In this work,a modified polyurethane adhesive(PUA)was prepared to realize a convenient encapsulation strategy for lead sedimentation and attachable perovskite solar cells(A-PSCs).The modified PUA can completely self-heal within 45 min at room temperature with an efficient lead ion-blocking rate of 99.3%.The PUA film can be coated on a metal electrode with slight efficiency improvement from 23.96%to 24.15%.The thermal stability at 65℃and the humidity stability at 55%relative humidity(RH)are superior to the devices encapsulated with *** PUA film has strong adhesion to the flexible substrate and the initial efficiency of the flexible perovskite module(17.2%)encapsulated by PUA remains 92.6%within 1825 *** results suggest that PUA encapsulation is universal for rigid and flexible PSCs with enhanced stability and low lead ***,it was found that flexible PSCs can be well attached to various substrates with PUA,providing a facile route for the A-PSCs in various scenarios without additional encapsulation and installation.

Damage or microstructural alterations of the white matter can cause dysfunction of the intrinsic neural networks in a condition termed as white matter disease(WMD).Frequently detected on brain computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans,WMD is commonly presented in inflammatory demyelinating diseases like multiple sclerosis(MS)and vascular diseases such as cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD).Prevention of MS and CSVD progression requires early treatments with drastically different medications and approaches,as such,early and accurate diagnosis of WMD,derived from vascular or demyelinating etiologies,is of paramount ***,the clinical and imaging similarities between MS,especially during the early stage,and CSVD,pose a significant dilemma in differentiating these two *** this review,we attempt to summarize and contrast the distinguishing features of MS and CSVD for aiding accurate diagnosis to ensure timely corresponding management in the early stages of MS and CSVD.

Background The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of different levels of betaine(Bet)inclusion in the diet on the intestinal health of growing rabbits under summer heat.A total of 100 weaned Qixing meat rabbits aged 35 d with body weight of 748.61±38.59 g were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups:control group(basal diet)and Bet groups(basal diet+0.75,1.0,1.5 or 2.0 g/kg Bet).The average daily temperature in the rabbitry during the experiment was 30.48°C and the relative humidity was 69.44%.Results Dietary addition of Bet had no significant effect on growth performance and health status of growing rabbits(P>0.05),but it increased ileal secretory immunoglobulin A content compared to the control under summer heat(P<0.05).Addition of 0.75 g/kg Bet up-regulated jejunal IL-4,down-regulated ileal TNF-αexpression(P<0.05).The addition of 1.0 g/kg Bet increased the villi height(VH)in the jejunum(P<0.05).Serum glucose levels were reduced,and the expression of SLC6A20 was up-regulated in jejunum and ileum of rabbits fed with 1.5 g/kg Bet(P<0.05).When added at 2.0 g/kg,Bet reduced serum HSP70 content,increased jejunal VH,and up-regulated duodenal SLC7A6,SLC38A2,mTOR and 4EBP-2 expression(P<0.05).Correlation analysis revealed that intestinal mTOR expression was significantly and positively correlated with SLC7A6,SLC38A2,SLC36A1 and IL-4 expression(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary addition of Bet can up-regulate the expression of anti-inflammatory factors through the AAT/mTOR pathway,improve the intestinal immune function,alleviate intestinal damage in growing rabbits caused by summer heat,and improve intestinal health.

Interfacial solar evaporation technology is considered one of the most promising strategies for alleviating the scarcity of freshwater ***,solar-driven evaporation technology cannot eliminate the pollutants in the residual *** solve this problem,we have prepared a two-in-one solar-driven evaporation/photocatalysis system by decorating MoS_(2)/covalent organic framework(COF)heterojunctions on wood(MoS_(2)/COF-wood).Thanks to the unique porous structure of wood,it provides a strong guarantee for water transport and vapor release during the evaporation *** introduction of MoS_(2) and COFs can promote the breaking of hydrogen bonds between water molecules,which leads to a significant decrease in the enthalpy of evaporation,achieving a water evaporation rate as high as 2.17 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)under 1 sun ***,the resulting MoS_(2)/COF-wood exhibits good salt resistance and *** addition,the heterojunctions formed between COFs and MoS_(2) can effectively inhibit charge carrier complexation and improve the photocatalytic degradation ability of pollutants(over 99%).This study highlights the construction strategy of bifunctional wood-based materials for freshwater production and wastewater remediation.

Lake level,area and volume are sensitive indicators of climate *** present,many studies have focused on the interannual water balance of lakes,but lake level and area can change remarkably with seasons,especially for lakes with seasonal ice *** Namco,a seasonal frozen lake,was selected as an example to investigate its seasonal water ***-source altimetry and Landsat data were used to obtain the seasonal lake level and area from 1992 to 2019,and seasonal lake volume variations were also *** results indicated the average lake level,area and volume in autumn were the *** lake level,area,and volume experienced three turning points approximately in 2000,2010,and 2016,and showed an overall increasing trend from 1992 to 2019,with slopes of 0.15 m/year,2.17 km^(2)/year,and 0.14 km^(3)/year,*** lake area expanded significantly in autumn,which was related to the abundant *** time of land surface runoff,increased temperature,and evaporation may be the reason for the low lake level and volume in *** precipitation was the dominant factor of water balance,which explained 62.09%,62.43%,and 62.10%of the variations in lake level,area,and volume,respectively.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)combined with chemical drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Materials and Methods:Databases were searched to retrieve randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of CHMs combined with tacrine,galantamine,rivastigmine,donepezil,or memantine,following strict inclusion and exclusion *** research papers published in English,Chinese,and Japanese were *** primary outcome was the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and the secondary outcomes were AD assessment scale cognitive subscale(ADAS-Cog)score and safety ***-analysis was carried out using Rev Man 5.3 and subgroup analysis was conducted to identify the sources of ***:A total of 15 RCTs with 1386 participants were included in this *** donepezil was used in the retrieved ***-analyses showed that the combination of CHMs with donepezil led to significant improvement in the MMSE score(Z=9.45;P<0.00001;weighted mean difference[WMD]=2.68,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.12-3.24)and a significant decrease in the ADAS-Cog score(Z=5.53;P<0.00001;WMD=-3.79;95%CI:-5.13--2.44).Safety evaluation demonstrated that these combination treatments relieved adverse events such as insomnia(risk ratio[RR]=0.20,95%CI:0.06-0.68;P=0.01)and hive(RR=0.10;95%CI:0.01-0.73;P=0.02).Conclusions:The combination of CHMs with a chemical drug like donepezil led to significant improvements in patient cognition as well as a better safety profile when compared to the application of a chemical drug alone.

Covalent-organic frameworks（COFs） with photoinduced donor-acceptor（D-A） radical pairs show enhanced photocatalytic activity in principle. However, achieving long-lived charge separation in COFs proves challenging due to the rapid charge recombination. Here, we develop a novel strategy by combining[6 + 4] nodes to construct zyg-type 3D COFs, first reported in COF chemistry. This structure type exhibits a fused Olympic-rings-like shape, which provides a platform for stabilizing the photoinduced D-A radical pairs. The zyg-type COFs containing catalytically active moieties such as triphenylamine and phenothiazine（PTZ） show superior photocatalytic production rates of hydrogen peroxide（H2O2）. Significantly, the photochromic radical states of these COFs show up to 400% enhancement in photocatalytic activity compared to the parent states, achieving a remarkable H2O2synthesis rate of 3324 μmol g-1h-1, which makes the PTZ-COF one of the best crystalline porous photocatalysts in H2O2production. This work will shed light on the synthesis of efficient 3D COF photocatalysts built on topologies that can facilitate photogenerating D-A radical pairs for enhanced photocatalysis.

To evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with succinic acid on growth performance,flesh quality,glucose,and lipid metabolism of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)fed a high-carbohydrate diet(HCD),five iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets were prepared as follows:HCD(control group)consisting of 55%corn starch and HCD supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,and 4.0%succinic acid,*** with an initial body weight of 204.90±1.23 g randomly assigned to 15 tanks with 3 replicates per group and 10 fish per tank fed for 8 *** dietary succinic acid supplementation resulted in significant second-order polynomial relationship in the weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR),protein efficiency rate(PER),viscerosomatic index,condition factor,and contents of muscular crude lipid and glycogen(P<0.05).The hepatosomatic index,mesenteric fat index,liver glycogen content and crude lipid contents of the whole-body and liver demonstrated significantly linear and second-order polynomial relationship(P<0.05).Quadratic curve model analysis based on WGR,SGR,PER,and FCR demonstrated that optimal supplementation with succinic acid in the HCD of Nile tilapia ranged from 1.83%to 2.43%.Fish fed with 1.0%succinic acid had higher muscular hardness,increased the contents of alkali-soluble hydroxyproline in collagen,docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(n-3PUFA)in muscle,and lower total fatty acid content in muscle(P<0.05)compared with the control *** to the control group,dietary supplementation with 1.0%succinic acid significantly increased the contents of total bounding amino acid(arginine,histidine,isoleucine,lysine,methionine,alanine,proline),total flavor amino acid(free aspartic acid),the catalase(CAT)activity and total antioxidant capacity,and the mRNA relative expression levels of CAT,superoxide dismutase(SOD),and nuclearfactor erythroidderived 2-like 2(Nrf2)in muscle(P<0.05).Furthermore,succini
