Ly Son (Quang Ngai province) and phu Quy (Binh Thuan province) are two island districts in Vietnam that have similar natural characteristics;both are facing the issues of sustainable economic development. this research applied Man-Kendall model to estimate the trend of some socio-economic elements in these two island districts that have been collected during the period of 2002-2018. In general, socio-economic factors showed a tendency to increase recently. Ly Son island district has faster growth rate than that of phu Quy because phu Quy is farther from the mainland, more difficult to access and this island district does not own distinct local products. However, with the current development speed, Ly Son is facing several consequences such as insufficient water sources to meet the water demand and security instability due to the increasing number of visitors to the island. this research also proposed that, in order to sustainably develop the two island districts, there should be a specific structure for economic development orientation among sectors based on phased schedule. More importantly, tourism development planning should take capacity into consideration. Fishing practices should pay attention to methods and fishing equipment. Infrastructure investment for environmental protection as well as advocacy program to minimize the use of plastic bags should be done on a regular basis.

Recently, air quality has significantly improved in developed country, but that issue is of concern in emerging megacity in developing *** this study, aerosols and their precursor gas were collected by NILU filter pack at two distinct urban sites during the winter and summer in Osaka, Japan and dry and rainy seasons in Ho Chi Minh City(HCMC),*** aims are to investigate the contribution of water-soluble inorganic ions(WSIIs) to PM2.5, thermodynamic characterization and possible formation pathway of secondary inorganic aerosol(SIA).The PM2.5 concentration in Osaka(15.8 μg/m^3) is lower than that in HCMC(23.0 μg/m^3), but the concentration of WSIIs in Osaka(9.0 μg/m^3) is two times higher than that in HCMC(4.1 μg/m^3).Moreover, SIA including NH4^+, NO3^-and SO4^2-are major components in WSIIs accounting for 90% and 76%(in molar) in Osaka and HCMC,*** models were used to understand the thermodynamic characterization of urban ***, statistical analysis results indicate that very good agreement(R2> 0.8) was found for all species, except for nitrate aerosol in *** found that when the crustal species present at high amount, those compositions should be included in model calculation(*** the HCMC situation).Finally, we analyzed the characteristics of NH4^+– NO3^-– SO4^2-system.A possible pathway to produce fine nitrate aerosol in Osaka is via the homogeneous reaction between NH3 and HNO3, while nonvolatile nitrate aerosols can be formed by the heterogeneous reactions in HCMC.

The research analyzes the factors affecting the tourists’ decision to visit agricultural farms in Thai nguyen province. Three hundred tourists from 10 agritourism farms were surveyed, and the results showed that there are five factors affecting the decision of tourists in order of importance, including: “Motivation to travel” has the greatest influence with the coefficient β = 0.290, followed by “Destination image” with the coefficient β = 0.288, the factor “Destination information” with the coefficient β = 0.247 and the group “Other motives” with the coefficient β = 0.229. The factor group, “Infrastructure of the destination”, has the lowest influence with the coefficient β = 0.166. Therefore, solutions to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Thai nguyen need to pay attention and guide people to cultivate organically, preserve the environment and natural landscape, and create unique experiences for visitors. Authorities, local people, and travel agencies need to have seminars, develop specific agricultural tourism products, and apply information technology in advertising destination images to tourists.

In the context of current climate change, an abnormality of flooding is a common form of disaster in Vietnam. Hanh Stream reservoir has occurred great flood in 1986, 2010. In the future, the risk of flooding is possible to happen again. In view of management of the risk of natural disasters： large flooding situation downstream is one of the most dangerous risks for the reservoir. Due to downstream of Hanh Stream reservoir is a narrow coastal plains, quick infrastructure development, especially interwoven road and railway systems, so that flood drainage ability will be affected greatly. The consciousness of risks that may be occurred in the future in order to propose preventive measures and proactive response to minimize damages always is the requirement for all projects. The hydrodynamic calculation, flooding maps, emergency plan to prevent flooding downstream of Hanh Stream reservoir is also needed. The article is raised the issue of requirements to calculate coastal narrow delta strip flooding in the Central of Vietnam when impacted by the upstream reservoir of flood discharge in terms of extreme heavy rain and flooding and presented computational methods of Mike software package for case flooded plain of cam Ranh Bay in downstream reservoirs of Hanh Stream, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

小麦(Triticum aestivum L.,6n=42,AABBDD)是全球主要的粮食作物之一,为中国第三大粮食作物。本研究采用的中国春小麦(Chinese spring,CS)不仅是小麦基因的功能研究中广泛应用的小麦品种,也是用于小麦全基因组测序的小麦品种。IQD基因家族是植物特有的多基因家族之一。IQD家族蛋白的标志性特征是具有由67个氨基酸组成的IQ67结构域,该结构域包含重复排列的钙调素招募基序,很可能介导IQD蛋白与cam之间的互作。对不同植物中的IQD家族基因的鉴定和功能研究,有助于揭示IQD家族蛋白参与的分子途径,为阐明IQD蛋白参与钙离子/钙调素信号转导通路的机制提供知识基础。为了对小麦IQD基因进行鉴定、克隆和功能研究,本论文以中国春小麦为研究材料开展了三方面的工作。首先,利用生物信息学分析筛选和鉴定了小麦IQD家族的9个候选cDNA序列。对候选cDNA序列编码蛋白进行序列比对,对候选小麦IQD蛋白中是否含有IQD家族特有的IQ67结构域进行验证。通过小麦IQD蛋白(TaIQD)与拟南芥IQD蛋白的多重序列比对和进化分析对这些TaIQD蛋白进行了命名。其次,通过同源克隆的方法从中国春小麦获得了这8个TaIQD的全长CDS序列。构建了荧光蛋白与TaIQD蛋白融合蛋白的表达载体,并通过原生质体暂态表达体系对荧光蛋白标记的TaIQD蛋白的亚细胞定位进行了分析,发现部分TaIQD蛋白在细胞中广泛分布于细胞质和细胞膜,部分TaIQD蛋白定位于细胞中的丝状结构,这些丝状结构很可能代表细胞骨架。第三,构建了组成型35S启动子驱动的过量表达载体,在拟南芥中过量表达了小麦TaIQDl8-2和TaIQD2-2基因,获得了稳定表达TaIQD18-2和TaIQD2-2的转基因系。通过对过表达系植株的表型观察,发现过表达TaIQD18-2能明显影响拟南芥叶片形态的发育,过表达TaIQD2-2影响拟南芥角果在主茎上的排布方式。综上所述,上述结果不仅首次鉴定了TaIQD家族基因,并且通过生物信息学分析,蛋白亚细胞定位研究以及构建拟南芥中TaIQD基因的过表达系为后续深入研究TaIQD参与植物发育调控的作用机理提供了基础。

Plants which contain unisexual flowers are subjected to genetic degradation and yield capacity reduction due to the easily *** gourd,one of species of the Cucurbitaceae which is predominantly cross-pollinating,is cultivated to widely use as vegetable in Vietnamese daily *** aim of this experiment was to evaluate the growth potential and fruit quality including fruit aroma of sponge gourd inbred *** line selection has been performed using self-pollinated method,so that sponge gourd lines would be recovered with high yielding and aroma and thereby recommended for further crop system in Thua thien Hue province,Central *** experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design(RCBD)with three replications during the winter-spring season in *** data were observed and analyzed on seven inbred lines(1-MN1,1-MN2,5-MN1,7-MN1,13-MN2,15-MN1 and 15-MN2)derived from B29 accession(GBVN006904).The results indicated that inbred lines 13-MN2,1-MN2 and 15-MN1 attained more highly fruit weight and yield compared to the *** inbred lines consisting of 5-MN1,7-MN1,15-MN1 and 15-MN2 still retained the light aroma after *** inbred lines 1-MN2,7-MN1,13-MN2 and 15-MN1 are considered for appropriately using in breeding program of new luffa.
