The microstructure characteristics and strengthening mechanism of Inconel738Lc(IN-738Lc) alloy prepared by using induction-assisted directed energy deposition(IDED) were elucidated through the investigation of samples subjected to IDED under 1050℃ preheating with and without hot isostatic pressing(HIP,1190℃,105 MPa,and 3 h).Results show that the as-deposited sample mainly consisted of epitaxial columnar crystals and inhomogeneously distributed γ’ phases in interdendritic and dendritic core *** HIP,grain morphology changed negligibly,whereas the size of the γ’ phase became increasingly *** further heat treatment(HT,1070℃,2 h + 845℃,24 h),the γ’ phase in the as-deposited and HIPed samples presented a bimodal size distribution,whereas that in the as-deposited sample showed a size that remained *** comparison of tensile properties revealed that the tensile strength and uniform elongation of the HIP + HTed sample increased by 5% and 46%,respectively,due to the synergistic deformation of bimodal γ’phases,especially large cubic γ’ ***,the relationship between phase transformations and plastic deformations in the IDEDed sample was discussed on the basis of generalized stability theory in terms of the trade-off between thermodynamics and kinetics.

Objective:The activities and products of carbohydrate metabolism are involved in key processes of ***,its relationship with hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc)is ***:The cancer genome atlas(TcGA)-Hcc and IcGc-LIRI-JP datasets were acquired via public *** expressed genes(DEGs)between Hcc and control samples in the TcGA-Hcc dataset were identified and overlapped with 355 carbohydrate metabolism-related genes(cRGs)to obtain differentially expressed cRGs(DE-cRGs).Then,univariate cox and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)analyses were applied to identify risk model genes,and Hcc samples were divided into high/low-risk groups according to the median risk ***,gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was performed on the risk model *** sensitivity of the risk model to immunotherapy and chemotherapy was also ***:A total of 8 risk model genes,namely,G6PD,PFKFB4,AcAT1,ALDH2,AcYP1,OGDHL,AcADS,and TKTL1,were ***,the risk score,cancer status,age,and pathologic T stage were strongly associated with the prognosis of Hcc *** the stromal score and immune score had significant negative/positive correlations with the risk score,reflecting the important role of the risk model in immunotherapy ***,the stromal and immune scores had significant negative/positive correlations with risk scores,reflecting the important role of the risk model in immunotherapy ***,we found that high-/low-risk patients were more sensitive to 102 drugs,suggesting that the risk model exhibited sensitivity to chemotherapy *** results of the experiments in Hcc tissue samples validated the expression of the risk model ***:Through bioinformatic analysis,we constructed a carbohydrate metabolism-related risk model for Hcc,contributing to the prognosis prediction and treatment of Hcc patients.

The objective of dynamical system learning tasks is to forecast the future behavior of a system by leveraging observed ***,such systems can sometimes exhibit rigidity due to significant variations in component parameters or the presence of slow and fast variables,leading to challenges in *** overcome this limitation,we propose a multiscale differential-algebraic neural network(MDANN)method that utilizes Lagrangian mechanics and incorporates multiscale information for dynamical system *** MDANN method consists of two main components:the Lagrangian mechanics module and the multiscale *** Lagrangian mechanics module embeds the system in cartesian coordinates,adopts a differential-algebraic equation format,and uses Lagrange multipliers to impose constraints explicitly,simplifying the learning *** multiscale module converts high-frequency components into low-frequency components using radial scaling to learn subprocesses with large differences in *** results demonstrate that the proposed MDANN method effectively improves the learning of dynamical systems under rigid conditions.

Interval model updating(IMU)methods have been widely used in uncertain model updating due to their low requirements for sample ***,the surrogate model in IMU methods mostly adopts the one-time construction *** makes the accuracy of the surrogate model highly dependent on the experience of users and affects the accuracy of IMU ***,an improved IMU method via the adaptive Kriging models is *** method transforms the objective function of the IMU problem into two deterministic global optimization problems about the upper bound and the interval diameter through universal grey *** optimization problems are addressed through the adaptive Kriging models and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)method to quantify the uncertain parameters,and the IMU is *** the construction of these adaptive Kriging models,the sample space is gridded according to sensitivity *** sampling is then performed in key subspaces based on the maximum mean square error(MMSE)*** interval division coeffic.ent and random sampling coeffic.ent are adaptively adjusted without human interference until the model meets accuracy *** effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a numerical example of a three-degree-of-freedom mass-spring system and an experimental example of a butted cylindrical *** results show that the updated results of the interval model are in good agreement with the experimental results.

ZrO_(2)-strengthened porous mullite insulation materials were prepared by foaming technology utilizing ZrSiO_(4) and Al_(2)O_(3) as primary materials and Y_(2)O_(3) as an *** effects of Y_(2)O_(3) contents on the phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties,and heat conductivity of the porous mullite insulation materials were investigated.A suitable Y_(2)O_(3) content could promote phase transition of monoclinic ZrO_(2)(m-ZrO_(2))to tetragonal ZrO_(2)(t-ZrO_(2)),reduce pore size,and improve the strengths of as-prepared *** cold crushing strength and bending strength of as-prepared specimens with a 119µm spherical pore size using 6 wt.%Y_(2)O_(3) were 35.2 and 13.0 MPa,respectively,with a heat conductivity being only 0.248 W/(m K).
