The circular electron-positron collider(cEPc)is designed to precisely measure the properties of the Higgs boson,study electroweak interactions at the z-boson peak,and search for new physics beyond the Standard *** a component of the 4th conceptual cEPc detector,the drift chamber facilitates the measurement of charged *** study implemented a Geant4-based simulation and track reconstruction for the drift *** the simulation,detector construction and response were implemented and added to the cEPc simulation *** development of track reconstruction involves track finding using the combinatorial Kalman filter method and track fitting using the tool of *** the simulated data,the tracking performance was *** results showed that both the reconstruction resolution and tracking efficiency satisfied the requirements of the cEPc experiment.

Excessively high temperatures inside a power transformer can accelerate the ageing rate and even cause unplanned *** estimating the hot-spot temperature(HST)of a power transformer is important for regulating the load and ensuring long-term *** this study,a closed-loop model of a 110-kV product transformer with an oil natural/air forced(ONAF)cooling mode is built to predict HST,in which the compression ratio of windings,equivalent heat source and radiator geometry are *** to the flow field of the winding,the‘dead oil zone’and reverse oil flow are observed in the horizontal oil *** accuracy of the proposed model is experimentally validated by temperature-rise *** results show that the absolute errors between the measured results and simulation are below 5°c,and the average error is~2°***,the arrangements of windings and radiators are studied to enhance the oil *** adding 5 washers to the high-voltage winding,the average temperature can be decreased by 6°c compared with the case without a *** the radiator can also mitigate the characteristic temperatures,and the optimal height difference between the radiator and winding centre is suggested to be 0.66 m.

Vibration with a frequency of 100 Hz is widely distributed in the power equipment,and it can provide a new way to supply energy for sensors by vibration energy *** vibration energy harvesting method based on electromagnetic induction principle was studied through the arrayed structure of magnets and *** magnetic field models were established for four magnet array structures and it was found that the alternating magnet array has the largest magnetic flux and magnetic flux *** on the alternating magnet array,prototypes of energy harvester with vertical and parallel movement mode were *** structural parameter optimisation analysis,two different energy harvesters were fabricated and it was found that the energy harvester with a parallel movement mode has better output *** energy harvester could provide output voltage/current and power of 8.35 V/17.39 mA and 15.13 mW(matched resistance is 200Ω)at an acceleration of 5 m⋅s^(-2).The 100 mF capacitor could be charged to 2.72 V within 300 s,and the final voltage of the capacitor is greater than 3 V,which could sustainably drive commercial wireless temperature/humidity sensors.

Thermal stable intermetallic particles are important for the heat resistance of magnesium(Mg)*** this work,many lath-like particles formed in α-Mg grains of a Mg-8Gd-3Sm-0.7Al casting alloy when heat-treated at 873 ***-resolution high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM) characterizations indicate that most of them are Mg-containing Al_(2)(Gd,Sm),with the atomic ratio of Mg:Al:(Gd,Sm) being ~1:1:1;a small part of them with relatively wider thickness are long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) phases simultaneously containing both 14H and 18R *** followed common orientation relationships with Mg matrix as those reported in previous *** addition,many Mg laths were observed in the primary blocky Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) phase at grain boundaries,where the atomic ratio of Al:(Gd,Sm) in the Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) matrix was 2:***,density functional theory(DFT) calculations illustrated the detail structure of the re-constructed Mg/Al_(2)RE interface and simultaneously deduced the underlying reason for the re-dissolution of the newly formed Mg-containing Al_(2)(Gd,Sm) plates in α-Mg matrix.

Radiotherapy is widely used for cancer treatment, but its clinical utility is limited by radioresistance and its inability to target metastases. Nanoscale metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have shown promise as high-z nanoradiosensitizers to enhance radiotherapy and induce immunostimulatory regulation of the tumor microenvironment. We hypothesized that MOFs could deliver small-molecule therapeutics to synergize with radiotherapy for enhanced antitumor efficacy. Herein, we develop a robust nanoradiosensitizer,GA-MOF, by conjugating a STING agonist, 2,3-cyclic guanosine monophosphate–adenosine monophosphate(GA), on MOFs for synergistic radiosensitization and STING activation. GA-MOF demonstrated strong anticancer efficacy by forming immune-cell-rich nodules(artificial leukocytoid structures) and transforming them into immunostimulatory hotspots with radiotherapy. Further combination with an immune checkpoint blockade suppressed distant tumors through systemic immune activation. Our work not only demonstrates the potent radiosensitization of GA-MOF, but also provides detailed mechanisms regarding MOF distribution, immune regulatory pathways and long-term immune effects.

BAcKGROUND Laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy(LARG)is the standard treatment for early-stage gastric carcinoma(Gc).However,the negative impact of this proce-dure on respiratory function requires the optimized intraoperative management of patients in terms of *** To investigate the influence of pressure-controlled ventilation volume-guaranteed(PcV-VG)and volume-controlled ventilation(VcV)on blood gas analysis and pulmonary ventilation in patients undergoing LARG for Gc based on the lung ultrasound score(LUS).METHODS The study included 103 patients with Gc undergoing LARG from May 2020 to May 2023,with 52 cases undergoing PcV-VG(research group)and 51 cases undergoing VcV(control group).LUS were recorded at the time of entering the operating room(T0),20 minutes after anesthesia with endotracheal intubation(T1),30 minutes after artificial pneumoperitoneum(PP)establishment(T2),and 15 minutes after endotracheal tube removal(T5).For blood gas analysis,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PacO_(2))were *** airway pressure(P_(peak)),plateau pressure(Pplat),mean airway pressure(P_(mean)),and dynamic pulmonary compliance(c_(dyn))were recorded at T1 and T2,1 hour after PP establishment(T3),and at the end of the operation(T4).Postoperative pulmonary complications(PPcs)were ***-and postoperative serum interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** compared with those at T0,the whole,anterior,lateral,posterior,upper,lower,left,and right lung LUS of the research group were significantly reduced at T1,T2,and T5;in the control group,the LUS of the whole and partial lung regions(posterior,lower,and right lung)decreased significantly at T2,while at T5,the LUS of the whole and some regions(lateral,lower,and left lung)increased *** comparison with the control group,the whole and regional LUS of the research group were reduc

The spent lithium-ion batteries recovery has been brought into focus widely for its environmental imperatives and potential profits from the metal components,such as lithium,cobalt,nickel and ***,the weaker pollution and fewer profits of LiMn2O4cathode dispel the enthusiasm and responsibility of industry ***,a simplified and efncient method to regenerate the sodium-ion cathode materials and separate Li from spent LiMn2O4materials for the profit improvement is *** detail,adjusting the parameters of carbothermal reduction process appropriately,the LiMn2O4spinel structure is destroyed within a short period time and transformed into simple metal *** anticipated,nearly 95 wt.%lithium can be obtained and recovered during the water leaching,while 99 wt.% of manganese can be extracted in acid *** that the leaching residue can return to the carbothermic reduction,leading to a closed-loop economic recycling *** regenerated Na0.67Ni0.3Mn0.7O2cathode displays excellent electrochemical performance with superior cycling stability(the initial capacity reaches 95.9 mAh·g-1,and the retention rate reached 98.3% after 100 cycles at 1 c).The delicate strategy of sodium-ion cathode material regenerated from spent LiMn2O4aims to realize lithium separation and material utilization of manganese simultaneously,providing the instructive suggestion to rise up the recycling profits of spent batteries.
