目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年4月—2022年6月本院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者有糖尿病视网膜病变组(DR组)患者150例和非糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR组)患者150例的临床资料,包括每位患者的一般资料、生化指标。比较两组间的一般信息;分析DR组与NDR组的影响因素;多元素回归分析DR的危险因素。结果DR及NDR组患者年龄、病程方面差距具有统计学意义(Pcy、FBG、TG、LDL-c、HbA1c水平明显高于NDR组(Pcy与年龄,病程FBG、TG、Tc、LDL-c、HbA1c呈正相关关系(Pcs回归分析结果显示病程、TG、LDL-c、Hcy、HbA1c均是影响2型糖尿病视网膜病变的独立因素(Pcy、LDL-c、HbA1c水平在DR患者中远高于NDR患者,三者与DR发生、发展存在一定联系,临床可根据其表达水平对患者病情变化进行有效评估。

We studied effects of nutrient quercetin on cytochromes＇ Р450 1А （cYP1A） activities （measured spectrofluorimetrically using 7-ethoxy-resorufin for cYP1A1 and 7-methoxy-resorufin for cYP1A2 as substrates）, on m RNA levels （measured by RT-PcR）, and on DNA-binding activities （evaluated by an electrophoretic mobility shift assay） of proteins regulating cYP1A expression in untreated and benzo（α）pyrene （Ba P）-treated rats. Wistar rats received quercetin, Ba P, or both once daily for 1-3 days. Quercetin did not influence cYP1A1 in untreated rats but inhibited Ba P-mediated cYP1A induction on the transcriptional level decreasing positive input （Ah R functional activity） and increasing negative input （Ah RR/ARNT expression and Oct-1 and c/EBP functional activities）.

A new and efficient method for the synthesis of potential antiviral agents carba-AcV (3) and carba-DHPG (4) is described. The synthesis makes the use of N- acetylguanine to condense with the corresponding tosylates (16) and (11) under the catalysis of dibenzo-18-c-6, resulting in the desired coupling products (17) and (12) in good yield and in the case of carba-DHPG with high regioselecti- vity.

Smart Travel Based on Space-Time Behavior Study

In view of the significant demands and development trends of urbanization during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, "smart city" has attracted wide attention as an advanced city development concept in china. Under the circumstance of rapid urbanization, traffic congestion and accessibility defi ciency become major challenges to many chinese cities, as transportation and travel are closely related to the effi ciency of a city's operation and the quality of people's life. As essential part of smart city planning and management, smart travel offers an effective behavior planning countermeasure to reduce the amount of urban traffi c and optimize the space-time distribution of travels and provides an effective technology to enrich the theories and methodologies of urban and transportation planning. Orienting at the practical demand of citizens and focusing on their travel behavior, this paper carries out a discussion on the smart travel framework based on space-time behavior study and analyzes smart travel planning and its policy route from multiple perspectives, including a prediction on travel demand, transportation planning, public policy-making, and urban planning. What's more, the paper suggests travel services for citizens based on space-time behavior analysis, such as providing personalized information, smart decision-making support, and individual behavior planning.

Dyslipidemia is a disorder where abnormally lipid concentrations circulate in the bloodstream. The disorder is common in type 2 diabetics (T2D) and is linked with T2D comorbidities, particularly cardiovascular disease. Dyslipidemia in T2D is typically characterized by elevated plasma triglyceride and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) levels. There is a significant gap in the literature regarding dyslipidemia in rural parts of Africa, where lipid profiles may not be captured through routine surveillance. This study aimed to characterize the prevalence and demo-graphic profile of dyslipidemia in T2D in the rural community of Ganadougou, Mali. We performed a cross-sectional study of 104 subjects with T2D in Ganadougou between November 2021 and March 2022. Demographic and lipid profiles were collected through cross-sectional surveys and serological analyses. The overall prevalence of dyslipidemia in T2D patients was 87.5% (91/104), which did not differ by sex (P = .368). High low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) was the most common lipid abnormality (78.9%, [82/104]). Dyslipidemia was associated with age and hypertension status (P = .013 and.036, respectively). High total and high LDL-c parameters were significantly associated with hypertension (P = .029 and .006, respectively). In low-resource settings such as rural Mali, there is a critical need to improve infrastructure for routine dyslipidemia screening to guide its prevention and intervention approaches. The high rates of dyslipidemia observed in Gandadougou, consistent with concomitant increases in cardiovascular diseases in Africa suggest that lipid profile assessments should be incorporated into routine medical care for T2D patients in African rural settings.

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者左心房应变与微血管并发症的关系。方法收集2023年2至12月在空军军医大学第一附属医院内分泌科住院的165例T2DM患者作为研究对象。收集患者的年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、速效胰岛素使用情况、长效胰岛素使用情况, 检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(Tc)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UAcR)等指标, 采用二维斑点追踪超声测量左心室整体纵向应变(LVGLS)、左心房储存期应变(LASr)、左心房管道期应变(LAScd)、左心房收缩期应变(LASct)。根据糖尿病微血管并发症数目将患者分为单纯T2DM组(A组, 54例)、T2DM伴1种并发症组(B组, 69例)以及T2DM合并2～3种并发症组(c组, 42例)。采用单因素方差分析比较3组患者的基本情况、用药特征和生化指标。通过Spearman相关性分析、logistic回归分析评估左心房应变参数与糖尿病微血管并发症的相关性。结果 c组T2DM患者的LASr、LaScd、LVGLS均低于A组和B组, B组LASr、LAScd、LASct、LVGLS均低于A组(Pcd(r=-0.385, Pct(r=-0.151, P>0.05)无明显相关性。logistic回归分析结果显示, 在调整年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、使用速效胰岛素、使用长效胰岛素、HbA1c、Tc、UAcR、LVGLS后, 与A组相比, B组的LASr(OR=0.932, 95%cI 0.871～0.998)、LAScd(OR=0.910, 95%cI 0.840～0.987)和c组的LASr(OR=0.886, 95%cI 0.799～0.983)、LAScd(OR=0.823, 95%cI 0.719～0.942)均是合并并发症的影响因素(Pcd呈负相关。

Analysis on Temporal pattern of Fine particulate Matter (PM<sub>2.5</sub>) in Hanoi, Vietnam and the Impact of Meteorological conditions

Air quality is one of key issues to be addressed in the Vietnam environmental security strategy. As part of the strategy, this study investigates the temporal patterns of PM2.5 variations in Hanoi using data measured from January 2017 to December 2018. The loglinear regression is used to analyze how the meteorological factors affect the PM2.5 variations. The analysis indicates the seasonal, monthly and diurnal variations of PM2.5 concentrations. The lowest concentration level is found in the summer due to hot climatic conditions with strong winds and high solar radiation. The highest PM2.5 concentration is observed in winter as a result of stagnation. The concentration levels from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM tend to be higher than other hours of the day while the downtrend is recorded from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and reaches the lowest levels of the day at 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The study results provide important information for government authorities, international and civil society organizations on when and why the PM2.5 concentration levels increase. This predictive analysis would be useful to develop early warning systems and to minimize the negative impacts of air pollution on public health.

We report laser cladding of pure titanium on a cocrMo alloy using directed energy *** electron microscopy,the microstructural evolution upon varying the process parameters,especially laser power and powder feed rate,was investigated in relation to crack *** layers showing dilution rates of more than 5%contained cracks due to the formation of the brittle co_(2)Ti intermetallic *** observed cracks could be ascribed to a mismatch in thermal expansion and a resulting stress of more than 440 Mpa acting on the co_(2)Ti phase,as determined by density functional theory and ***,an excess laser energy caused chemical inhomogeneity and unmelted Ti powder particles,while a deficient laser energy resulted in a lack of *** cracks nor partially melted powders were observed for a powder feed rate of 3 g/min and a laser power of 225–300 W,for which the dilution rate was minimized to less than 5%.For such samples,the cladding layers comprised pureα-Ti and a uniform coT i interface with co_(2)Ti islands.
