Fractional vortex beams exhibit a higher degree of modulation dimensions than conventional vortices,thus inheriting superior anti-turbulent transmission properties through the incorporation of additional coherence ***,aliasing the mixed modes induced by coherence degradation makes the quantitative measurement of the topological charge in fractional vortex beams *** this study,a coherence phase spectrum was introduced,and experimental demonstrations to quantitatively determine the fractional topological charge of partially coherent fractional vortex beams were *** leveraging the four-dimensional measurement of a partially coherent light field,the source coherence function was inversely reconstructed,and fractional topological charges were determined with high precision by extracting the phase spectrum of the coherence ***–Gaussian,elliptical Gaussian,and plane-wave-fraction vortex beams with various degrees of coherence were used to demonstrate measurement *** proposed method is applicable to X-rays and electron *** has potential applications in optical encryption,high-capacity optical communication,and quantum entanglement.

The ice phenology of alpine lakes on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is a rapid and direct responder to climate changes,and the variations in lake ice exhibit high temporal frequency *** and passive microwave data are widely used to monitor lake ice changes with high temporal ***,the low spatial resolutions make it difficult to effectively quantify the freeze-melt dynamics of *** work used Sentinel-1 synthetic aperture radar(SAR)data to derive high-resolution ice maps(about 6 days),then with the aid of Sentinel-2 optical images to quantify freeze-melt processes in three typical lakes on the TP(*** Co,Ayakekumu Lake,and Nam Co).The results showed that three lakes had an average annual ice period of 125-157 days and a complete ice cover period of 72-115 days,from 2018 to *** exhibit different ice phenology *** Co is characterized by repeated episodes of freezing,melting,and refreezing,resulting in a prolonged freeze-up ***,the break-up period of Nam Co lasts for a longer duration(about 19 days),and the break-up exhibits a smooth ***,Ayakekumu Lake showed more significant inter-annual fluctuations in the freeze-up period,with deviations of up to 28 days observed among different *** to the other two lakes,Selin Co experienced a relatively short freeze-up and break-up *** short,Sentinel-1 SAR data can effectively monitor the weekly and seasonal variations in lake ice on the ***,this data facilitates quantification of the freeze-melt dynamics.

By combining satellite tracking,land-cover extracted from Landsite 8 images,and the traditional stable isotope analysis,we studied the habitat selection and food preference of a vulnerable migratory waterbird,the Whitenaped Crane(Grus vipio),in one of its key stagging sites,the Shandian River Basin in the semi-arid northern China,to provide knowledge that is critical for its conservation in the *** results showed that the White-naped Cranes used both uplands and natural wetlands in the stopover *** the cranes used farmland and natural land cover equally as night-time roosting grounds,they spent most daytime foraging at *** the extensive usage of croplands as their foraging ground,the Bayesian mixing models based on stable isotopic analysis revealed that crop residues after harvesting,such as Maize(Zea mays)and Naked Oat(Avena chinensis),were only a small fraction of the White-naped Cranes’diet(~19%),and their diet composited mainly natural plants,such as Allium ledebourianum,Potentilla anserina,and ***,more than 20%of the total wetlands in the region were modelled as home range of the *** contrast,less than 10%of croplands and about 1%of the unused uplands were identified as home *** addition,the entire core habitats were located in natural *** findings demonstrated the importance of natural wetlands for the survival of the threatened ***,the satellite-derived land cover data showed that croplands increased rapidly in the last decade in this area,at the expense of natural *** the sharp decrease of White-naped Crane population in China,the conservation of stopover sites becomes *** on our analysis,we recommend the following management actions:conserving adequate natural wetland area,regulating anthropogenic pressures such as the use of herbicides,expanding the duration and extent of current conservation regulations,establishing a comprehensive monitoring progr

Nordmann's Greenshank(Tringa guttifer)is a globally endangered species that has received little research *** is threatened by rapid habitat loss,an incomplete network of protected sites,and lack of long-term data on population *** science data can be combined with survey data to support population estimation and conservation gap *** 2020 to 2021,Nordmann's Greenshank was surveyed in Tiaozini,Xiaoyangkou,and Dongling on the southern coast of Jiangsu Province,China,and the global population of the species was re-evaluated using the data *** integrated citizen science data from eBird and the China Bird Report from 2000 to 2020 with the survey results to identify important habitats harboring over 1%of its total population,and compared this data with existing protected areas to identify gaps in its global *** survey found that Tiaozini supported at least 1194 ***,its global population was reestimated to be ***,45 important habitats were identified based on citizen data and survey *** 44.4%and 50.0%of the priority sites in the world and China,respectively,are located outside protected areas,the Conservation Effectiveness Index(C)is 68.4%and 71.1%,respectively,showing that the current coverage of protected areas for this part of its range is *** study presents the most complete and recent population data to *** is the most important migration stopover site for Nordmann's *** species is under threat in terms of breeding,wintering,and stopover ***,we suggest improving monitoring,establishing new protected sites to complete the habitat protection network,and improving the effectiveness of existing habitat protection strategies,including further developing high tide roosting sites.

[目的]研究以积极心理学理论为框架的管理模式对临床护士主观幸福感。[方法]对40名护士进行为期7周的积极心理学的培训及干预,主要运用积极心理学理论与技巧,操作方法和练习,对护士们进行优势测量、每日记录3件好事、感恩拜访、互助环练习、品味练习等,培养护士们的正性情绪,学会处理自己的情绪,让自己多数情况下处于一种很积极向上的状态。以利于生活和工作、提升护士们的主观幸福感,更好地为患者服务,并且提升住院患者满意度。干预前及干预后比较护士生活满意度、正性情绪、负性情绪及主观幸福感。[结果]与干预前比较,干预后护士们生活满意度、正性情绪、主观幸福感明显得到提升(P<0.05),负性情绪得到一定改善(P<0.05)。[结论]积极心理学理论的管理模式的应用可以提升护士的正性情绪、降低负性情绪,提高生活满意度及主观幸福感。

In this study,a novel absorpent(MSAR600℃)with a hydrophobic surface and hierarchical porous structure for the removal of kitchen oil was facilely fabricated from the macroalgae,laver(Porphyra haitanensis)by incorpor-ating high-temperature carbonization and alkyl polyglucosides(APG)and rhamnolipid(RL)surfactants modiﬁ-*** characterization results showed MSAR600℃ possessed a louts-leaf-like papillae microstructure with high contact angle(137.5°),abundant porous structure with high speciﬁc surface area(23.4 m^(2)/g),and various oxygen-containing functional groups(-OH,C=O,C-O).Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to inves-tigate the effect of adsorption time,temperature,pH,and absorbent dose on kitchen oil adsorption *** the practical application for the removal of kitchen oil using MSAR600℃ was also *** results showed that MSAR600℃ had a higher removal efﬁciency for kitchen oil(75.98%),compared with the commercial detergent(72.3%).This study demonstrates an example of fabricating a green tableware detergent for enhanced removal performance of kitchen oil.

Oceanic submesoscales can significantly influence phytoplankton production and export owing to their similar timescales of *** on two-year Biogeochemical Argo(BGC-Argo) observations,this study investigated the development of submesoscale instabilities,particularly symmetric and mixed-layer baroclinic instabilities,and their impacts on biological production and export in the oligotrophic South China Sea *** the northern basin,near-surface winter blooms consistently cooccurred with seasonally deepened mixed ***,significantly stronger and weaker winter blooms were observed over two consecutive winters within the BGC-Argo observation *** the first winter,symmetric-instability-induced upward nutrient entrainment played a crucial role in initiating the strong winter bloom in early December,when the mixed layer was approximately 20–30 m shallower than the *** bloom occurred approximately 20–30 days earlier than that anticipated owing to the contact between the seasonally deepened mixed layer and mesoscale-cyclone-induced uplifted *** symmetric instability also facilitated the export of fixed phytoplankton carbon from the surface to deeper ***,during the second winter,remarkably intense mixed-layer baroclinic instability associated with an intense mesoscale anticyclone led to more significant shoaling of the mixed layer compared to the nutricline,thus increasing the vertical distance between the two *** this condition,upward nutrient injection,phytoplankton bloom,and carbon export were *** contrast,the BGC-Argo float in the central basin revealed significantly inhibited seasonality of phytoplankton biomass and submesoscale instabilities compared to those in the northern basin,primarily owing to the significantly shallower winter mixed layer.

In the field of natural language processing(NLP),there have been various pre-training language models in recent years,with question answering systems gaining significant ***,as algorithms,data,and computing power advance,the issue of increasingly larger models and a growing number of parameters has ***,model training has become more costly and less *** enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the training process while reducing themodel volume,this paper proposes a first-order pruningmodel PAL-BERT based on the ALBERT model according to the characteristics of question-answering(QA)system and language ***,a first-order network pruning method based on the ALBERT model is designed,and the PAL-BERT model is ***,the parameter optimization strategy of the PAL-BERT model is formulated,and the Mish function was used as an activation function instead of Relu to improve the ***,after comparison experiments with traditional deep learning models TextCNN and BiLSTM,it is confirmed that PALBERT is a pruning model compression method that can significantly reduce training time and optimize training *** with traditional models,PAL-BERT significantly improves the NLP task’s performance.
