsideration of the timing of these therapies.

Intelligent speed adaptation for v.sibility technology affects driv.rs’speed selection along curv.s with sight limitations

Sight obstructions along road curv.s can lead to a crash if the driv.r is not able to stop the v.hicle in *** is a particular issue along curv.s with limited av.ilable sight,where speed management is necessary to av.id unsafe situations(e.g.,driv.ng off the road or inv.ding the other traffic lane).To solv. this issue,we proposed a nov.l intelligent speed adaptation(ISA)system for v.sibility,called v.ISA(intelligent speed adaptation for v.sibility).It estimates the real-time safe speed limits based on the prev.iling sight conditions.v.ISA comes with three v.riants with specific feedback modalities(1)v.sual and(2)auditory information,and(3)direct interv.ntion to assume control ov.r the v.hicle ***,we inv.stigated the efficiency of each of the three v.ISA v.riants on driv.ng speed choice and lateral behav.oural response along road curv.s with limited and unsafe av.ilable sight distances,using a driv.ng *** also considered curv. road geometry(curv. direction:rightward ***).Sixty activ. driv.rs were recruited for the *** half of them(experimental group)tested the three v.ISA v.riants(and a v.ISA off condition),the other half always drov. with the v.ISA off(v.lidation group).We used a linear mixed-effect model to ev.luate the influence of v.ISA on driv.r *** v.ISA v.riants were efficient at reducing speeds at entrance points,with no discernible negativ. impact on driv.r lateral *** rightward curv.s,the v.ISA interv.ning v.riant appeared to be the most effectiv. at adapting to sight *** of the current study implies that v.ISA might assist driv.rs to adjust their operating speed as per prev.iling sight conditions and,consequently,establishes safer driv.ng conditions.

The atomic-to-molecular gas conv.rsion is a critical step in the baryon cycle of galaxies,which sets the initial conditions for subsequent star formation and influences the multi-phase interstellar *** compiled a sample of 94 nearby galaxies with observ.tions of multi-phase gas contents by utilizing public HⅠ,CO,and optical IFU data from the Ma NGA surv.y together with new FAST HⅠ*** agreement with prev.ous results,our sample shows that the global molecular-to-atomic gas ratio(Rmol≡log MH2/MHⅠ) is correlated with the global stellar mass surface density μ*with a Kendall's τ coefficient of 0.25 and pless tightly but still correlated with stellar mass and NUv.r color,and not related to the specific star formation rate（sSFR）.The cold gas distribution and kinematics inferred from the HⅠand CO global profile asymmetry and shape do not significantly rely on *** to the av.ilability of kpc-scale observ.tions of MaNGA,we decompose galaxies into HⅡ,composite,and AGN-dominated regions by using the BPT *** increasing Rmol,the fraction of HⅡregions within 1.5 effectiv. radius decreases slightly;the density distribution in the spatially resolv.d BPT diagram also changes significantly,suggesting changes in metallicity and ionization *** with high Rmoltend to hav. high oxygen abundance,both at one effectiv. radius with a Kendall's τ coefficient of 0.37(pl *** all parameters inv.stigated here,the oxygen abundance at one effectiv. radius has the strongest relation with global *** dependence of gas conv.rsion on gas distribution and galaxy ionization states is *** contrast,the observ.d positiv. relation between oxygen abundance（μ*） and Rmolindicates that the gas conv.rsion is efficient in regions of high metallicity（density）.

Supplementation of v.tamin E or a botanical extract as antioxidants to improv. growth performance and health of growing pigs housed under thermoneutral or heat-stressed conditions
