Synt.esis of 4-aminoant.pyrine Schiff bases and t.eir ant.microbial act.vit.es

Various compounds of 4-aminoant.pyrine Schiff bases(M1–M12) were synt.esized via a condensat.on react.on of 4-aminoant.pyrine wit. different.benzaldehydes t.rough a convent.onal met.od of refluxing t.e mixt.re for 3–4 h. t.e synt.esized Schiff bases were charact.rized by using element.l analyses, Ft.IR, UV-Vis, Mass, 1 H and 13 c NMR spect.oscopy. t.e ant.microbial act.vit. of t.e synt.esized Schiff bases was invest.gat.d against.12 bact.rial st.ains(Mycobact.rium smegmat.s, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subt.lis, Ent.rococcus faecalis, St.phylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Escherichia coli, Ent.robact.r cloacae, Klebsiella oxyt.ca, Prot.us vulgaris, Ent.robact.r aerogenes, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), and ant.fungal act.vit.es were t.st.d against.seven fungal st.ains(Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus carbonarious, Aspergillus parasit.cus, Aspergillus fumigat.s, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium vert.cillioides and Fusarium proliferat.m). t.e ant.microbial act.vit.es of t.e synt.esized compounds were compared wit. st.ndard st.ept.mycin and nalidixic acid. t.e result. obt.ined from ant.bact.rial assay indicat.d t.at.M1–M12 inhibit.d pot.nt.al growt. of Prot.us vulgaris wit. minimum inhibit.ry concent.at.ons(MIcs) ranging from 15.6–250 μg/mL compared wit. t.e st.ndard nalidixic acid wit. an MIc of 500 μg/mL. Moreover, we could conclude t.at.most.of t.e t.st.d compounds experienced mild t. low act.vit.es at.15.6 μg/mL. t.eir act.vit.es could be at.ribut.d t. t.eir low concent.at.on s. t.e ant.fungal analysis showed t.at.t.e t.st.d fungi were not.sensit.ve t. t.e prepared Schiff bases at.t.e prepared concent.at.on of 500 μg/mL. t.erefore, we recommended furt.er analysis on bot. cyt.t.xicit. and minimum bact.ricidal concent.at.on(MBc) t. ascert.in t.eir pot.nt.al effect. against.human cells.

Glut.t.ione S-t.ansferases（GSt., Ec 2.***.1.1 8） are a family of super enzymes wit. mult.ple funct.ons t.at.play a major role in t.e det.xificat.on of endogenous and xenobiot.c compounds. In our previous st.dy, we have predict.d 23 put.t.ve cyt.solic GSt. in t.e silkworm genome using bioinformat.c met.ods. In t.is st.dy, we cloned and st.died t.e insect.specific epsilon-class GSt.gene GSt.4 from t.e silkworm, Bombyx mori. t.e recombinant.Bm GSt.4（Bac-Bm GSt.4） was overexpressed in SF- 9 cell lines, and it.was found t. have effect.ve GSt.act.vit.. We also found t.at.t.e expression of Bm GSt.4 was especially down-regulat.d aft.r t.e silkworms were fumigat.d wit. or ingest.d phoxim. Moreover, Bm GSt.4 prot.ct.d HEK293 cells against.UV-induced cell apopt.sis. t.ese result. demonst.at.d t.at.Bm GSt.4 has GSt.act.vit., is sensit.ve t. phoxim, and plays a role in inhibit.on of UV-induced cell apopt.sis.

本文开始用一个最小平方估值器的推导来产生一个加速度输入矢量估值。文中首先研究了一种感受目标机动的检测器,其次研究了估值器、检测器和“简化”卡尔曼滤波器的组合,以形成一个跟踪机动目标的跟踪装置,最后介绍了一些模拟结果。文中首先阐述了假定目标机动的实际剩余和假定不机动的“简化”卡尔曼滤波器的理论剩余之间的关系。然后估值器计算了上述关系拟合的最好的等加速度输入矢量。其结果是一个输入矢量最小平方估值器,该估值器可以用来修正“简化”卡尔曼滤波器。因为典型的目标在相当长的时间花费在以固定方位和恒定速度方式飞行,所以要用一部检测器来防护,以防自动修正“简化”卡尔曼滤波器。仅当估算的输入矢量范数超过了门限时,才表示机动并实现修正。该跟踪系统容易实现,其跟踪能力在三个跟踪实例中进行了说明。
