We systematically studied the evaporation residue cross sections of ^(48)ca-induced reactions on lanthanide and actinide target nuclei under the Dinuclear System(DNS)model framework to check the reliability and applicability of the *** produce new proton-rich Fl and Lv isotopes through hot fusion reactions in the superheavy element region with Z≥104,we utilized the reactions ^(48)ca+^(236,238,239) Pu and ^(48)ca+^(242,243,244,250) ***,owing to the detection limit of available equipment(0.1 pb),only 283Fl and 287−289Lv,which have the maximum evaporation residue cross section values of 0.149,0.130,9.522,and 0.309 pb,respectively,can be ***,to produce neutron-deficient isotopes of actinides near the proton drip line with Z=93−100,we attempted to generate the new isotopes(224−227Pu,228−232,237cm)using the reactions ^(48)ca+180,182,183 W and ^(48)ca+^(184,186,187,192) *** maximum evaporation residue cross section values are 0.07,0.06,0.26,and 0.30 nb for the former set of reactions,and 1.96 pb,5.73 pb,12.16 pb,19.39 pb,54.79 pb,and 6.45 nb for the latter,*** results are expected to provide new information for the future synthesis of unknown neutron-deficient isotopes.

The piezotronics effect utilizes a piezopotential to modulate and control current in *** materials,as a type of piezoelectric materials,possess piezoelectric coefficients that are significantly larger than those found in conventional piezoelectric ***,we propose a strain modulated ferroelectric field-effect transistor(St-FeFET)utilizing external strain instead of gate voltage to achieve ferroelectric modulation,which eliminates the need for gate *** applying a very small strain(0.01%),the St-FeFET can achieve a maximum on-off current ratio of 1250%and realizes a gauge factor(GF)of 1.19×10^(6),which is much higher than that of conventional strain *** work proposes a new method for realizing highly sensitive strain sensors and presents innovative approaches to the operation methods of ferroelectric field-effect transistors as well as potential applications for coupling of strain sensors and various devices across different fields.

In response to the challenge posed by the complexity of the system and the difficulty in obtaining accurate channel state information(cSI)for millimeter wave communication assisted by intelligent reflecting surfaces(IRS),we propose a deep learning-based channel estimation *** proposed scheme employs a hybrid active/passive IRS architecture,wherein the least square(LS)algorithm is initially utilized to acquire the channel estimate from the active ***,this estimation is interpolated to obtain a preliminary channel estimation and ultimately refined into an accurate estimate of the channel using the channel super-resolution convolutional neural network(chan-SRcNN)deep learning *** simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme surpasses LS,orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP),synchronous OMP(SOMP),and deep neural network(DNN)channel estimation algorithms in terms of normalized mean squared error(NMSE)performance,thereby validating the feasibility of the proposed approach.

Based on the full-mode capacitively loaded substrate integrated waveguide（SIW） resonator and the miniaturized shielded half-mode capacitively loaded SIW（S-HMcSIW） cavities, a novel compact high-performance filter is proposed. The footprint of the half-mode SIW（HMSIW） is further reduced due to the application of the capacitive-loading technique. By applying cross coupling, the proposed SIW filter's transmission zero enhances the stopband rejection and shows excellent selectivity. For the bandpass filter, the measured |S21| and |S11| are better than 1.09 d B and-14 d B, respectively. And a 3-d B fractional bandwidth（FBW） of 9.14–10.76 GHz（FBW=16.2%）is also observed. The filter achieves a wide stopband with a-20 d B out-of-band rejection up to 2.69f0（f0= 10 GHz）,with a size of 0.39λg× 0.51λgonly. Good agreement between measurement and simulation is obtained.

Recycling precious metals with high-efficiency is undoubtedly beneficial to optimize resource utilization for environmental remediation and sustainable ***,we report an efficient route to recycle the palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)electrocatalysts using a phase transfer *** strategy involves acidic dissolution of deactivated precious metal(Pd/Pt)electrocatalysts from their loading substrates,mixing with an ethanolic solution of dodecylamine(DDA),subsequent extraction of metal ions into a non-polar organic phase,and final reduction by sodium borohydride to reproduce high-performance electrocatalysts towards typical electrochemical reactions,e.g.,oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).In specific,the transfer efficiencies are up to 98%and the final recovery rate is over 85%for Pd and Pt electrocatalysts in each *** approach symbolizes a facile and efficient way to recover precious metals,which might be applied to recycling a wide range of metals in various realms after appropriate modifications.

Thermal energy storage(TES)systems based on molten salt are widely used in concentrating solar power(cSP)*** investigation of the corrosion behavior of alloy materials in molten salt is crucial for the correct selection of alloy materials and the design of TES *** this study,the corrosion behavior of 304,310S,316,and In625 alloys in molten chloride salts(27 mol%Nacl-22 mol%Kcl-51 mol%Mgcl,)was *** evolution of mass loss of the alloy samples with corrosion time and temperature and the analysis of the experimental results by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)revealed the corrosion mechanism of the alloy samples in molten chloride *** main factors affecting the corrosion of the alloy samples were further *** was found that the loose multi-layer corrosion was formed on the surface of the corroded alloy samples with the increase in corrosion ***,the experimental *** that Mo played a positive role in improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy samples because the presence of Mo could inhibit the outward diffusion of alloying element *** work enriches the molten salt corrosion database and provides a reference for the selection of alloy materials for TES systems with potential application in cSP plants.
