Objective To describe the treatment patterns and survival status of advanced gastric cancer(AGC)in China in the past two decades,and objectively evaluate the impact of standardized Chinese medicine(CM)treatment on the survival of AGC *** This multicenter registry designed and propensity score analysis study described the diagnosis characteristics,treatment-pattern development and survival status of AGC from 10 hospitals in China between January 1,2000 and July 31,*** survival(OS)was evaluated between non-CM cohort(standard medical treatment)and CM cohort(integrated standard CM treatment≥3 months).Propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weighting(IPTW)were performed to adjust any difference in average outcomes for *** A total of 2,001 patients histologically confirmed locally advanced and/or metastasis stomach and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma were *** them,1,607 received systemic chemotherapy,215(10.74%)accepted molecular targeted therapy,44(2.2%)received checkpoint inhibitor therapy,and 769(38.43%)received ***-drug regimen was the main choice for first-line treatment,with fluoropyrimidine plus platinum as the most common regimen(530 cases,60.09%).While 45.71%(16 cases)of patients with HER2 amplification received trastuzumab in *** application of apatinib increased(33.33%)in *** application of checkpoint inhibitors has increased since *** analysis showed that Lauren mixed type(P=0.017),cycles of first-line treatment>6(P=0.000),CM(P=0.000),palliative gastrectomy(P=0.000),trastuzumab(P=0.011),and apatinib(P=0.008)were independent prognostic factors for the OS of *** PSM and IPTW,the median OS of CM cohort and non-CM cohort was 18.17 and 12.45 months,respectively(P<0.001).Conclusions In real-world practice for AGC in China,therapy choices consisted with ***-drug regimen was the main first-line *** CM treatment was an independent

A deep learning model enabled multi-event recognition for distributed optical fiber sensing

Fiber optic sensors that utilize backscattered light offer distributed real-time measurements and have been seen tremendous improvements in sensing distance and spatial resolution over the last ***, these improvements in sensor capabilities lead to a significant increase in the amount of data that needs to be processed. Traditional processing schemes are no longer adequate, so the development of novel signal processing methods is critical. Phase-sensitive optical time domain reflectometry(Φ-OTDR) is now applied in various applications for multi-event recognition, and it would usually be difficult, sometimes even unrealistic to label all the acquired samples due to its real-time and seamless monitoring nature. To fully take advantage of the information contained within the large number of unlabeled samples, which were formerly not utilized and hence wasted, we propose a semi-supervised model to boost the event classification performance of Φ-OTDR. The model extracts respectively the temporal features and the spatial bidirectional features together with a dual attention mechanism. Its classification accuracy has been improved up to 96.9%with only 1230 labeled samples. In addition, our model shows significant advantages when the number of labeled samples is reduced. Importantly, our method improves the accuracy of multi-event classification without any modification to the optical setup.

Survival Analysis of Patients Undergoing Intraoperative Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Surgical Treatment of Malignant Glioma

How topography and neighbor shape the fate of trees in subtropical forest restoration:Environmental filtering and resource competition drive natural regeneration

Characterization and spatial analysis of coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake in the Xianshuihe fault zone, Southwest China

On September 5, 2022, a magnitude Ms 6.8 earthquake occurred along the Moxi fault in the southern part of the Xianshuihe fault zone located in the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,resulting in severe damage and substantial economic loss. In this study, we established a coseismic landslide database triggered by Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake, which includes 4794 landslides with a total area of 46.79 km^(2). The coseismic landslides primarily consisted of medium and small-sized landslides, characterized by shallow surface sliding. Some exhibited characteristics of high-position initiation resulted in the obstruction or partial obstruction of rivers, leading to the formation of dammed lakes. Our research found that the coseismic landslides were predominantly observed on slopes ranging from 30° to 50°, occurring at between 1000 m and 2500 m, with slope aspects varying from 90° to 180°. Landslides were also highly developed in granitic bodies that had experienced structural fracturing and strong-tomoderate weathering. Coseismic landslides concentrated within a 6 km range on both sides of the Xianshuihe and daduhe fault zones. The area and number of coseismic landslides exhibited a negative correlation with the distance to fault lines, road networks, and river systems, as they were influenced by fault activity, road excavation, and river erosion. The coseismic landslides were mainly distributed in the southeastern region of the epicenter, exhibiting relatively concentrated patterns within the IX-degree zones such as Moxi Town, Wandong River basin, Detuo Town to Wanggangping Township. Our research findings provide important data on the coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake and reveal the spatial distribution patterns of these landslides. These findings can serve as important references for risk mitigation, reconstruction planning, and regional earthquake disaster research in the earthquake-affected area.

评价中医药治疗胃癌临床随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCTs)文献的质量。方法:根据Co-chrane中心指南,机检和手检相结合检索2002年1月-2006年12月国内生物医学期刊和会议论著发表的有关中医药治疗胃癌的RCTs文献,按照临床流行病学原理及CONSORT声明,收集所有文献的信息,进行描述性分析和一致性检验。结果:共纳入RCTs文献79篇。其中7篇列举了具体纳入标准,占8.86%;3篇有排除标准,占3.79%;17篇有明确的中医证候分类,占21.52%;59篇文献提及疗效评价标准,占74.68%;无1篇文献交代样本含量估算情况;5篇报告了随机分配方法,占6.33%;2篇有随机分配隐藏的简单描述,占2.53%;42篇有基线资料的具体描述,占53.16%;2篇运用了盲法,占2.57%;45篇有统计学方法描述,占56.96%;46篇记录了副性事件,占58.23%;4篇提及治疗后的病例随访,占5.06%。结论:中医药治疗胃癌的RCTs质量还不够高,有待进一步提高。主要表现为随机分组方法没有说明或应用错误,随机分配隐藏没有得到足够重视,盲法使用过低,诊断标准以及受试者的纳入排除标准未充分报告,中医证候分类亟需规范统一,组间基线资料统计不全,样本量低且没有具体的估算方法,疗效评价标准不够统一,忽视依从性、病例脱落、随访情况的分析和伦理规范。

Thermal transport in composition graded silicene/germanene heterostructures

Through equilibrium and non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations,we have demonstrated the inhibitory effect of composition graded interface on thermal transport behavior in lateral ***,we investigated the influence of composition gradient length and heterogeneous particles at the silicene/germanene(SIL/GER)heterostructure interface on heat *** results indicate that composition graded interface at the interface diminishes the thermal conductivity of the heterostructure,with a further reduction observed as the length increases,while the effect of the heterogeneous particles can be considered *** unveil the influence of composition graded interface on thermal transport,we conducted phonon analysis and identified the presence of phonon localization within the interface composition graded *** these analyses,we have determined that the decrease in thermal conductivity is correlated with phonon localization within the heterostructure,where a stronger degree of phonon localization signifies poorer thermal conductivity in the *** research findings not only contribute to understanding the impact of interface gradient-induced phonon localization on thermal transport but also offer insights into the modulation of thermal conductivity in heterostructures.
