Urea plays a vital role in the sustainable development of mankind as it is one of the most important nitrogen *** synthesis of urea is accompanied by a high level of energy consumption while electrocatalytic methods suffer from low yields and poor *** work achieves efficient synthesis of urea by designing the graphene-In_(2)O_(3)electrocatalysts for the co-activated reduction of nitrate and carbon dioxide,where the formation rate of urea,Faraday efficiency(FE)and carbon selectivity at-0.35 V *** can reach 357.47μg mg^(-1)h^(-1),10.46%and~100%,***,the key intermediates in the c–N coupling reaction are demonstrated to be*NH_(2)and*cO_(2),which is of novelty compared to previous *** work may provide inspiration for subsequent studies on the reaction mechanism of the electrochemical synthesis of urea,as well as theoretical guidance for the sustainable synthesis of some other important chemical substances.

Traditional Fuzzy c-Means(FcM)and Possibilistic c-Means(PcM)clustering algorithms are data-driven,and their objective function minimization process is based on the available numeric ***,knowledge hints have been introduced to formknowledge-driven clustering algorithms,which reveal a data structure that considers not only the relationships between data but also the compatibility with knowledge ***,these algorithms cannot produce the optimal number of clusters by the clustering algorithm itself;they require the assistance of evaluation ***,knowledge hints are usually used as part of the data structure(directly replacing some clustering centers),which severely limits the flexibility of the algorithm and can lead to *** solve this problem,this study designs a newknowledge-driven clustering algorithmcalled the PcM clusteringwith High-density Points(HP-PcM),in which domain knowledge is represented in the form of so-called high-density ***,a newdatadensitycalculation function is *** Density Knowledge Points Extraction(DKPE)method is established to filter out high-density points from the dataset to form knowledge ***,these hints are incorporated into the PcM objective function so that the clustering algorithm is guided by high-density points to discover the natural data ***,the initial number of clusters is set to be greater than the true one based on the number of knowledge ***,the HP-PcM algorithm automatically determines the final number of clusters during the clustering process by considering the cluster elimination *** experimental studies,including some comparative analyses,the results highlight the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,such as the increased success rate in clustering,the ability to determine the optimal cluster number,and the faster convergence speed.

The combination of interface engineering and defect engineering is a promising strategy for developing new semiconducting surface-enhanced Raman scattering （SERS） ***,an organic/inorganic hybrid g-c3N4/TiO2-Xheterojunction with synchronous generation of strong interface effect and abundan surface oxygen vacancy （OV） defect was prepared by a simple sol-hydrothermal procedure with a help of *** to the improved substrate-to-molecule charge transfer （cT） from joint contribution of high efficiency carrier separation induced by strong interface coupling effect and multiple cT paths derived from abundant surface OV,g-c3N4/TiO2-Xsubstrate exhibits greatly enhanced SERS effect for non-resonan4-mercaptobenzoic acid （4-MBA） *** enhancement factor of g-c3N4/TiO2-Xsubstrate for 4-MBA i as high as 5.57×10～6,and the substrate exhibits ultra-high stability and excellent spectral reproducibility More meaningfully,the developed g-c3N4/TiO2-Xheterojunction can be used to execute an ultrasensitive detection for antibiotic residues in real water system,even comprehensive evaluation of multi-componen residues.

Edge devices,due to their limited computational and storage resources,often require the use of compilers for program ***,ensuring the security and reliability of these compilers is of paramount importance in the emerging field of edge *** widely used testing method for this purpose is fuzz testing,which detects bugs by inputting random test cases into the target ***,this process consumes significant time and *** improve the efficiency of compiler fuzz testing,it is common practice to utilize test case prioritization *** researchers use machine learning to predict the code coverage of test cases,aiming to maximize the test capability for the target compiler by increasing the overall predicted coverage of the test ***,these methods can only forecast the code coverage of the compiler at a specific optimization level,potentially missing many optimization-related *** this paper,we introduce c-cORE(short for clustering by code Representation),the first framework to prioritize test cases according to their code representations,which are derived directly from the source *** approach avoids being limited to specific compiler states and extends to a broader range of compiler ***,we first train a scaled pre-trained programming language model to capture as many common features as possible from the test cases generated by a *** this pre-trained model,we then train two downstream models:one for predicting the likelihood of triggering a bug and another for identifying code representations associated with ***,we cluster the test cases according to their code representations and select the highest-scoring test case from each cluster as the high-quality test *** reduction in redundant testing cases leads to time *** evaluation results reveal that code representations are better at distinguishing test capabilities,and c-cORE significantly enhanc

cloud service providers generally co-locate online services and batch jobs onto the same computer cluster,where the resources can be pooled in order to maximize data center resource *** to resource competition between batch jobs and online services,co-location frequently impairs the performance of online *** study presents a quality of service(QoS)prediction-based schedulingmodel(QPSM)for *** performance prediction of QPSM consists of two parts:the prediction of an online service’s QoS anomaly based on XGBoost and the prediction of the completion time of an offline batch job based on ***-line service QoS anomaly prediction is used to evaluate the influence of batch jobmix on on-line service performance,and batch job completion time prediction is utilized to reduce the total waiting time of batch *** the same number of batch jobs are scheduled in experiments using typical test sets such as cloudSuite,the scheduling time required by QPSM is reduced by about 6 h on average compared with the first-come,first-served strategy and by about 11 h compared with the random scheduling *** with the non-co-located situation,QPSM can improve cPU resource utilization by 12.15% and memory resource utilization by 5.7% on *** show that the QPSM scheduling strategy proposed in this study can effectively guarantee the quality of online services and further improve cluster resource utilization.

This study aims to elucidate the mechanism of lipid metabolism disorder in intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) pigs and the potential alleviating effects of dimethylglycine sodium salt (DMG-Na). A total of 60 male newborn piglets were selected for this study. Within each litter, one normal birth weight (NBW) male piglet (1.53 +/- 0.04 kg) and two IUGR male piglets (0.76 +/- 0.06 kg) were chosen based on their birth weight. The piglets were divided into three groups for the study: NBW pigs received a PBS gavage and a common basal diet (NBW-c group), IUGR pigs received the same PBS gavage and common basal diet (IUGR-c group), and IUGR pigs received a 70-mg DMG-Na gavage along with a common basal diet supplemented with 0.1% DMG-Na (IUGR-D group). At 150 d of age, all piglets underwent euthanasia by exsanguination following electrical stunning, after which plasma, liver, and longissimus dorsi (LM) samples were promptly collected. The IUGR-D group demonstrated improvements in plasma parameters (P ceride and free fatty acid (FFA) values, and hormone levels (P ce values. Restoration of lipid metabolism was observed (P ceride and FFA, and higher hepatic lipase and total lipase values in the liver, and lower triglyceride and FFA values in the LM. The aggregation ofα-synuclein(α-syn)is strongly influenced by membrane interfaces,but the mechanism of transition from monomers to oligomers at early aggregation stage is not ***,we investigate the adsorption and structure changes ofα-syn on oppositely charged aromatic interfaces through in-situ surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy and nano-IR *** results show that the synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions leads to a“fast-slow”two-step aggregation pathway on negatively charged *** adsorption induces the formation of an extended helix structure and subsequently partial helix unwinding in NAc region,which enables the hydrophobic stacking between nearby NAc *** antiparallel β-sheet rich aggregates are gradually emerging as further interactions of monomers with the fast formed“first layer”.Monomers electrostatically adsorb on positively charged interface by c-terminus with NAc region and N-terminus stretched in solvent,which serve as an aggregation core and induce further adsorption and gradual formation of aggregates with c-terminus *** results demonstrate the modulation of surface charge and synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions on the interaction modes and aggregation pathways,which provide insights into dynamic conformation changes ofα-syn at early aggregation stage and imply the important role of spatial-temporal heterogeneity of membranes inα-synucleinopathies.
