Pure Cr coatings were deposited onto the pieces of silicon wafer at different pulse width and frequency of bias voltage by magnetron sputter ion *** microstructure and preferential orientation of pure Cr coatings were analyzed by SEM and XRD *** show that the diffusion ability of atoms on the coating surface was improved due to the substrate temperature rise effect caused by the ion bombardment with the pulse width ***,the effect of frequency of bias DC voltage on the microstructure of pure Cr coatings was particularly *** bombardment ions action on the coating surface were more uniformly and more dispersed compared with the nucleation rate of Cr atoms and the density of pure Cr coatings both improved with the frequency increased are the main reasons that the microstructure of pure Cr coatings changed from dense,granular columnar grain outcrops to uniformity,small nano-crystalline particles.

Smart manufacturing in the“Industry 4.0”strategy promotes the deep integration of manufacturing and information technologies,which makes the manufacturing system a ubiquitous ***,the real-time scheduling of such a manufacturing system is a challenge faced by many decision *** deal with this challenge,this study focuses on the real-time hybrid flow shop scheduling problem(HFSP).First,the characteristic of the hybrid flow shop in a smart manufacturing environment is analyzed,and its scheduling problem is ***,a real-time scheduling approach for the HFSP is *** core module is to employ gene expression programming to construct a new and efficient scheduling rule according to the real-time status in the hybrid flow *** the scheduling rule,the priorities of the waiting job are calculated,and the job with the highest priority will be scheduled at this decision time point.A group of experiments are performed to prove the performance of the proposed *** numerical experiments show that the real-time scheduling approach outperforms other single-scheduling rules and the back-propagation neural network method in optimizing most objectives for different size ***,the contribution of this study is the proposal of a real-time scheduling approach,which is an effective approach for real-time hybrid flow shop scheduling in a smart manufacturing environment.

The accumulation and productivity of shale gas are mainly controlled by the characteristics of shale reservoirs;study of these characteristics forms the basis for the shale gas exploitation of the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation(Fm),Southern *** this study,core observation and lithology study were conducted along with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electronic scanning microscopy(SEM)examinations and liquid nitrogen(N2)adsorption/desorption and CH4 isothermal adsorption experiments for several exploration wells in northwestern Hunan Province,*** results show that one or two intervals with high-quality source rocks(TOC>2 wt%)were deposited in the deep-shelf *** source rocks,which were mainly composed of carbonaceous shales and siliceous shales,had high quartz contents(>40 wt%)and low clay mineral(50 nm in diameter).The shale reservoir has strong adsorption capacity for *** Langmuir volume(VL)varied from 1.63 to 7.39 cm^3/g,with an average of 3.95 cm^3/*** characteristics of shale reservoir are controlled by several factors:(1)A deep muddy continental shelf is the most favorable environment for the development of shale reservoirs,which is controlled by the development of basic materials.(2)The storage capacity of the shale reservoir is positively related to the TOC contents and plastic minerals and negatively related to cement minerals.(3)High maturity or overmaturity leads to the growth of organic pores and microfractures,thereby improving the reservoir storage *** can be deduced that the high percentage o

To investigate the formation mechanism of calcium hexaluminate（CaAl_（12）O_（19）, CA_6）, the analytically pure alumina and calcia used as raw materials were mixed in cao/Al_2O_3 ratio of 12.57：137.43 by mass. The raw materials were ball-milled and shaped into green specimens, and fired at 1300-1600°C. Then, the phase composition and microstructure evolution of the fired specimen were studied, and a first principle calculation was performed. The results show that in the reaction system of cao and Al_2O_3, a small amount of CA_6 forms at 1300°C, and greater amounts are formed at 1400°C and higher temperatures. The reaction is as follows： cao ·2Al_2O_3（CA_2）＋ 4Al_2O_3 → CA_6. The diffusions of Ca^（2＋） in CA_2 towards Al_2O_3 and Al^（3＋） in Al_2O_3 towards CA_2 change the structures in different degrees of difficulty. Compared with the difficulty of structural change and the corresponding lattice energy change, it is deduced that the main formation mechanism is the diffusion of Ca^（2＋） in CA_2 towards Al_2O_3.

Linear accelerators equipped with multileaf collimators (MLC) are becoming more common and are widely used in the intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). There is an imperative need to ensure the commissioning specification of the linear accelerators for the sake of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). This paper is aimed to investigate the role of AGFA high-energy CR (Computed Radiography) in calibrating dynamic multileaf col- limators and evaluating the accuracy of the leaf position. The result shows that AGFA high-energy CR can easily and conveniently be used to calibrate MLC and verify its position. Hence, the application of AGFA high-energy CR is proved to be an accurate and time-saving method for routine MLC QC, especially when MLC calibration adjustments are required.

In this study, the Chinese fir （Cunninghamia lanceolata Hook.） specimens with different ratios of heartwood thickness to sapwood thickness （HS） were radially compressed at different compression speeds, and then absorbed amine copper quat-type D （ACQ-D） preservative solution under the negative-pressure produced by the recovery of compression deformation. The liquid uptake （Al）, the recovery rate of compression deformation （Rs） and the chemical absorption （Ac） of samples were determined, as well as the overall distribution of density and effective component of ACQ-D （i.e., copper in wood）, the mechanical properties such as surface hardness were also measured. The Al, Rs, Ac values of compressed samples including the whole heartwood ones were higher than those of uncompressed samples, showing that radial compression had an obvious positive effect on improving the liquid absorption of heartwood. Higher compression speed of 3 ***^-1 is preferable since the samples with that speed could reach the highest Al and Ac; in addition, more deformation fixation has been produced possibly because of the faster heat and moisture transmission at the higher compressed speed, and more bonds of hydrophobic nature were formed, leading to the higher surface hardness and density. A consistent tendency of the density distribution and the copper retentions along the thickness direction could be explained that the layers with higher density have smaller volumes of void areas, and more chemicals were absorbed and fixed, resulting in the higher copper retentions.

The Lower Cretaceous extensively distributed in Zhejiang contains abundant fossil plants. Since most of the fossils are so fragmentary, it is difficult to make a definite determination at specific level. The cuticle remains are very rare; only two species were reported (Chow and Tsao, 1979), namely, Pseudofrenelopsis parceramosa (Font.) Watson and P. papillosa (Chow et Tsao). This paper deals with several specimens of Gymnospermae, paying particular attention to the characteristics of the cuticular structure. These specimens belong to Nilssonia, Pseudofrenelopsis, Cupressinocladus and Brachyphyllum respectively, all being yielded from the four localities: 1. Suqin of Gymnospermae, paying particular attention to the characteristics of the cuticular structure. These specimens belong to Nihsonia, Pseudafrenelopsis, Cupressi-nocladus and Brachyphyllum respectively, all being yielded from the four localities: 1. Suqin of Xinchang County (Guantou Formation); 2. Shen-jia of Zhuji County (Shouchang Formation); 3. Pingshan of Lin’an County (Shouchang Formation); and 4. Laocun of Jiande County (Laocure Formation), as shown in the map of fossil localities in this paper. Mountain biodiversity is of great importance to biogeography and ***,it is unclear what ecological and evolutionary processes best explain the generation and maintenance of its high levels of species *** this study,we determined which of six common hypotheses(e.g.,climate hypotheses,habitat heterogeneity hypothesis and island biogeography theory)best explain global patterns of species diversity in *** found that Rhododendron diversity patterns were most strongly explained by proxies of island biogeography theory(i.e.,mountain area)and habitat heterogeneity(i.e.,elevation range).When we examined other relationships important to island biogeography theory,we found that the planimetric area and the volume of mountains were positively correlated with the Rhododendron diversity,whereas the‘mountains-to-mainland’distance was negatively correlated with Rhododendron diversity and shared *** findings demonstrate that Rhododendron diversity can be explained by island biogeography theory and habitat heterogeneity,and mountains can be regarded as islands which supported island biogeography theory.

Alloys of uranium and molybdenum are considered as the future of nuclear fuel and defense ***,surface corrosion is a fundamental problem in practical applications and *** this study,the static and dynamic evolution of carbon monoxide(CO)adsorption and dissociation onγ-U(100)surface with different Mo doping levels was investigated based on density functional theory and ab initio molecular *** the static calculation phase,parameters,such as adsorption energy,configuration,and Bader charge,were evaluated at all adsorption ***,the time-dependent behavior of CO molecule adsorption were investigated at the most favorable *** minimum energy paths for CO molecu-lar dissociation and atom migration were investigated using the transition state search *** results demonstrated that the CO on the uranium surface mainly manifests as chemical adsorption before dissociation of the CO *** CO molecule exhibited a tendency to rotate and tilt upright ***,it is difficult for CO adsorption on the surface in one of the configurations with CO molecule in vertical direction but oxygen(O)is closer to the *** charge illustrates that the charge transfers from slab atoms to the 2π*antibonding orbital of CO molecule and particularly occurs in carbon(C)*** time is less than 100 fs for the adsorptions that forms embryos with tilt upright in dynamics *** density of states elucidates that the overlapping hybridization of C and O 2p orbitals is mainly formed via the d orbitals of uranium and molybdenum(Mo)atoms in the dissociation and re-adsorption of CO *** conclusion,Mo doping of the surface can decelerate the adsorption and dissociation of CO molecules.A Mo-doped surface,created through ion injection,enhanced the resistance to uranium-induced surface corrosion.
