The.We.t Congo Be.t contains in its rocks of Ne.prote.ozoic age.from Ne.ba comple. outcropping in the.Moumba Rive.. This We.t Congo be.t is made.up of a crustal se.me.t of the.Arcuaï-We.t Congo oroge. which e.te.ds from southwe.t Gabon to the.northe.st of Angola. This study aims to constrain the.ge.che.ical signature.Ne.ba comple. of We.t Congo be.t from the.pe.rograhic and ge.che.ical study on the.whole.rock. The.pe.rographic data from this study show the.Moumba me.abasite. are.made.up of amphibolite., me.agabbros, e.idotite. and gre.nschists inte.stratifie. in the.e.urne.n me.ase.ime.ts and affe.te. by me.ozonal to e.izonal me.amorphism characte.ize. by the.re.romorphosis of inte.me.iate.amphibolite.facie. mine.als into gre.nschist facie.. Whole.rock ge.che.ical data indicate.that the.e.me.abasite. are.contine.tal flood basalts (CFB) of basic nature.and transitional affinity e.place. in intraplate.conte.t. The.e.contine.tal flood basalts are.ge.e.ate. from magma originating from a significantly e.riche. shallow mantle.plume.and this magma the. contaminate. by the.contine.tal crust during the.r asce.t. The.re.onstruction of te.tonic signature.sugge.ts that We.t Congo be.t would re.ult from closure.of an oce.n basin with subduction phe.ome.a. This collision would be.marke. by the.e.tablishme.t of ophiolite.comple.. We.show that this mode. is incompatible.with the.CFB nature.of me.abasite. and the.oroge.ic e.olution of Ne.prote.ozoic. De.e.opme.t of a robust te.t for GH has be.n challe.ging be.ause.re.ombinant human 22 kDa （22K） GH use. in doping is indistinguishable.analytically from e.doge.ous GH and the.e.are.wide.physiological fluctuations in circulating GH conce.trations. One.approach to GH te.ting is base. on me.sure.e.t of diffe.e.t circulating GH isoforms using immunoassays that diffe.e.tiate.be.we.n 22K and othe. GH isoforms. Administration of 22K GH re.ults in a change.in its abundance.re.ative.to othe. e.doge.ous pituitary GH isoforms. Landslide. in inte.tropical mountainous are.s of Me.ico are.a natural hazard that could pote.tially ge.e.ate.a disaste.. De.pite.this, many are.s lack landslide.inve.torie., making it difficult to monitor and e.ficie.tly manage.the.associate. risks for local populations. For this re.son, the.aim of this re.e.rch was to unde.take.a multite.poral landslide.inve.tory and analyze.its conditioning factors in the.Pico de.Tancítaro stratovolcano, which, in re.e.t de.ade., has pre.e.te. se.e.al high-risk ge.morphological e.e.ts with disastrous conse.ue.ce. for ne.rby localitie.. The.spatial distribution of landslide. and its conditioning factors we.e.mappe. at a 1:50,000 scale.for the.1995-2020 pe.iod, through visual inte.pre.ation of orthophotos and sate.lite.image.(Landsat, SPOT, and Se.TINe.). The.conditioning factors that link the.most to landslide. we.e.Quate.nary ande.ite.and basaltic ande.ite.rocks;volcanic cone., mountain rive. valle.s, and ve.y ste.p to ste.p slope.(30° to >45°), orie.te. to the.South, North, and e.st;Andosols and Le.tosols;and the.oyame. fir and mixe. fore.ts. 505 landslide.e.e.ts classifie. into slide. and flows that occurre. in 1995, 2004, 2010, and 2015 we.e.ide.tifie.. Robust sampling de.igns are.ofte. use. to he.p e.sure.re.re.e.tation of the.population, but ofte. the.full sample.is unre.lize. due.to hazardous conditions or possibly lack of land acce.s pe.mission. Pote.tially, bias may be.imparte. to the.sample.if the.nonre.ponse.is nonrandom with re.pe.t to fore.t characte.istics, which be.ome. more.difficult to asse.s for change.e.timation me.hods that re.uire.me.sure.e.ts of the.same.sample.plots at two points in time. i.e., re.e.sure.e.t. To e.amine.pote.tial nonre.ponse.bias in change.e.timate., two synthe.ic populations we.e.constructe.: 1) a typical NFI population consisting of both fore.t and nonfore.t plots, and 2) a population that mimics a large.catastrophic disturbance.e.e.t within a fore.te. population.
