Aging prior to twinning deformation was proposed to alter the precipitate orientation of the plate-shapedβ-MgAlfrom(0002)basal planes(named basal plates)to■prismatic planes(named prismatic plates)in AZ31 Mg *** experimental results showed that the compressive yield strength(cyS)of the sample containing prismatic plates increased 40 MPa and the compression ratio raised by 22%compared to that containing basal *** underlying strengthening mechanism was analyzed via a yield strengthen(yS)model with a function of grain size,precipitate characters(size,oritention,fraction)and Schmid factor(SF).It revealed that the improvement of cyS was mainly attributed to the altered precipitate orientation and refined grain size produced by twinning ***,the prismatic plates always have a stronger hardening effect on basal slip than basal plates under the same varites of precipitate diameter and ***,the decreased cRSS ratio of prismatic slip to basal slip revealed that the activity of non-basal slip in Mg alloy might be *** activated slip systems provided more mobile dislocations,contributing to the large compression ratio of the Mg rolled sheet with prismatic plates.

The brain is,after the adipose tissue,the organ with the greatest amount of lipids and diversity in their composition in the human *** neurons,lipids are involved in signaling pathways controlling autophagy,a lysosome-dependent catabolic process essential for the maintenance of neuronal homeostasis and the function of the primary cilium,a cellular antenna that acts as a communication hub that transfers extracellular signals into intracellular responses required for neurogenesis and brain development.A crosstalk between primary cilia and autophagy has been established;however,its role in the control of neuronal activity and homeostasis is barely *** this review,we briefly discuss the current knowledge regarding the role of autophagy and the primary cilium in *** we review the recent literature about specific lipid subclasses in the regulation of autophagy,in the control of primary cilium structure and its dependent cellular signaling in physiological and pathological conditions,specifically focusing on neurons,an area of research that could have major implications in neurodevelopment,energy homeostasis,and neurodegeneration.

Objective: The association hypertension and diabetes is important. The two pathologies may influence each other. The aim was to study the correlation between glycemic control and blood pressure control and to determine the factors associated with blood pressure control. Methodology: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study with an analytical focus over 7 months. Patients were recruited as outpatients and all underwent ambulatory blood pressure measure, glycated hemoglobin and creatinine measurements, and assessment of compliance with treatment. Results: During this period 116 patients were collected. The predominance was female 69%. The mean age of the patients was 62 ± 7 years with a peak between 60 and 70 years. The average age of hypertension was 12 years and that of diabetes 6 1/2 years. The most frequently associated cardiovascular risk factor was a sedentary lifestyle (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patients were not controlled at the office, with a predominance of systolic hypertension (58.2%). 61.6% of patients were controlled by ambulatory blood pressure measure, a rate of 47.8% of white coat hypertension. Glycemic control was observed in 42.2% of cases and 87% of patients had good renal function (glomerular filter rate ≥ 60 ml/mn). Therapeutic compliance was good in 53.4% of cases and dual therapy was the most used therapeutic modality 44.8% (52 patients) followed by triple therapy. The factors associated with poor blood pressure control were glycemic imbalance, non-compliance and monotherapy. Dual therapy had a protective effect. conclusion: The association of hypertension and type 2 diabetes is frequent. The risk of occurrence increases with age. Ambulatory blood pressure measure is the best method to assess blood pressure control. Optimization of blood pressure control should also include optimization of glycemic control.

The excellent shape memory and mechanical properties of Ti Ni shape memory alloys(SMAs) fabricated using selective laser melting(SLM) are highly desirable for a wide range of critical applications. In this study, we examined the simultaneous enhancement of mechanical and shape memory properties using heat-treatment homogenization of Ti_(2)Ni precipitates in a Ti_(50.6)Ni_(49.4)SMA fabricated using SLM. Specifically, because of the complete solution treatment, nanoscale spherical Ti_(2)Ni precipitates were homogeneously dispersed throughout the grain interior. Interestingly, the resultant SMA exhibited an ultrahigh tensile strength of 880 ± 13 MPa, a large elongation of 22.4 ± 0.4%, and an excellent shape memory effect, with a recovery rate of > 98% and ultrahigh recoverable strain of 5.32% after ten loading–unloading cycles. These simultaneously enhanced properties are considerably superior than those of most previously reported Ti Ni SMAs fabricated using additive manufacturing. Fundamentally, the enhancement in tensile strength is ascribed to precipitation strengthening and work hardening, and the large plasticity is mainly attributed to the homogeneous nanoscale globular Ti_(2)Ni precipitates, which effectively impeded the rapid propagation of microcracks. Furthermore, the enhanced shape memory properties are derived from the suppression of dislocation movement and formation of retained stabilized martensite by the presence of high-density dislocations, nanoscale Ti_(2)Ni precipitates, and abundant interfaces. The obtained results provide insight into the enhancement of the two types of properties in Ti Ni SMAs and will accelerate the wider application of SMAs.

上海科技大学正在研发第三代用于PJMIF的同轴等离子体枪STG1以及配套超快气阀。STG1的超快气阀需要在百微秒(~100 μs)的开关时间内注入0~30 mg的均匀气体。超快气阀利用j × B电磁力驱动金属飞盘控制气路开关,检测气阀结构中金属飞盘弹射时的运动轨迹可以直接体现气阀的稳定性和开关性能。针对两种结构的超快气阀搭建实验平台,采用激光三角测距法对气阀的金属飞盘的位移进行检测,获得金属飞盘在两种结构下的位移曲线,以及新型结构的气阀在不同电压下的开关时间,并通过有限元分析法对飞盘弹射过程中的振动现象进行验证。研究结果表明,金属飞盘在弹射过程中会产生中心振动,新型弹簧和短翼无孔飞盘组合下的新型结构相比于传统结构具有更高的重复性,可以通过改变电压的方式可以有效的将气阀的开关时间控制在0~300 μs。
