卡尔福克矿山富金矿化作为铜-金矽卡岩的叠加矿产出。地质地球化学研究和金在铜-金矽卡岩与富金矿化中的分布的地质统计学比较结果说明,金是在两个分别进行的、不同的地质事件中沉淀成矿的:1.沉淀事件,在多种因素控制下与铜一起沉淀在矽卡岩矿石中;2.富金矿化事件,在以帕内尔石灰岩为围岩的矽卡岩中形成富金矿体。此阶段的成矿物质的金含量远远高于矽卡岩矿石中的金含量。富金矿伴随有明显的蚀变作用,这种蚀变作用的特点是含有粘土黄铁矿和石英-黄铁矿(-砷黝铜矿),Au、As、Sb、Hg、Si、S和Tl异常以及Pd、Ca和Se亏损。据岩相学和电子探针研究,富金矿化至少有三幕;富金矿化早于石英钼矿脉的生成。富金矿石的统计学特征在直方图、散布图和方差图上不同于铜-金矿化。富金矿组合样的金品位平均值为0.3盎司/短吨(约10.29ppm——编者)。矽卡岩矿石的定向方差图表明,N20°E走向的弥散型断层组和距宾厄姆岩株接触带的距离控制了金和铜的品位。矿体的高程似乎是矽卡岩中金品位的一个附加控制因素。帕内尔石灰岩中富金矿化的富矿体具有已贫化的钻探储量1.2Mt。有证据表明,在现有钻探控制范围以外,矿体还延伸一段距离。

This paper compares the fluid flow phenomena occurring within a fractured reservoir for three different fracture models using computational fluid *** effect of the fracture-matrix interface condition is studied on the pressure and velocity *** fracture models were compared based on the variation in pressure and permeability *** model was developed for isotropic and anisotropic permeability *** results suggest that the fracture aperture can have a drastic effect on fluid *** porous fracture-matrix interface condition produces more realistic transport of *** increasing the permeability in the isotropic porous matrix,the pressure drop was significantly higher in both the fracture and reservoir *** anisotropic conditions in the 3d fractured reservoir,the effect of the higher longitudinal permeability was found to lower the pressure in the fractured *** on the properties of the fractured reservoir,this study can enhance the understanding of fracture-matrix fluid interaction and provide a method for production optimisation.

Effectiveness of exercise in hepatic fat mobilization in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease: Systematic review

The Chinese Altai-East Junggar collage in the southern Altaids hosts three metallogenic belts, which are,from north to south:(1) a volcanogenic massive sulphide(VMS) Cu-Pb-Zn belt;(2) a belt of shear zone-related gold deposits;(3) a porphyry Cu-Au-Mo *** VMS deposits formed in two pulses(c. 405 Ma and c.375 Ma) in the Chinese Altai *** porphyry deposits developed in three pulses in the East Junggar arc,the first two synchronous with the VMS mineralization,and the third at c.330 *** shear zone-related gold deposits developed in the late Carboniferous to Permian at the contact between the Chinese Altai and East Junggar ***-space distributions of diverse ore deposits across the Altai-East Junggar collage indicate that the collage developed from two independent arcs,the Chinese Altai and the East Junggar. The VMS and porphyry deposits developed in the Chinese Altai and East Junggar arcs,*** Chinese Altai arc is interpreted to be a Japanese-type arc,and the East Junggar arc a Mariana-type *** the latest Palaeozoic,the two arcs were juxtaposed by the Erqis Fault,when many shear zone-related lode gold deposits were *** metallogenic distributions were a likely response to spatially localized mechanisms of crust growth and to the tectonic evolution of the Altai-East Junggar collage,and they are consistent with interpretation of the Altaids as a multiple subduction-accretion collage.

AIM: To investigate the efficacy of exercise interventions on hepatic fat mobilization in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLd) ***: Ovid-Medline, Pub Med, EMBASE and Cochrane database were searched for randomized trials and prospective cohort studies in adults aged ≥ 18 which investigated the effects of at least 8 wk of exercise only or combination with diet on NAFLd from 2010 to 2016. The search terms used to identify articles, in which exercise was clearly described by type, duration, intensity and frequency were: "NASH", "NAFLd", "nonalcoholic steatohepatitis", "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease", "fat", "steatosis", "diet", "exercise", "MR spectroscopy" and "liver biopsy". NAFLd diagnosis, as well as the outcome measures, was confirmed by either hydrogen-magnetic resonance spectroscopy(H-MRS) or biopsy. Trials that included dietary interventions along with exercise were accepted if they met all criteria. RESULTS: Eight studies met selection criteria(6 with exercise only, 2 with diet and exercise with a total of 433 adult participants). Training interventions ranged between 8 and 48 wk in duration with a prescribed exercise frequency of 3 to 7 d per week, at intensities between 45% and 75% of VO2 peak. The most commonly used imaging modality was H-MRS and one study utilized biopsy. The effect of intervention on fat mobilization was 30.2% in the exercise only group and 49.8% in diet and exercise group. There was no difference between aerobic and resistance exercise intervention, although only one study compared thetwo interventions. The beneficial effects of exercise on intrahepatic triglyceride(IHTG) were seen even in the absence of significant weight loss. The transiting exoplanet system HAT-P-24 was observed by using CCd cameras at Yunnan Observatory and Hokoon Astronomical Centre, China in 2010 and 2012. In order to enhance the signal to noise ratio of transit events, the observed data are corrected for systematic errors according to Collier cameron et al.＇s coarse de- correlation and Tamuz et al.＇s SYSREM algorithms. Three new complete transit light curves are analyzed by means of the Markov chain Monte Carlo technique, and the new physical parameters of the system are derived. They are consistent with the old ones from the discovered paper except for a new larger radius Rp = 1.364 Rj of HAT- P-24b, which confirms its inflated nature. By combining the five available epochs of mid-transit derived from complete transit light curves, the orbital period of HAT-P- 24b is refined to P = 3.3552479 d and no obvious transit timing variation signal can be found from these five transit events during 2010-2012.

AIM:To compare the performance characteristics of Pentax HiLine(PHL)(with i-scan) and Olympus Lucera(OL) systems in a screening ***:Screening colonoscopies in asymptomatic guaiac faecal occult blood test-positive patients with PHL(n = 58) and OL(n = 425) colonoscopes were *** procedures were performed by a single *** used white-light endoscopy(WLE) on scope insertion and contrast/surface enhancement(i-scan 1) on withdrawal,and OL utilised WLE both on insertion and *** age,sex,instrument insertion and withdrawal times,nurse assessed patient comfort scores,midazolam and fentanyl doses,procedure completion and rates of lesion detection were recorded separately for each *** between the groups were made using either Fisher's exact test(for dichotomous variables) or Mann-Whitney U test(for ordinal and continuous variables).RESULTS:Colonoscopy completion rates were similar in both groups:413/425(97.2%) for OL and 55/58(94.9%) for PHL(P = 0.24).For complete colonoscopies,the two groups were well matched for age,sex,colonoscope insertion times(mean 11.1 min in OL vs 11.6 min in PHL,P = 0.93) and normal colonoscopy withdrawal times(mean 15.6 min in OL vs 14.7 min in PHL,P = 0.2).Patients in the PHL group experienced a small increase in discomfort(mean patient comfort scores were 0.49 in the OL and 0.95 in the PHL group,P doses required were similar between groups(mean 57.5 μg in OL vs 61.4 μg in PHL,P = 0.13),slightly more Midazolam was required in the PHL group(mean 2.1 mg in OL vs 2.4 mg in PHL,P = 0.035).There was no difference in polyp(58% in OL vs 67% in PHL) or adenoma(49% in OL vs 56% in PHL) detection rates between the *** the total number of polyps and adenomas,nor the characteristics of these(including size,location or presence of advanced features) were different between the two ***:This study suggests that there is no advantage of either colonoscop

X-ray micro-computed tomography(μ-CT)can be used to provide both qualitative and quantitative information on the structure of three-dimensional(3d)bioactive *** performed in a dry state,μ-CT accurately reflects the structure of collagen-based scaffolds,but imaging in a wet state offers challenges with *** we have used phosphotungstic acid(PTA)as a contrast agent to visualise fully hydrated collagen scaffolds in a physiologically relevant environment.A systematic investigation was performed to understand the effects of PTA on the results of μ-CT imaging by varying sample processing variables such as crosslinking density,hydration medium and staining *** samples in 0.3% PTA solution overnight completely stained the samples and the treatment provided a successful route forμ-CT analysis of crosslinked ***,significant structural artefacts were observed for samples which were either non-crosslinked or had low levels of crosslinking,which had a heterogeneous interior architecture with collapsed pores at the scaffold *** work highlights the importance of optimising the choice of processing and staining conditions to ensure accurate visualisation for hydrated 3d collagen scaffolds in an aqueous medium.
