Glufosinate-ammonium herbicides are the most widely used broad-spectrum,non-selective herbicides in the ***-ammonium is a structural analogue of glutamate(Glu)which can irreversibly inhibit the activity of glutamine synthetase(GS)and Glu decarboxylase in plants,thereby blocking the synthesis of glutamine(Gln)from Glu and ammonia(Hoerlein,1994).This causes the plants to die because of the nitrogen metabolism disorder and subsequent intracellular accumulation of *** humans,the characteristic features of glufosinate-ammonium herbicide poisoning include gastrointestinal symptoms and neurotoxicity(Watanabe and Sano,1998).

G protein-coupled receptors(GPcRs),the largest family of human membrane proteins and an important class of drug targets,play a role in maintaining numerous physiological *** or antagonist,orthosteric effects or allosteric effects,and biased signaling or balanced signaling,characterize the complexity of GPcR dynamic *** this study,we first review the structural advancements,activation mechanisms,and functional diversity of *** then focus on GPcR drug discovery by revealing the detailed drug-target interactions and the underlying mechanisms of orthosteric drugs approved by the US Food and Drug Administration in the past five ***,an up-to-date analysis is performed on available GPcR structures complexed with synthetic small-molecule allosteric modulators to elucidate key receptor-ligand interactions and allosteric ***,we highlight how the widespread GPcR-druggable allosteric sites can guide structure-or mechanism-based drug design and propose prospects of designing bitopic ligands for the future therapeutic potential of targeting this receptor family.

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of Li~+limits its practical *** this work,c-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of LIBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** c-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the c-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)Li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMc)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMc surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)Li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of c-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

BAcKGROUND colorectal cancer(cRc)is a prevalent cancer type in clinical settings;its early signs can be difficult to detect,which often results in late-stage diagnoses in many *** early detection and diagnosis of cRc are crucial for improving treatment success and patient survival ***,imaging techniques have been hypothesized to be essential in managing cRc,with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and spiral computed tomography(ScT)playing a significant role in enhancing diagnostic and treatment *** To explore the effectiveness of MRI and ScT in the preoperative staging of cRc and the prognosis of laparoscopic *** Ninety-five individuals admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University underwent MRI and ScT and were diagnosed with *** precision of MRI and ScT for the presurgical classification of cRc was assessed,and pathological staging was used as a *** operating characteristic curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of blood volume,blood flow,time to peak,permeability surface,blood reflux constant,volume transfer constant,and extracellular extravascular space volume fraction on the prognosis of patients with *** Pathological biopsies confirmed the following cRc stages:23,23,32,and 17 at T1,T2,T3,and T4,*** were 39 cases at the N0 stage,22 at N1,34 at N2,44 at M0 stage,and 51 at *** pathological findings as the benchmark,the combined use of MRI and ScT for preoperative TNM staging in patients with cRc demonstrated superior sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy compared with either modality alone,with a statistically significant difference in accuracy(Pceiver operating characteristic curve analysis revealed the predictive values for laparoscopic treatment prognosis,as indicated by the areas under the curve for blood volume,blood flow,time to peak,and permeability surface,blood reflux constant,volume transfer constant,and extracellular extravascular space volu

The uncontrolled growth of zinc dendrites on zinc anode hinders the application of zinc ion *** solve this problem,lu's group proposed a nuclei-rich galvanizing strategy for suppressing the zinc dendrite *** allows the nuclei-rich zinc electrode to cycle steadily for1200 h and have a high coulombic efficiency of 99.7%at15 mA·cm^(-2)with a deposited amount of 10 mAh·cm^(-2).Moreover,the Zn-MnO_(2) battery with a low N/P ratio of 1.9exhibited sustained cycling life.

The china-Myanmar Economic corridor(cMEc) is an important part of china's Belt and Road Initiative and an important area for global ecology and biodiversity. In this study, the annual and seasonal spatiotemporal patterns of temperature and precipitation in the cMEc over the past century were investigated using linear tendency estimation, the Mann-Kendall mutation test, the T-test, and wavelet analysis based on the monthly mean climatic data from 1901 to 2018 released by the climatic Research Unit(cRU) of the University of East Anglia, UK. The results show that the cMEc demonstrated a trend of warming and drying over the past 100 years, and the rate of change in Myanmar was stronger than that in Yunnan Province of china. The warming rate was 0.039 ℃/10a. Precipitation decreased at a rate of -6.1 mm/10a. From the perspective of spatial distribution, temperature was high in the central and southern, low in the north of the cMEc, and the high-temperature centers were mainly distributed in the southern plain and river valley. Precipitation decreased from west to east and from south to north of the cMEc. From the perspective of the rate of change, warming was stronger in central and northern cMEc than in southern and northeastern cMEc. The rate of precipitation decline was stronger in the central and western regions than in the eastern region. This study provides a scientific reference for the cMEc to address climate change and ensure sustainable social and economic development and ecological security.

In the realm of the synthesis of heat-integrated distillation configurations,the conventional approach for exploring more heat integration possibilities typically entails the splitting of a single column into a twocolumn ***,this approach frequently necessitates tedious enumeration procedures,resulting in a considerable computational *** surmount this formidable challenge,the present study introduces an innovative remedy:The proposition of a superstructure that encompasses both single-column and multiple two-column ***,a simultaneous optimization algorithm is applied to optimize both the process parameters and heat integration structures of the twocolumn *** effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated through a case study focusing on industrial organosilicon *** results underscore that the superstructure methodology not only substantially mitigates computational time compared to exhaustive enumeration but also furnishes solutions that exhibit comparable performance.
