The use of transition metal-activated peroxymonosulfate(PMS)as an advanced oxidation technology has gained *** study developed a catalyst using cobaltDlanthanum bimetallic oxide supported on layered molybdenum disulfide(Mo S_(2))as a *** coDLa/Mo S_(2)catalyst was synthesised through coprecipitation,followed by calcination with an optimised metal ratio of co:La=2:1 to activate PMS and degrade trace chloramphenicol(cAP)in *** chemical composition of the catalyst was confirmed using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).At catalyst and PMS dosages of 0.1 and 0.5 g·L^(-1),respectively,the degradation rate of cAP was 95%with in 30 *** catalyst exhibitedstrong resistance to most interfering anions and maintained a high degradation rate at p H *** chromatographyDmass spectrometry analysis revealed the potential degradation pathways of cAP in the coDLa/Mo S_(2)(2:1)/PMS *** other pollutants,such as oxytetracycline,complete degradation was achieved within 20 min,demonstrating the broad applicability of the coDLa/Mo S_(2)(2:1)/PMS system for the degradation and removal of antibiotic organic contaminants.

The SARS-coV-2 Omicron variants are notorious for their transmissibility,but little is known about their subgenomic RNA(sgRNA)*** study applied RNA-seq to delineate the quantitative and qualitative profiles of canonical sgRNA of 118 respiratory samples collected from patients infected with Omicron BA.2 and compared with 338 patients infected with non-variant of concern(non-VOc)-D614G.A unique characteristic profile depicted by the relative abundance of 9 canonical sgRNAs was reproduced by both BA.2 and non-VOcD614G regardless of host gender,age and presence of ***,such profile was lost in samples with low viral load,suggesting a potential application of sgRNA pattern to indicate viral activity of individual patient at a specific time point.A characteristic qualitative profile of canonical sgRNAs was also reproduced by both BA.2 and *** presence of a full set of canonical sgRNAs carried a coherent correlation with crude viral load(AUc¼0.91,95%cI 0.88–0.94),and sgRNA ORF7b was identified to be the best surrogate marker allowing feasible routine application in characterizing the infection status of individual *** potentials in using sgRNA as a target for vaccine and antiviral development are worth pursuing.

BAcKGROUND Lymph node ratio(LNR)was demonstrated to play a crucial role in the prognosis of many ***,research concerning the prognostic value of LNR in postoperative gastric neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN)patients was *** To explore the prognostic value of LNR in postoperative gastric NEN patients and to combine LNR to develop prognostic *** A total of 286 patients from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database were divided into the training set and validation set at a ratio of 8:2.92 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University in china were designated as a test *** regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between LNR and disease-specific survival(DSS)of gastric NEN *** survival forest(RSF)algorithm and cox proportional hazards(coxPH)analysis were applied to develop models to predict DSS respectively,and compared with the 8th edition American Joint committee on cancer(AJcc)tumornode-metastasis(TNM)*** Multivariate analyses indicated that LNR was an independent prognostic factor for postoperative gastric NEN patients and a higher LNR was accompanied by a higher risk of *** RSF model exhibited the best performance in predicting DSS,with the c-index in the test set being 0.769[95%confidence interval(cI):0.691-0.846]outperforming the coxPH model(0.744,95%cI:0.665-0.822)and the 8th edition AJcc TNM staging(0.723,95%cI:0.613-0.833).The calibration curves and decision curve analysis(DcA)demonstrated the RSF model had good calibration and clinical ***,the RSF model could perform risk stratification and individual prognosis prediction *** A higher LNR indicated a lower DSS in postoperative gastric NEN *** RSF model outperformed the coxPH model and the 8th edition AJcc TNM staging in the test set,showing potential in clinical practice.

A passive neutron multiplicity measurement device,FH-NcM/S1,based on field-programmable gate arrays(FPGAs),is developed specifically for measuring the mass of plutonium-240(^(240)Pu)in mixed oxide ***-NcM/S1 adopts an inte-grated approach,combining the shift register analysis mode with the pulse-position timestamp mode using an *** optimal effective length of the^(3)He neutron detector was determined to be 30 cm,and the thickness of the graphite reflector was ascertained to be 15 cm through McNP *** fabricating the device,calibration measurements were per-formed using a^(252)cf neutron source;a detection efficiency of 43.07%and detector die-away time of 55.79μs were *** samples of plutonium oxide were measured under identical conditions using the FH-NcM/S1 in shift register analysis mode and a plutonium waste multiplicity *** obtained double rates underwent corrections for detection efficiency(ε)and double gate fraction(f_(d)),resulting in corrected double rates(D_(c)),which were used to validate the accuracy of the shift register analysis ***,the device exhibited fluctuations in the measurement results,and within a single 20 s measurement,these fluctuations remained below 10%.After 30 cycles,the relative error in the mass of^(240)Pu was less than 5%.Finally,correlation calculations confirmed the robust consistency of both measurement *** study holds specific significance for the subsequent design and development of neutron multiplicity devices.

Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor and gastrointestinal *** dysfunction can precede the onset of motor symptoms by several *** microbiota dysbiosis is involved in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease,whether it plays a causal role in motor dysfunction,and the mechanism underlying this potential effect,remain ***/enhancer binding proteinβ/asparagine endopeptidase(c/EBPβ/AEP)signaling,activated by bacterial endotoxin,can promoteα-synuclein transcription,thereby contributing to Parkinson’s disease *** this study,we aimed to investigate the role of the gut microbiota in c/EBPβ/AEP signaling,α-synuclein-related pathology,and motor symptoms using a rotenone-induced mouse model of Parkinson’s disease combined with antibiotic-induced microbiome depletion and fecal microbiota *** found that rotenone administration resulted in gut microbiota dysbiosis and perturbation of the intestinal barrier,as well as activation of the c/EBP/AEP pathway,α-synuclein aggregation,and tyrosine hydroxylase-positive neuron loss in the substantia nigra in mice with motor ***,treatment with rotenone did not have any of these adverse effects in mice whose gut microbiota was depleted by pretreatment with ***,we found that transplanting gut microbiota derived from mice treated with rotenone induced motor deficits,intestinal inflammation,and *** of fecal microbiota from healthy control mice alleviated rotenone-induced motor deficits,intestinal inflammation,endotoxemia,and intestinal barrier *** results highlight the vital role that gut microbiota dysbiosis plays in inducing motor deficits,c/EBPβ/AEP signaling activation,andα-synuclein-related pathology in a rotenone-induced mouse model of Parkinson’s ***,our findings suggest that supplementing with healthy microbiota may be a safe and effective treatment that c

In this work,the frequency dependence of ferroelectric and electrocaloric properties in barium titanate-based ceramics was studied based on Maxwell *** is found that the maximum and remnant polarization will decrease while the coercive field increases a lot with rising frequency from 0.1 to 10 Hz,indicating that polarization rotation and domain switching become difficult at high *** electrocaloric properties show the different frequency dependence at different phase *** entropy change(ΔS)and adiabatic temperature change(ΔT)are similar around/above curie temperature(TcT,showing tiny frequency ***,ΔS andΔT display the obvious frequency dependence below T_(c),especially in the orthorhombic–tetragonal phase-transition region with a stable ferroelectric phase,and this frequency dependence becomes more obvious under a low-electric *** is also found that increasing the frequency can weaken the electric field dependence of electrocaloric *** work gives a general profile of frequency dependence for electrocaloric properties in ferroelectric ceramics.
