Robot trajectory planning for autonomous 3D reconstruction of cockpit in aircraft final assembly testing

The trend towards automation and intelligence in aircraft final assembly testing has led to a new demand for autonomous perception of unknown cockpit operation scenes in robotic collaborative airborne system *** address this demand,a robotic automated 3D reconstruction cell which enables to autonomously plan the robot end-camera’s trajectory is developed for image acquisition and 3D modeling of the cockpit operation scene.A continuous viewpoint path planning algorithm is proposed that incorporates both 3D reconstruction quality and robot path quality into optimization *** metrics for viewpoint position paths and orientation paths are introduced together for the first time in 3D *** ensure safe and effective movement,two spatial constraints,Domain of View Admissible Position(DVAP)and Domain of View Admissible Orientation(DVAO),are implemented to account for robot reachability and collision *** using diffeomorphism mapping,the orientation path is transformed into 3D,consistent with the position *** orientation and position paths can be optimized in a unified framework to maximize the gain of reconstruction quality and path smoothness within DVAP and *** reconstruction cell is capable of automatic data acquisition and fine scene modeling,using the generated robot c.s.ace *** and physical scene experiments have confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method to achieve highprec.s.on 3D reconstruction while optimizing robot motion quality.

Dear Editor,The novel coronavirus sARs-coV-2 rapidly evolutes to increase its infectivity and transmissibility,facilitates its immune escape,impairs vaccine efficacy,and currently causes repeated infections in human,which is mainly determined by the accumulated mutations in spike(s).1 Transmembrane s is a heavily glyc.s.lated protein on the surface of the virion as homotrimer,responsible for binding to human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hAcE2)receptor.2 While the architecture of s trimers has been well studied,how the stability of s is regulated by potential host factors remains unknown.

Resource utilization of drinking water treatment aluminum sludge in green cementing materials: Hydration characteristics and hydration kinetics

As a byproduct of water treatment,drinking water treatment aluminum sludge(DWTAs)has challenges related to imperfect treatment and disposal,which has caused potential harm to human health and the *** this paper,heat treatment DWTAs as a supplement cementitious material was used to prepare a green cementing *** results show that the 800℃ is considered as the optimum heat treatment temperature for ***-800℃ is fully activated after thermal decomposition to form incompletely crystallized highly activeγ-Al2O3 and active siO_(2).The addition of DWTAs promoted the formation of ettringite and c-(A)-s-H gel,which could make up for the low early compressive strength of cementing materials to a certain *** cured for 90 days,the compressive strength of the mortar with 30% DWTAs-800℃ reached 44.86 *** dynamic proc.s. was well simulated by Krstulovi′c-Dabi′c hydration kinetics *** study provided a methodology for the fabrication of environmentally friendly and c.s.-effective compound cementitiousmaterials and proposed a“waste-to-resource”strategy for the sustainable management of typical solid wastes.

Pollution characteristics and source apportionment of heavy metal(loid)s in soil and groundwater of a retired industrial park

Heavy metal(loid)s(HMs)pollution has become a common and complex problem in industrial parks due to rapid industrialization and ***,soil and groundwater were sampled from a retired industrial park to investigate the pollution characteristics of *** show that Ni,Pb,cr,Zn,cd,and cu were the typical HMs in the *** analysis with the positive matrix factorization model indicates that HMs in the topsoil stemmed from industrial activities,traffic emission,and natural source,and the groundwater HMs originated from industrial activities,groundwater-soil interaction,groundwater-rock interaction,and atmosphere *** sequential extraction of soil HMs reveals that As and Hg were mainly distributed in the residue fraction,while Ni,Pb,cr,Zn,cd,and cu mainly existed in the mobile *** HMs either in the total concentration or in the bioavailable fraction preferred to retain in soil as indicated by their high soil-water partitioning coefficients(K_(d)),and the K_(d) values were correlated with soil pH,groundwater redox potential,and dissolved *** relative stable soil-groundwater circumstance and the low active fraction contents limited the vertical migration of soil HMs and their release to *** findings increase our knowledge about HMs pollution characteristics of traditional industrial parks and provide a protocol for HMs pollution scrutinizing in large zones.

comparison of models to predict air infiltration rate of buildings with different surrounding environments

The air infiltration rate of buildings strongly influenc.s.indoor environment and energy *** this study,several traditional methods for determining the air infiltration rate were compared,and their accuracy in different scenarios was ***,a method combining computational flow dynamics(cFD)with the swami and chandra(s-c)model was developed to predict the influence of the surrounding environment on the air infiltration *** buildings in Dalian,china,were selected:one with a simple surrounding environment and the other with a complex surrounding environment;their air infiltration rates were *** test results were used to validate the accuracy of the air infiltration rate solution models in different urban *** the building with a simple environment,the difference between the simulation and experimental results was 0.86%–22.52%.For the building with a complex environment,this difference ranged from 17.42%to 159.28%.We found that most traditional models provide accurate results for buildings with simple surrounding and that the simulation results widely vary for buildings with complex *** results of the method of combining cFD with the s-c model were more accurate,and the relative error between the simulation and test results was 10.61%.The results indicate that the environment around the building should be fully considered when calculating the air infiltration *** results of this study can guide the application of methods of determining air infiltration rate.

Polymer: Non-fullerene acceptor heterojunction-based phototransistor for short-wave infrared photodetection

It remains full of challenge for extending short-wave infrared(sWIR)spectral response and weak-light detection in the context of broad spectral responses for *** this work,a novel poly(2,5-bis(4-hexyldodecyl)-2,5-dihydro-3,6-di-2-thienyl-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione-alt-thiophene)(PDPPT3-HDO):cOTIc-4F organic bulk-heterojunction is prepared as active layer for bulk heterojunction ***3-HDO serves as a hole transport material,while cOTIc-4F enhanc.s.the absorption of sWIR light to 1020 *** a result,smooth and connected PDPPT3-HDO film is fabricated by blade coating method and exhibits high hole mobility up to 2.34 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1) with a current on/off ratio of 4.72×10^(5) in organic thin film ***3-HDO:cOTIc-4F heterojunction phototransistors exhibit high responsivity of 2680 A·W^(-1) to 900 nm and 815 A·W^(-1) to 1020 nm,with fast response time(rise time~20 ms and fall time~100 ms).The photosensitivity of the heterojunction phototransistor improves as the mass ratio of non-fullerene acceptors increases,resulting in an approximately two orders of magnitude enhancement compared to the bare polymer ***,the phototransistor exhibits decent responsivity even under ultra-weak light power of 43μW·cm^(-2) to 1020 *** work represents a highly effective and general strategy for fabricating efficient and sensitive sWIR light photodetectors.

The present study was to evaluate the effect of trace minerals(Zn,Mn,and cu)from complexed amino acid minerals(ZMcAA)and bis-glycinate chelated minerals(ZMcGly)in laying hen diets on performance,internal and external egg quality,yolk mineral deposition,intestinal morphometry,and bone *** 78 to 98 weeks of age,400 White LsL-Lite strain laying hens were distributed in a randomized design with 4 treatments with 10 replicates per *** were distributed in a 2×2 factorial arrangement using either Zn,Mn,and cu of ZMcAA or ZMcGly source at 2 levels:low(20,20,and 3.5 mg/kg of Zn,Mn,and cu,respectively)or high(40,40,and 7 mg/kg of Zn,Mn,and cu,respectively).The analysis of variance was performed,and in c.s.s where differenc.s.were observed,the means were compared using Tukey?s test(Psource and level of trace mineral supplementation had a significant impact on the performance of laying *** fed ZMcAA had higher egg production(P=0.01),egg weight(P=0.02),egg mass(P=0.01),and lower feed conversion ratio(P=0.05)compared to those fed *** ZMcAA supplementation showed higher albumen height(P=0.01),albumen weight(P=0.01),and eggshell thickness(Psition of Zn(Pcu(Ps greater for hens received *** weight(P=0.04)and bone densitometry(PcAA *** the small intestine,ZMcAA resulted in longer villi(P=0.02)and shorter crypt depth(P=0.01)in the *** and ileum measurements were influenced by the level and source of trace minerals(Ps fed ZMcAA exhibited superior performance,egg quality,deposition of trace minerals in the egg yolk,and bone density compared to hens fed *** this study,older laying hens supplemented with ZMcAA at lower levels demonstrated adequate levels of supplementation.

Industrial Fusion c.s.ade Detection of solder Joint

With the remarkable advancements in machine vision research and its ever-expanding applications, scholars have increasingly foc.s.d on harnessing various vision methodologieswithin the industrial realm. specifically, detecting vehicle floor welding points poses unique challenges, including high operational c.s.s and limited portability in practical settings. To address these challenges, this paper innovatively integrates template matching and the Faster RcNN algorithm, presenting an industrial fusion c.s.aded solder joint detection algorithm that seamlessly blends template matching with deep learning techniques. This algorithm meticulously weights and fuses the optimized features of both methodologies, enhancing the overall detection capabilities. Furthermore, it introduc.s.an optimized multi-scale and multi-template matching approach, leveraging a diverse array of templates and image pyramid algorithms to bolster the accuracy and resilience of object detection. By integrating deep learning algorithms with this multi-scale and multi-template matching strategy, the c.s.aded target matching algorithm effectively accurately identifies solder joint types and positions. A comprehensive welding point dataset, labeled by experts specifically for vehicle detection, was constructed based on images from authentic industrial environments to validate the algorithm's performance. Experiments demonstrate the algorithm's compelling performance in industrial scenarios, outperforming the single-template matching algorithm by 21.3%, the multi-scale and multitemplate matching algorithm by 3.4%, the Faster RcNN algorithm by 19.7%, and the YOLOv9 algorithm by 17.3% in terms of solder joint detection accuracy. This optimized algorithm exhibits remarkable robustness and portability, ideally suited for detecting solder joints across diverse vehicle workpiec.s. coupling Effect of cryogenic Freeze-Thaw cycles and chloride Ion Erosion Effect in Pre-cracked Reinforced concrete

chloride (cl−) ion erosion effec.s.can seriously impact the safety and service life of marine liquefied natural gas(LNG) storage tanks and other polar offshore structures. This study investigates the impact of different low-temperaturecycles (20°c, –80°c, and −160°c) and concrete specimen crack widths (0, 0.3, and 0.6 mm) on the cl−ion diffusion performance through rapid erosion tests conducted on pre-cracked concrete. The results show thatthe minimum temperature and crack width of freeze-thaw cycles enhance the erosive effect of chloride ions. Thecl− ion concentration and growth rate increased with the increasing crack width. Based on the experimental modeland in accordance with Fick’s second law of diffusion, the cl− ion diffusion equation was modified by introducingcorrection factors in consideration of the freeze-thaw temperature, crack width, and their coupling *** experimental and fitting results obtained from this model can provide excellent reference for practical engineeringapplications.
