The fungal diseases in banana cause major yield losses for millions of farmers around the *** detection of these diseases helps the farmers to devise successful management *** characteristic leaf blade discoloration pattern at the earlier stages of infection could be used to understand the onset of each *** paper demonstrates a methodology for classification of three important foliar diseases in banana,using local texture *** disease affected regions are identified using image enhancement and color *** images are converted to transform domain using three image transforms(DWT,DTcWT and Ranklet transform).Feature vector is extracted from transform domain images using LBP and its variants(ELBP,MeanELBP and MedianELBP).These texture based features are applied to five popular image classifiers and comparative performance analysis is done using ten-fold cross validation *** results showed best classification performance for ELBP features extracted from DTcWT domain(accuracy 95.4%,precision 93.2%,sensitivity 93.0%,Fscore 93.0%and specificity 96.4%).compared with traditional methods of feature extraction,this novel method of fusing DTcWT with ELBP features has attained high degree of accuracy in precisely detecting and classifying fungal diseases in banana at an early stage.

Tuna classification using super learner ensemble of region-based cNN-grouped 2D-LBP models

Tuna is superior among the marine fishes that are exported in the forms of raw fish and processed *** of Tuna into their species is done in industries manually,and the process is *** work proposes an automated system for classifying Tuna spe-cies based on their *** ensemble of region-based deep neural networks is used.A sub region contrast stretching operation is applied to enhance the *** fish image is then divided into three regions and is augmented before giving as input to pre-trained convolutional neural networks(cNN).After fine-tuning the models,the output from the last convolutional layer is given to a grouped 2D-local binary pattern descriptor(G2DLBP).Statistical features from the descriptor are applied to different classifiers,and the best clas-sifier for each image region model is *** ensemble methods are subse-quently used to combine the three cNN-G2DLBP *** the ensemble techniques,super learner ensemble method with random forest(RF)classifier using 5-fold cross-validation shows the highest classification accuracy of 97.32%.The perfor-mance of different ensemble methods is analyzed in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,and *** proposed system shows an accuracy of 93.91% when evaluated with an independent test *** ensemble of region-based cNN with textural features from G2DLBP is applied for the first time for fish classification.

The multidisciplinary space environment,encompassing orbital debris,cosmic radiation,and solar radiative heat,poses significant risks to spacecraft and astronauts,necessitating efficient and effective shielding solutions.A multi-layer shield with wide spacing has been proven to be an effective way to shield the spacecraft from space debris impact;however,due to the limited volume of the payload fairing,it was not feasible to apply a multi-layer shield to the spacecraft *** the origami design,the shield maintains a compact form during launch and subsequently expands in outer space to enhance *** geometric analysis,it has been confirmed that the deployable multi-layer space shield can occupy less space than conventional space shield structures while expanding into wider shield intervals and multiple *** hypervelocity impact experiments,it was confirmed that as the bumper spacing of the multi-layer space shield expands,its ballistic performance becomes superior to conventional space *** deployable multi-layer space shield can reduce not only hypervelocity impacts but also solar radiative heat using the same mechanism as multi-layer *** cosmic radiation dose analysis,it has been confirmed that the multi-layer space shield is effective in cosmic radiation shielding compared to conventional space structures.

Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),an advanced form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),has emerged as the leading cause of liver failure and related ***,no medication is specifically approved to treat NAFLD or *** we report that oral administration of honey vesiclelike nanoparticles(H-VLNs)to naturally aged mice protects the liver from NASH development.H-VLNs are dominantly taken up by Kupffer cells in the liver and suppress hepatic chronic inflammation and further development of fibrosis and nodule formation in aged *** their reported antiinflammasome function,H-VLNs are found to inhibit the transcriptional activities of c-JUN and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB).MicroRNAs miR5119 and miR5108 and phenolic compound luteolin in H-VLNs are identified in suppressing both the c-JUN and NF-kB ***,oral intake of H-VLNs represents a promising new user-friendly modality to prevent the development of NASH.

Performance-Economic and Energy Loss Analysis of 80 KWp Grid connected Roof Top Transformer Less Photovoltaic Power Plant

In India most part receives 4 - 7 kWh of solar radiation per square meter per day with 200 - 250 sunny days in a year. Tamilnadu state also receives the highest annual radiation in India. In this paper, the grid connected photovoltaic plant has a peak power of 80 KWp supplies electricity requirement of GRT IET campus during day time (7 hrs) and reduces load demand and generates useful data for future implementation of such PV plant projects in the Tamilnadu region. Photovoltaic plant was installed in April 2015, monitored during 6 months, and the performance ratio and the various power losses (power electronics, temperature, soiling, internal, network, grid availability and interconnection) were calculated. The PV plant supplied 64,182.86 KWh to the grid from April to September 2015, ranging from 11,510.900 to 10,200.9 kWh. The final yield ranged from 143.886 (h/d) to 127.51 (y/d), reference yield ranged from 201.6 (h/d) to 155.31 (h/d) and performance ratio ranged from 71.3% to 82.1%, for a duration of six months, it had given a performance ratio of 83.82%, system efficiency was 4.16% and the capacity factor of GRT IET campus for six months was 18.26%. Payback period in years = 9 years 4 months, energy saving per year = 204,400 KWh, cost reduction per year = 1,737,400, Indian rupee = 26,197.30 USD and total cO2 reductions per year = 102,200 tons cO2/year.

Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth evolution of technology development,which strives to connect people to various industries in terms of achieving their expected outcomes ***,resource management in an Industry 4.0 network is very complex and *** manage and provide suitable resources to each service,we propose a FogQSYM(Fog—Queuing system)model;it is an analytical model for Fog Applications that helps divide the application into several layers,then enables the sharing of the resources in an effective way according to the availability of memory,bandwidth,and network *** follows theMarkovian queuing model that helps identify the service rates of the devices,the availability of the system,and the number of jobs in the Industry 4.0 systems,which helps applications process data with a reasonable response *** experiment is conducted using a cloud Analyst simulator with multiple segments of datacenters in a fog application,which shows that the model helps efficiently provide the arrival resources to the appropriate services with a low response *** implementing the proposed model with different sizes of fog services in Industry 4.0 applications,FogQSYM provides a lower response time than the existing optimized response time *** should also be noted that the average response time increases when the arrival rate increases.

Optimal Power System Restoration and Reconfiguration in Distribution circuit Using BFAM and BPSO

This paper approaches the problem of restoring a faulted area in an electric power distribution system after locating and isolating the faulted block and reconfiguring the system. Through this paper we are going to explain the power system restoration technique using brute-force attack method (BFAM) and binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO). This is a technique based on the possible combination in mathematical analysis which is explained in the introduction. After isolating the fault, main concentration will be towards the reconfiguration of the restored system using BPSO. Here due to fault in the system near-by agent will be affected and become useless and will go in the non-working mode. Now in order to restore these near-by loads we will give a new connection called NO (Normally Open. Using these switch system will be restored with power availability. After restoration using the BFAM, the BPSO will be used in order to provide the stable configuration. The output of the BFAM will be used as input for the BPSO and then we will reconfigure our system in order to provide the stable configuration. The effectiveness of the proposed BFAM and BPSO is demonstrated by simulating tests in a proposed distribution network and verified the results using the Matlab and c programming.
