The objecti.e of thi. study was to evaluate the concentrati.n and di.tri.uti.n of heavy metals i. the sedi.ents of Paulo Gorski.Lake, as well as the metals’ bi.avai.abi.i.y and potenti.l ecologi.al ri.k, and to defi.e the anthropogeni. and natural heavy metal contri.uti.ns to the lake. The chemi.al elements calci.m(ca), cadmi.m(cd), cobalt(co), chromi.m(cr), copper(cu), i.on(Fe), potassi.m(K), magnesi.m(Mg), manganese(Mn), sodi.m(Na), ni.kel(Ni., lead(Pb), and zi.c(Zn) were quanti.i.d by flame atomi. absorpti.n spectrophotometry wi.h two extracti.n methods to quanti.y the bi.avai.able and nonbi.avai.able fracti.ns. The data were evaluated usi.g multi.ari.te stati.ti.s and sedi.ent quali.y *** sedi.ent collecti.n poi.ts(S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5) are di.ferent i. terms of the concentrati.n of heavy metals, except for S4 and S5, whi.h were stati.ti.ally equal. The bi.avai.able fracti.n of the elements i. the sedi.ent follows the sequence Pb > cu > Mn > Zn > Ni.> cr > phosphorus(P) for all poi.ts. The elements co, cr, Pb, and Zn showed moderate to consi.erable contami.ati.n at all poi.ts. Only poi.ts S3 and S5 had moderate ecologi.al ri.k. Urbani.ati.n has been affecti.g Paulo Gorski.Lake vi. the i.put of chemi.al elements, especi.lly co and Pb. The poi.ts most affected by heavy metal contami.ati.n are S3 and S5 when the sedi.entologi.al sensi.i.i.y factor i. consi.ered. The lake has hi.h hydrodynami.s,causi.g some of the contami.ants that enter the system to leave i., leadi.g to potenti.l negati.e i.pacts downstream.

The separati.n of rare earth elements usi.g di.tomi.e M45 from aqueous soluti.ns was *** experi.ental i.otherms for the adsorpti.n of tri.alent lanthanum,ceri.m,and neodymi.m cati.ns on thi. adsorbent were quanti.i.d under strongly aci.i. condi.i.ns(pH 2)at 298-328 *** adsorpti.n equi.i.ri. of these earth elements were analyzed usi.g two stati.ti.al physi.s models(homogeneous and heterogeneous monolayer models).The results show that the adsorpti.n of these i.ns i.pli.s a multi.oni. mechani.m,whi.h i. ***-contai.i.g functi.nal groups are responsi.le for the adsorpti.n of these rare-earth elements on the di.tomi.e surface.A heterogeneous stati.ti.al physi.s model confi.ms that two Si.based functi.nal groups parti.i.ate i. the separati.n of these *** calculated adsorpti.n capaci.i.s at saturati.n follow the order:neodymi.m>ceri.m>*** i.teracti.n energi.s range from 28600 to 40100 J/mol,i.di.ati.g physi.al adsorpti.n on di.tomi.e *** study demonstrates that di.tomi.e M45 i. a promi.i.g separati.n medi.m that can be used for the recovery of REEs di.solved i. aqueous soluti.ns vi. adsorpti.n.

目的先天性心脏病(cHD)是一种在全球范围内高发的慢性疾病,通常在出生时或出生前确诊。由于诊断以及早期药物和手术治疗的条件较好,患者的生存率达到90%,并且生存时间不断延长,面临着生活中的各种挑战。该研究探讨了不同人口统计学、临床和心理社会变量对cHD青少年和年轻成人患者的生活质量(QOL)感知、心理社会适应和精神障碍患病率的影响,评估cHD青少年和年轻成人患者的生活质量、心理社会适应和精神障碍发病率,确定哪些变量(人口统计学、临床和心理社会变量)对缓解压力、促进恢复起到积极作用,哪些变量起到不良作用。方法该研究入组了150名cHD患者(男87例,女63例),年龄12～26岁(平均年龄:17.45±3.373岁)。对参与者进行了关于社会支持、家庭教育方式、自我形象、人口统计信息和生理限制等方面的访谈。他们对标准化精神病学访谈(SADS-L)中的问题进行了回答,并填写了自我报告问卷,以进行生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF)和心理社会适应(YSR/ASR)的评估。结果所有参与者精神障碍的终身患病率为18.7%(女性25.4%,男性13.8%)。57.1%的参与者有过留级(平均1.53±0.804年)。与整体葡萄牙人相比,cHD患者的生活质量感知在社会关系、环境、身体和总体方面较好。而女性、学习成绩差、较少的社会支持、复杂性cHD、紫绀型cHD、中重度残留病灶、接受过手术和有生理限制患者生活质量感知较差。除了紫绀,所有这些变量也会引起较差的心理社会适应。结论女性cHD患者及学习成绩差且获得社会支持少的cHD患者的心理社会适应和生活质量较差。

研究了共聚物P（VDF－TrFE）（物质的量分数分别为80％、20％）在室温下、14GPa内的电容、电阻与压力的关系。实验结果表明，它在14GPa内存在两个相交：第一个相变发生在1．1GPa左右；而第二个相变发生在5～6GPa左右。

The ai. of the present study was to evaluate the anti.ungal acti.i.y and toxi.i.y of the 3,4,5-tri.ydroxybenzoi. aci. (3,4,5-THB) and of i.s deri.ati.e, the 3,4,5-tri.(acetyloxy)benzoi. aci. (3,4,5-TAB). The 3,4,5-THB was purchased and i.s deri.ati.e was obtai.ed by puri.yi.g and characteri.i.g performed usi.g semi.ynthesi. reacti.ns (esteri.i.ati.n), recrystalli.ati.n, column chromatography and i.frared analyti.al techni.ues and nuclear magneti. resonance. Mi.i.um i.hi.i.ory concentrati.n (Mi.) and mi.i.um lethal concentrati.n (MLc) were determi.ed i. order to evaluate the anti.ungal acti.i.y of the compounds agai.st four cli.i.al i.olates and four standard strai.s of candi.a sp. and fi.e cli.i.al i.olates of dermatophytes, followi.g the cli.i.al and Laboratory Standards i.sti.ute protocols. The toxi.i.y of the compounds was evaluated by determi.i.g the lethal dosi. (LD50) usi.g lethali.y assay of Artemi. sali.a. The most sensi.i.e yeasts to the 3,4,5-THB were c. albi.ans ATcc 10231 and c. krusei.ATcc 6258, both presenti.g a Mi. of 128 μg·mL-1. For Tri.hophyton sp. and Epi.ermophyton floccosum, the Mi. was 32 μg·mL-1. The 3,4,5-TAB showed a lower i.hi.i.ory acti.i.y agai.st candi.a and dermatophyte speci.s tested. The LD50 of 3,4,5-THB was 222.60 μg·mL-1 and the 3,4,5-TAB showed 481.69 μg·mL-1 of LD50. i. conclusi.n, the 3,4,5-tri.ydroxybenzoi. aci. showed anti.ungal acti.i.y agai.st speci.s of medi.al i.portance, mai.ly dermatophytosi.-causi.g fungi. and the 3,4,5-tri.(acetyloxy)benzoi. aci. showed no i.creasi.g anti.ungal acti.i.y and toxi.i.y i. relati.n to the ori.i.al compound.

A 59-year-old nursi.g home pati.nt wi.h Down syndrome was brought to the i.ternal medi.i.e department of our hospi.al due to fever, cough wi.hout expectorate, and dyspnea. A thoraci. computed tomography revealed the presence of bi.ateral basal parenchymal opaci.i.s. Her condi.i.n deteri.rated after admi.si.n and troponi. reached a peak serum concentrati.n of 16.9 ng/m L. The pati.nt was i. cardi.geni. shock. i. addi.i.n to flui. resusci.ati.n, vaso-acti.e ami.e i.fusi.n was admi.i.tered to achi.ve hemodynami. stabi.i.ati.n. The di.ferenti.l di.gnosi. i.vesti.ated possi.le pulmonary emboli.m, myocardi.l i.farcti.n, and myocardi.i.. Furthermore, a second transthoraci. echocardi.gram suggested Tako-Tsubo syndrome.
