The LHAASO-w.c.A experiment,w.ic. aims to observe c.smic.ray. in the sub-EeV range using the fluoresc.nc. tec.niq.e,uses a new.generation of high-performanc. *** ensure that the experiment has ex-c.llent detec.ion c.pability.assoc.ated w.th the measurement of the energy.spec.rum,the primary.c.mposition of c.smic.ray.,and so on,an ac.urate geometric.l rec.nstruc.ion of air-show.r events is *** paper de-sc.ibes the development and testing of geometric.l rec.nstruc.ion for stereo view.d events using the w.c.A(w.de Field of view.c.erenkov/Fluoresc.nc. Telesc.pe Array.*** approac.es,w.ic. take full advantage ofthe w.c.A *** *** is the stereo-angular method,w.ic. uses the pointing of triggered SiPMs in the show.r trajec.ory.and the other is the stereo-timing method,w.ic. uses the triggering time of the fired *** results show.that both methods have good geometric.l resolution:the resolution of the stereo-timing method is slightly.better than the stereo-angular method bec.use the resolution of the latter is slightly.limited by.the show.r trac. length.

A sub-array.of the Large High Altitude Air Show.r Observatory.LHAASO),KM2A is mainly.designed to observe a large frac.ion of the northern sky.to hunt for γ-ray.sourc.s at energies above 10 *** though the detec.or c.nstruc.ion is still underw.y.half of the KM2A array.has been operating stably.sinc. the end of *** this paper,w. present the KM2A data analy.is pipeline and the first observation of the c.ab Nebula,a standard c.ndle in very.high energy.γ-ray.*** detec. γ-ray.signals from the c.ab Nebula in both energy.ranges of 10-100 TeV and>100 TeV w.th high signific.nc.,by.analy.ing the KM2A data of 136 live day. betw.en Dec.mber 2019 and May.*** the observations,w. test the detec.or performanc.,inc.uding angular resolution,pointing ac.urac.0}and c.smic.ray.bac.ground rejec.ion *** energy.spec.rum of the c.ab Nebula in the energy.range 10-250 TeV fits w.ll w.th a single pow.r-law.func.ion dN/dE=(1.13±0.05stat±0.08sy.)×10^(-14).(E/20 TeV)-309±0.06stat±0.02sy.c.^(-2) s^(-1) TeV^(-1).It is c.nsistent w.th previous measurements by.other *** opens a new.w.ndow.of γ-ray.astronomy.above 0.1 PeV through w.ic. new.ultrahigh-energy.γ-ray.phenomena,suc. as c.smic.PeVatrons,might be disc.vered.

目的收集并分析c.INET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按c.SI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data c.rresponding to an integrated luminosity.of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the c.nter-of-mass energy.s=3.773 GeV w.th the BESIII detec.or,a joint amplitude analy.is is performed on the dec.y. D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit frac.ions of individual c.mponents are obtained,and large interferenc.s among the dominant c.mponents of the dec.y. D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the c.-even frac.ions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(sy.t.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(sy.t.))%,*** branc.ing frac.ions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(sy.t.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(sy.t.))%,*** amplitude analy.is provides an important model for the binning strategy.in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πw.en used to determine the c.M angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)dec.y.

KM2A is one of the main sub-array. of LHAASO,w.rking on gamma ray.astronomy.and c.smic.ray.phy.ic. at energies above 10 *** simulation is the important foundation for estimating detec.or performanc. and data *** is a big c.allenge to simulate the KM2A detec.or in the framew.rk of Geant4 due to the need to trac. numerous photons from a large number of detec.or units(>6000)w.th large altitude differenc.(30)and huge c.verage(1.3).In this paper,the design of the KM2A simulation c.de G4KM2A based on Geant4 is *** proc.ss of G4KM2A is optimiz.d mainly.in memory.c.nsumption to avoid memory.*** simplific.tions are used to signific.ntly.speed up the exec.tion of *** running time is reduc.d by.at least 30 times c.mpared to full detec.or *** partic.e distributions and the c.re/angle resolution c.mparison betw.en simulation and experimental data of the full KM2A array.are also presented,w.ic. show.good agreement.

Introduc.ion One of main sc.entiﬁc.goals of the Large High Altitude Air Show.r Observatory.LHAASO)is to ac.urately.measure the energy.spec.ra of different c.smic.ray.c.mpositions around the‘knee’*** w.de Field-of-View.FoV)c.erenkov Telesc.pe Array.w.c.A),w.ic. is one of the main detec.ors of LHAASO and has 18 telesc.pes,is built to ac.ieve this *** telesc.pes are put together and point to c.nnec.ed direc.ions for a larger *** Telesc.pes are deploy.d spatially.as c.ose as possible,but due to their ow. siz.,the distanc. betw.en tw. adjac.nt telesc.pes is about 10 ***,the c.erenkov lateral distribution and the parallax betw.en the tw. telesc.pes should be c.nsidered in the event building proc.ss for images c.ossing over the boundaries of FoVs of the *** event building method for c.erenkov images measured by.multiple telesc.pes of w.c.A is *** performanc. of the show.r measurements using the c.mbined images is evaluated by.c.mparing w.th show.rs that are fully.c.ntained by.a virtual telesc.pe in *** and c.nc.usion It is proved that the developed event building proc.ss c.n help to inc.ease the FoV of w.c.A by.30%w.ile maintaining the same rec.nstruc.ion q.ality.c.mpared to the separate telesc.pe rec.nstruc.ion method.
