catalytic transfer hydrogenation(cTH)is a green and efficient pathway for selec.ive hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes and ***,managing the abilities of solid catalysts to adsorb substrates and to convert them into desired products is a challenging ***,we report the synthesis of carbon coated LaFe_(0.92)Pd_(0.08)O_(3) composites(LFPO-8@c)for cTH of benzaldehyde(BzH)into benzyl alcohol(BzOH),using isopropanol(iPA)as hydrogen *** coating with carbon improves the ability to adsorb/transfer reactants from solution to ac.ive sites,and the doping of Pd2+at Fe3+site strengthens the ability of LaFeO_(3) to convert BzH into BzOH.A balanced point between them(i.e.,abilities to adsorb BzH and to convert BzH into BzOH)is obtained at LFPO-8@c,which exhibits a BzOH formation rate of 3.88 mmol·gcat^(-1)·h^(-1) at 180℃ for 3 h,which is 1.50 and 2.72 times faster than those of LFPO-8 and LaFeO_(3)@c.A reac.ion mechanism is proposed,in which the acidic sites(e.g.,Fe^(4+),oxygen vacancy)are used for the ac.ivation of c=O bond of BzH and O-H bond of iPA,and the basic sites(e.g.,lattice oxygen)for the ac.ivation ofα-H(O-H)bond of iPA.

Herein,a novel interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)strategy based on magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detec.ion of histamine.A core-satellite SERS aptasensor was constructed by combining aptamer-decorated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs(as the recognize probe for histamine)and complementary DNA-modified silver nanoparticles carrying 4-mercaptobenzonitrile(4-MBN)(Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirect detec.ion of *** an applied magnetic field in the absence of histamine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biological-silent”region due to *** the presence of histamine,the Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs,thus decreasing the SERS *** optimal conditions,an ultra-low limit of detec.ion of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** histamine content in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results consistent with those determined by high performance liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirect strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selec.ive SERS detec.ion of small biological molecules in complex matrices.

Exclusive responsiveness to ultraviolet light (~3.2 eV) and high photogenerated charge recombination rate are the two primary drawbacks of pure TiO_(2). We combined N-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs), morphology regulation, and heterojunc.ion construc.ion strategies to synthesize N-GQD/N-doped TiO_(2)/P-doped porous hollow g-c_(3)N_(4) nanotube (PcN) composite photocatalysts (denoted as G-TPcN). The optimal sample (G-TPcN doped with 0.1wt% N-GQD, denoted as 0.1% G-TPcN) exhibits significantly enhanced photoabsorption, which is attributed to the change in bandgap caused by elemental doping (P and N), the improved light-harvesting resulting from the tube structure, and the upconversion effect of N-GQDs. in addition, the internal charge separation and transfer capability of0.1% G-TPcN are dramatically boosted, and its carrier concentration is 3.7, 2.3, and 1.9 times that of N-TiO_(2), PcN, and N-TiO_(2)/PcN(TPcN-1), respec.ively. This phenomenon is attributed to the formation of Z-scheme heterojunc.ion between N-TiO_(2) and PcNs, the excellent electron conduc.ion ability of N-GQDs, and the short transfer distance caused by the porous nanotube structure. compared with those of N-TiO_(2), PcNs, and TPcN-1, the H2 produc.ion ac.ivity of 0.1%G-TPcN under visible light is enhanced by 12.4, 2.3, and 1.4times, respec.ively, and its ciprofloxacin (ciP) degradation rate is increased by 7.9, 5.7, and 2.9 times, respec.ively. The optimized performance benefits from excellent photoresponsiveness and improved carrier separation and migration efficiencies. Finally, the photocatalytic mechanism of 0.1% G-TPcN and five possible degradation pathways of ciP are proposed. This study clarifies the mechanism of multiple modification strategies to synergistically improve the photocatalytic performance of 0.1% G-TPcN and provides a potential strategy for rationally designing novel photocatalysts for environmental remediation and solar energy conversion.

With the aging population,intertrochanteric femur fracture in the elderly has become one of the most serious public health issues and a hot topic of research in trauma *** to the limitations of internal fixation techniques and the insufficient mechanical design of nails,the occurrence of complications delays patient recovery after surgical *** of a proximal femur bionic nail(PFBN)based on zhang’s N triangle theory provides triangular supporting fixation,which dramatically decreases the occurrence of complications and has been widely used for c.inical treatment of unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture *** this work,we developed an equivalent biomechanical model to analyze improvement in bone remodeling of unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture through PFBN *** results show that compared with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)and interTan,PFBN can dramatically decrease the maximum strain in the proximal *** on Frost’s mechanostat theory,the local mechanical environment in the proximal femur can be regulated into the medium overload region by using a PFBN,which may render the proximal femur in a state of physiological overload,favoring post-operative recovery of intertrochanteric femur fracture in the *** work shows that PFBN may constitute a panacea for unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture and provides insights into improving methods of internal fixation.

in this paper,new light curves(Lcs) of contact ec.ipsing binary(cEB) systems LX Lyn and V0853 Aur are presented and analyzed by using the 2015 version of the Wilson-Devinney(W-D) *** order to explain their asymmetric Lcs,cool starspots on the components were *** is suggested that their fill-out degrees are f=12.0%(LX Lyn) and f=26.3%(V0853 Aur).At the same time,we found that LX Lyn is a W-type ec.ipsing binary(EB) with an orbital inc.ination of i=84°.88 and a mass ratio of q=2.31.V0853 Aur is also a W-type cEB with a mass ratio of q=2.77 and an orbital inc.ination of i= 79°.*** on all available times of light minimum,their orbital period changes are studied by using the O-c *** O-c diagram of LX Lyn reveals a cyc.ic oscillation with a period of about 14.84 yr and an amplitude of 0.0019 days,which can be explained by the light-travel time effect(LTTE) due to the presence of a third body with a minimum mass of0.06M_⊙.For V0853 Aur,it is discovered that the O-c diagram of the system also shows a cyc.ic oscillation with a period of 9.64 yr and an amplitude of 0.03365 *** cyc.ic oscillation of V0853 Aur can be attributed to the LTTE by means of a third body with a mass no less than 3.77M_⊙.The third body may play an important role in the formation and evolution of these systems.

Efficient detec.ion of single optical centres in solids is essential for quantum information processing, sensing and single-photon generation *** this work,we use radio-frequency（RF） reflectometry to electrically detect the photoionisation induced by a single Er3+ion in *** high bandwidth and sensitivity of the RF reflectometry provide sub-100-ns time resolution for the photoionisation *** this technique,the optically excited state lifetime of a single Er3+ion in a Si nano-transistor is measured for the first time to be 0.49±0.04μ*** results demonstrate an efficient approach for detec.ing a charge state change induced by Er excitation and *** approach could be used for fast readout of other single optical centres in solids and is attrac.ive for large-scale integrated optical quantum systems thanks to the multi-channel RF reflectometry demonstrated with frequency multiplexing techniques.

Distinct Electrical and Mechanical Responses of a cu-10Fe composite Prepared by Hot-Pressed Sintering and Post Treatment

A cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared through hot-pressed sintering,and the material was subsequently solution *** hot-pressed sintered and solution treated materials were rolled and *** precipitation behavior and performance changes were systematically studied by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** contrast to the hot-pressed sintered specimen,the solution treatment significantly affects the thermal stability and properties of the cu-10wt%Fe *** cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared after solid solution,cold rolling and aging at 773 K for 1 h,and it obtained excellent tensile strength of 494 MPa,uniform elongation of 16.3%,electrical conduc.ivity of 51.1%iAcS and softening temperature of 838 *** for the distinct difference in thermal stability and properties between hot-pressed sintered and solution treated specimens were *** findings provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance cu-based in-situ composites by post treatment.
