The insensitivity of semiconductors to visible and infrared light is a key constraint on the utilization of light energy in photocatalytic *** photocatalysts with full-spectrum absorption through surface engineering is an effective approach to fully harnessing light energy in semiconductor ***,a novel stable Ti_(3)c_(2)T_(x)MXene/cdS heterojunction catalyst is obtained by in-situ epitaxial growth of two-dimensional(2D)cdS nanosheets on 2D MXene interface via a solvothermal *** exceptional light absorption properties of MXene confer outstanding full-spectrum driven photocat-alytic hydrogen evolution capability upon the heterogeneous *** unique 2D/2D structure effectively mitigated the recombination of photogenerated carriers,enhancing the photocatalytic performance of the ***,the composite catalyst exhibits a significantly higher surface temperature of 80.4℃under visible light irradiation at an intensity of 0.1 W/cm^(2),which is 1.84 times higher than that of *** irradiation of visible and near infrared light,the composite catalyst with photothermal ef-fect demonstrates a remarkable hydrogen evolution rate of 65.4 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is 7.2 times higher than that of cdS *** study introduces a novel approach for constructing full-spectrum absorption catalysts and expands the application of the photothermal effect in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution research.

Distribution and geochemical significance of alkylbenzenes for crude oil with different depositional environments and thermal maturities

A total of 45 alkylbenzenes were detected and identified in crude oils with different depositional environments and thermal maturities from the Tarim Basin,Beibuwan Basin,and Songliao Basin using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Gc×GcTOFMS).By analyzing the distribution characteristics of c0-c5alkylbenzenes,it is found that the content of some alkylbenzenes varies greatly in crude *** on the distribution characteristics of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene(Te MB)and 1,2,3,4-Te MB,the ratio of 1,2,4,5-Te MB to 1,2,3,4-Te MB is proposed to indicate the organic matter origin and depositional environment of ancient *** samples originated mainly from lower hydrobiont,algae,bacteria and source rocks deposited under reducing/anoxic conditions have low 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(less than 0.6),while oil samples originated mainly from terrestrial higher plants and source rocks deposited under oxic/sub-oxic conditions have higher 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(greater than 1.0).The significant difference of 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values is controlled by 1,2,4,5-Te MB content.1,2,4,5-Te MB content in oils derived from source rocks deposited in oxidized sedimentary environment(greater than 1.0 mg/g whole oil)is higher than that in oils from source rocks deposited in reduced sedimentary environment(less than 1.0 mg/g whole oil).1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio might not or slightly be affected by evaporative fractionation,biodegradation and thermal maturity.1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio and 1,2,4,5-Te MB content can be used as supplementary parameter for the identification of sedimentary environment and organic matter *** should be noted that compared to the identification of organic matter sources,the 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB parameter is more effective in identifying sedimentary environments.

We study a problem called the k-means problem with penalties(k-MPWP),which is a natural generalization of the typical k-means *** this problem,we have a set D of client points in R^(d),a set F of possible centers in R^(d),and a penalty cost Pj>O for each point j∈*** are also given an integer k which is the size of the center point *** want to find a center point set S■F with size k,choose a penalized subset of clients P■D,and assign every client in D\P to its open *** goal is to minimize the sum of the squared distances between every point in D\P to its assigned centre point and the sum of the penalty costs for all clients in *** using the multi-swap local search technique and under the fixed-dimensional Euclidean space setting,we present a polynomial-time approximation scheme(PTAS)for the k-MPWP.

Local Adaptive Gradient Variance Attack for Deep Fake Fingerprint Detection

In recent years,deep learning has been the mainstream technology for fingerprint liveness detection(FLD)tasks because of its remarkable ***,recent studies have shown that these deep fake fingerprint detection(DFFD)models are not resistant to attacks by adversarial examples,which are generated by the introduction of subtle perturbations in the fingerprint image,allowing the model to make fake *** of the existing adversarial example generation methods are based on gradient optimization,which is easy to fall into local optimal,resulting in poor transferability of adversarial *** addition,the perturbation added to the blank area of the fingerprint image is easily perceived by the human eye,leading to poor visual *** response to the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel adversarial attack method based on local adaptive gradient variance for *** ridge texture area within the fingerprint image has been identified and designated as the region for perturbation ***,the images are fed into the targeted white-box model,and the gradient direction is optimized to compute gradient ***,an adaptive parameter search method is proposed using stochastic gradient ascent to explore the parameter values during adversarial example generation,aiming to maximize adversarial attack *** results on two publicly available fingerprint datasets show that ourmethod achieves higher attack transferability and robustness than existing methods,and the perturbation is harder to perceive.

considering the intrinsic advantages of natural copiousness and cost-effectiveness of potassium resource,potassium-ion batteries(KIBs) are booming as prospective alternatives to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) in large-scale energy storage scenarios. Nevertheless, lacking desirable electrodes for reversibly hosting the bulky K+hinders the widespread application of KIBs, and it needs to be urgently solved. Hereon, the porous S-doped Sb_(2)O_(3)-graphene-carbon(SAGc) nanofibers are manufactured through an adjustable and facile approach, which involves electrospinning, in situ etching and sulfuration. The synthesized SAGc is featured by the ultra-small amorphous Sb_(2)O_(3) homogeneously wrapped inside the carbon matrix, as well as the co-incorporation of graphene and sulfur. Tentatively,the SAGc nanofiber sheets are applied as binder-free anodes for KIBs, exhibiting a prominent cycling life(256.72 m Ah·g^(-1) over 150 cycles at 100 m A·g^(-1)) and rate·g^(-1) over 100 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1)). The positive synergy among all the active components accounts for the distinguished performances of the SAGc. By reinforcing the tolerability to the swelling stress, producing the valid electrochemical active sites, and promoting the charge transferring for reversible K+uptake, the SAGc finally renders the excellent cyclability, capacity, and rate capability. Moreover, the extrinsic electrochemical pseudocapacitance characteristics induced by the porous carbon substrate elevate the K-storage capacity of the SAGc as well. It is hoped that the conclusions drawn may offer new insights into a direction for the high-performance binderfree KIB anodes.

Transformation optics(TO) provides an unprecedented technique to control electromagnetic(EM) waves by engineering the constitutive parameters of the surrounding medium through a proper spatial transformation. In general, ideal transformation optical devices require simultaneous electric and magnetic responses along all three dimensions. To ease the practical implementation, previous studies usually made use of reduced parameters or other simplified approaches, which inevitably introduce extra reflection or unwanted phase shift. Up to today, experimental realizations of full-parameter transformation optical devices in free space are still quite limited. Here, a general design strategy is proposed to solve this *** a specific example, a full-parameter spatial-compression TO medium with constitutive parameters taking the diagonal form diag(a, a, 1/a) for the TM wave incidence was designed and realized experimentally. Such spatial-compression TO media were then applied to the implementation of an ideal omnidirectional invisibility cloak capable of concealing a large-scale object over a wide range of illumination angles. Both the simulation and experiment confirm that the cloak allows for nearly unity transmission of EM waves in the forward direction without introducing extra scattering or phase shift. This work constitutes an important stepping stone for future practical implementation of arbitrary full-parameter omnidirectional transformation optical devices.

Probing the Bardeen-Kiselev black hole with the cosmological constant caused by Einstein equations coupled with nonlinear electrodynamics using quasinormal modes and greybody bounds

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically symmetric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosmological constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear Maxwell field *** compute the quasinormal frequencies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant due to electromagnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH parameters,we discuss the behavior of both real and imaginary parts of the BH quasinormal frequencies and compare these frequencies with the Reissner-Nordström-de Sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(RN-dSQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ under electromagnetic perturbations are different when the charge parameter q,the state parameter w and the normalization factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant and the RN-dSQ are different only when the charge parameter q is ***,compared with the gravitational perturbations,the electromagnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electromagnetic fields in curved spacetime *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence,the electromagnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant damps faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinormal mode decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transmission coefficients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosmological constant;it is shown that the transmission coefficients will increase due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence.
