The Dongping deposit is the largest alkalic-hosted gold deposit in china containing>100 t of *** paper presents a new understanding for Dongping ore system,based on the previous *** mineralization originally occurred at 400-380 Ma,simultaneous with emplacement of the Shuiquangou alkaline complex,and was overprinted by the hydrothermal activity in the *** compositions of ores indicate metals of the deposit are mainly provided by the Shuiquangou ***-forming fluids are characterized by increasing oxygen fugacity and decreasing sulfur fugacity,while tellurium fugacity increased in the Stage II-2 and decreased in Stage *** systematic changes are closely related to the processes of mineral precipitation and fluid *** precipitation from Stage Ⅰ to Stage Ⅱ was triggered by fluid boiling,which leads to the precipitation of Pb-Bi-Te,due to decrement of sulfur *** of gas phase containing high concentration of H_2Te leads to precipitation of Te-Au-Ag minerals and native *** on these hypotheses,this paper present a polyphase metallogenic model as *** the Devonian,fluids were released from alkaline magmas,which carried ore-forming materials form the surrounding rocks and precipitate the early *** the Jurassic-cretaceous,fluorine-rich fluids exsolved from highly factionated Shangshuiquan granite,which extracted and concentrated Au from the Shuiquangou complex and the Sanggan Group metamorphic rocks,and finally formed the Dongping gold deposit.

clonal hematopoiesis(cH)is a clonally expanded population of hematopoietic stem cells carrying somatic mutations that differentiate through multilineage hematopoiesis to form terminally differentiated mature hematopoietic cells carrying markers of the clonal *** integral to critical cellular processes such as epigenetic regulation,DNA damage response,and inflammation frequently carry these *** hematopoiesis becomes increasingly prevalent with age and is associated with an increased risk of hematological tumors and some nonhematological *** insights have revealed that the mutations driving cH are not only implicated in hematologic neoplasms but also possess the potential to influence cardiovascular ***,we reviewed up-to-date findings about the roles of cH in cardiovascular diseases and tumors and explored the clinical significance of cH,as well as look forward to future related studies,so as to provide valuable references for future research and clinical practice.

Human pluripotent stem cell(hPSc)-derived kidney organoids share similarities with the fetal ***,the current hPSc-derived kidney organoids have some limitations,including the inability to perform nephrogenesis and lack of a corticomedullary definition,uniform vascular system,and coordinated exit path-way for urinary ***,further studies are required to produce hPSc-derived kidney organoids that accurately mimic human kidneys to facilitate research on kidney development,regeneration,disease modeling,and drug *** this review,we discussed recent advances in the generation of hPSc-derived kidney organoids,how these organoids contribute to the understanding of human kidney development and research in disease ***,the limitations,future research focus,and applications of hPSc-derived kidney organoids were highlighted.

Enhanced Acceleration for Generalized Nonconvex Low-Rank Matrix Learning

Matrix minimization techniques that employ the nuclear norm have gained recognition for their applicability in tasks like image inpainting, clustering, classification, and reconstruction. However, they come with inherent biases and computational burdens, especially when used to relax the rank function, making them less effective and efficient in real-world scenarios. To address these challenges, our research focuses on generalized nonconvex rank regularization problems in robust matrix completion (RMc), low-rank representation (LRR), and robust matrix regression (RMR). We introduce innovative approaches for effective and efficient low-rank matrix learning, grounded in generalized nonconvex rank relaxations inspired by various substitutes for the?0-norm relaxed functions. These relaxations allow us to more accurately capture low-rank structures. Our optimization strategy employs a nonconvex and multi-variable alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM), backed by rigorous theoretical analysis for complexity and convergence. This algorithm iteratively updates blocks of variables, ensuring efficient convergence. Additionally, we incorporate the randomized singular value decomposition technique and/or other acceleration strategies to enhance the computational efficiency of our approach, particularly for large-scale constrained minimization problems. In conclusion, our experimental results across a variety of image vision-related application tasks unequivocally demonstrate the superiority of our proposed methodologies in terms of both efficacy and efficiency when compared to most other related learning methods.

Microglia are present throughout the central nervous system and are vital in neural repair,nutrition,phagocytosis,immunological regulation,and maintaining neuronal *** a healthy spinal cord,microglia are accountable for immune surveillance,however,when a spinal cord injury occurs,the microenvironment drastically changes,leading to glial scars and failed axonal *** this context,microglia vary their gene and protein expression during activation,and proliferation in reaction to the injury,influencing injury responses both favorably and unfavorably.A dynamic and multifaceted injury response is mediated by microglia,which interact directly with neurons,astrocytes,oligodendrocytes,and neural stem/progenitor *** a clear understanding of their essential nature and origin,the mechanisms of action and new functions of microglia in spinal cord injury require extensive *** review summarizes current studies on microglial genesis,physiological function,and pathological state,highlights their crucial roles in spinal cord injury,and proposes microglia as a therapeutic target.

chiral transfer amidst one-dimensional linear polymers and twodimensional network covalent organic frameworks:Striking a fine balance between helicity and crystallinity

The current landscape of chiral covalent organic frameworks(cOFs)predominantly centered on constructing asymmetric molecular-scale chirality,often introducing an inherent contradiction to the cOF symmetry and limiting ***,we overcome these challenges by achieving chiral transfer between one-dimensional(1D)imine linear polymers(LPs)and two-dimensional(2D)networkβ-ketoenamine cOFs composed of achiral *** successfully synthesize several 1D imine LPs with mesoscopic helical chirality,comprising achiral c2-symmetric terephthalaldehyde and diamine linkers in a chiral supramolecular transcription *** the irreversible tautomerism mechanism within the linker replacement approach,terephthalaldehyde(TPA)units in these helical 1D LPs are substituted with c3-symmetric 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(TP),yielding the corresponding 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** and helicity of the resultantβ-ketoenamine cOFs intimately hinge on reaction conditions,including the aldehyde stoichiometry of Tp and TPA,as well as the quantity and concentration of the catalyst *** optimized conditions,the nucleation and growth were precisely governed,achieving a harmonious equilibrium of crystallinity and helicity within the generated 2D networkβ-ketoenamine cOFs,even with covalent bond rupture,recombination,and topological transition(from[c2+c2]to[c3+c2]).Impressively,the ground state chirality inherent to helical 1D LPs seamlessly transfers to helical 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** study not only offers new perspectives on the development of chiral functional cOFs,but also provides fresh insights into the precise control of cOFs'microscopic morphology.

Translocation of telomerase reverse transcriptase coincided with ATP release in postnatal cochlear supporting cells

The spontaneous bursts of electrical activity in the developing auditory system are derived from the periodic release of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)by supporting cells in the Kölliker’s ***,the mechanisms responsible for initiating spontaneous ATP release have not been *** previous study revealed that telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)is expressed in the basilar membrane during the first postnatal *** role in cochlear development remains *** this study,we investigated the expression and role of TERT in postnatal cochlea supporting *** results revealed that in postnatal cochlear Kölliker’s organ supporting cells,TERT shifts from the nucleus into the cytoplasm over *** found that the TERT translocation tendency in postnatal cochlear supporting cells in vitro coincided with that observed in *** analysis showed that TERT in the cytoplasm was mainly located in mitochondria in the absence of oxidative stress or apoptosis,suggesting that TERT in mitochondria plays roles other than antioxidant or anti-apoptotic *** observed increased ATP synthesis,release and activation of purine signaling systems in supporting cells during the first 10 postnatal *** phenomenon that TERT translocation coincided with changes in ATP synthesis,release and activation of the purine signaling system in postnatal cochlear supporting cells suggested that TERT may be involved in regulating ATP release and activation of the purine signaling *** study provides a new research direction for exploring the spontaneous electrical activity of the cochlea during the early postnatal period.

The technology of radio frequency fingerprint identification based on deep learning for 5G application

User Equipment(UE)authentication holds paramount importance in upholding the security of wireless networks.A nascent technology,Radio Frequency Fingerprint Identification(RFFI),is gaining prominence as a means to bolster network security *** expedite the integration of RFFI within fifth-generation(5G)networks,this research undertakes the creation of a comprehensive link-level simulation platform tailored for 5G *** devised platform emulates various device impairments,including an oscillator,IQ modulator,and power amplifier(PA)nonlinearities,alongside simulating channel *** to this,a plausibility analysis is executed,intertwining transmitter device impairments with 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)new radio(NR)***,an exhaustive exploration is conducted to assess the impact of transmitter impairments,deep neural networks(DNNs),and channel effects on RF fingerprinting ***,under a signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of 15 d B,the deep learning approach demonstrates the capability to accurately classify 100 UEs with a commendable 91%accuracy *** a multifaceted evaluation,it is ascertained that the Attention-based network architecture emerges as the optimal choice for the RFFI task,serving as the new benchmark model for RFFI applications.
