h.gh.Entropy ceramics ReVO4 and Microwave Dielectric Properties

introduc.ion Microwave dielectric ceramics are widely used in microwave frequency (i.e., 300 Mh.–300 Gh.) circ.its as communication electronic components such.as resonators, filters, and antennas. Th. dielectric permittivity (εr), quality factor (Q×f) and th. temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) are th. main performance index to measure th. quality of microwave dielectric ceramics. h.wever, th.re is a constraint relationsh.p between th. performance parameters. in general, th. giant εr may cause a large dielectric loss and a low Q×f, and th. volatility of εr originates an enormous τf value. Th.refore, materials with.superior intrinsic microwave dielectric properties are rare. Th. existing meth.ds of controlling microwave dielectric properties mainly include ion substitution, composite control, laminated control and non-stoic.iometric ratio control. Th.se meth.ds often require sac.ificing one parameter to satisfy oth.r parameters. h.gh.entropy strategy is a novel regulation meth.d used in inorganic materials. h.gh.entropy ceramics refer to a ceramic system with.a configuration entropy (Sc) of 1.5R. Th. h.gh.entropy effect, sluggish.diffusion effect, lattice distortion effect and synergy in components (i.e., cocktail effect) are four special effects of h.gh.entropy ceramics. Th. h.gh.entropy strategy sh.ws a great potential in dielectric ceramics due to th.se unique effects. in th.s paper, h.gh.entropy strategy was used to design rare-earth.vanadate ceramics. Th. impact of h.gh.entropy structure on th. microwave dielectric properties was investigated. Meth.ds h.gh.entropy ceramics of ReVO4 were synth.sized by a solid-ph.se meth.d with.h.gh.purity rare earth.oxides (Re2O3 with.a purity of > 99.9%) and V2O5. Th. ceramics with.different ch.mical formulas (La0.2ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Eu0.2)VO4, (La0.2ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2 Gd0.2)VO4, and (La0.2ce0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Y0.2)VO4, were denoted as Eu-5RVO, Gd-5RVO, and Y-5RVO, respec.ively. Slits h.ve been widely used in laser-plasma interac.ions as plasma optical components for generating h.gh.h.rmonic ligh. and controlling laser-driven particle ***,we propose and demonstrate th.t periodic th.n slits can be regarded as a new breed of optical elements for efficient focusing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental ph.sics of intense laser interac.ion with.th.n slits is studied,and it is revealed th.t relativistic effects can lead to enh.nced laser focusing far beyond th. pure diffrac.ive focusing *** addition,th. interac.ion of an intense laser pulse with.periodic th.n slits makes it feasible to ac.ieve multifold enh.ncement in both.laser intensity and energy transfer efficiency compared with.conventional *** results provide a novel meth.d for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and sh.uld be of interest for many laser-based applications.

Eigh. novel arylnaph.h.lide lactone lignans, designated as diph.lignan A−h.(1−8), and a new dibenzyltyrolactone lignan, designated as diph.lignan i (9), were isolated from th. roots and rh.zomes of Diph.lleia sinensis, along with.two additional novel natural products (11 and 14) and four known metabolites (10, 12, 13, 15). Th. structural and stereoch.mical ch.racterization of th.se compounds was accomplish.d using NMR spectroscopy and electronic circular dich.oism (EcD) analysis. Th. cytotoxic ac.ivities of all isolated compounds were assessed against A-549 and SMMc-7721 cell lines. Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for th.rmometers based on th. fluorescence intensity ratio(FiR)***,at h.gh.Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such.as optical reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect th. Nd^(3+)emission,wh.ch.h.s been little explored in th. ***,th. present work investigated th. use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with.Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluorescence th.rmometers,in th. temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of th. FiR parameters on th. Nd^(3+)concentration,due to ch.nges in th. emission band profiles caused by optical reabsorption of th. Nd^(3+)emissions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of th. relative sensitivity of th. ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)i_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)i_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with.h.gh.r amounts of Nd^(3+).Th. maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,wh.ch.is th. h.gh.st value among th. reported Nd^(3+)ions.

目的: 与长期肾脏替代治疗相比，肾移植是治疗终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease，ESRD)最为理想的方法，能够显著延长患者生命，提高患者的生活质量。肾移植患者需要终身规范服用免疫抑制药物，与其他器官移植患者相比，肾移植患者... 详细信息

目的: 与长期肾脏替代治疗相比，肾移植是治疗终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease，ESRD)最为理想的方法，能够显著延长患者生命，提高患者的生活质量。肾移植患者需要终身规范服用免疫抑制药物，与其他器官移植患者相比，肾移植患者服药依从性差。服药依从性与药物素养、心理状态密切相关，而相关研究较少。本研究旨在调查肾移植患者的服药依从性、内在力量和药物素养现状，分析三者间的关系，并探讨内在力量在肾移植患者药物素养与用药依从性之间的中介作用。方法: 选取2023年3至10月在湖南省4家三级甲等医院肾移植门诊就诊且年龄≥18岁的421例患者进行横断面调查。分别采用内在力量量表(inner Strength.Scale，iSS)、中文版用药素养评估量表(c.inese version of medication Literacy Assessment in Spanish.and English.MedLitRxSE)和中文版Morisky用药依从性量表-8(c.inese version of th. Morisky Medication Adh.rence Scale-8，c-MMAS-8)对肾移植患者的内在力量、药物素养和服药依从性进行评估。对患者不同社会人口学资料和临床资料对服药依从性的影响进行单因素分析；分析药物素养、服药依从性与内在力量三者间的相关性；对单因素分析及相关分析中有统计学意义的变量进行多元线性回归分析；对三者间的中介效应进行探讨。结果: 在回收的421份调查问卷中，408份调查问卷为有效问卷，有效率为96.91%。肾移植患者c-MMAS-8、MedLitRxSE、iSS得分依次为6.64±1.16、100.63±14.67、8.47±4.03。408例患者中仅86例(21.08%)患者服药依从性水平高，230例(56.37%)患者服药依从性为中等水平，92例(22.55%)患者服药依从性水平较低。单因素分析结果显示：年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、肾移植手术年限、肾移植术后住院次数及药物不良反应对患者服药依从性的影响均有统计学意义(均Pc.iVES: compared with.long-term renal replacement th.rapy, kidney transplantation is th. ideal treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD), significantly extending patient life and improving quality of life. Kidney transplant patients need to adh.re to lifelong immunosuppressive medication regimens, but th.ir medication adh.rence is generally poor compared with.oth.r organ transplant recipients.
