Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of fatigue upon kicking maximal ball velocity and the target-hitting accuracy of soccer players;and also to examine the effect of the knowledge of the exercise duration upon these 2 ***:Twenty-four semi-professional soccer players participated in this study and performed maximal instep kicks before and after the implementation of an exercise protocol,either with or without knowledge of the duration of this ***:A mixed model of analysis of variance showed that kicking maximal ball velocity was significantly affected(F(5,85)=11.6,pcircuit of the fatigue protocol and then remained *** did not change during the protocol(F(5,75)=0.23,p=0.76,η^2=0.03) and knowing the duration of exercitation did not affect accuracy and velocity development(F(1,23) ≤1.04,p≥0.32,η~2≤0.06).conclusion:These findings demonstrated the potential negative effects of fatigue on kicking ball velocity in soccer but not in the kicking accuracy and that the effect of fatigue may not be progressive over *** or not knowing the duration of exercitation did not affect the results.

The coal washery rejects cause major environmental problems in various parts of the *** 1 Mt of coal rejects discarded as waste,is accumulated per annum in India,during washing or cleaning of raw *** coal,especially washery rejects,has posed a major challenge to the recovery of fine *** flotation is a better choice for processing coal washery *** this study,flotation studies are attempted on the coal slurry received from Sudamdih coal washery,Jharkhand,India.A statistical design package(Minitab V17)was used to study the effect of process variables like collector and frother dosages on the *** equations for froth height,froth density,recovery and ash content of clean coal were *** coefficient of correlation(R2)values between the experimental and the predicted values of the flotation responses was found to be greater than 0.98 for all the *** coal product was analyzed for recovery,froth height,and ash content by varying pulp *** show that the coal slurry sample could be evaluated with acceptable recovery via *** coal with an ash content of 17.2%is obtained with a 70%recovery from 35.5%*** cleaned coal can be used in powder coal-consuming industries.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the hydrogeochemical characteristics of groundwater in parts of the lower Benue Through in Nigeria as well as to evaluate the variation in groundwater chemistry data and the suitability of the groundwater for drinking and other domestic *** was based on chemical analyses of 44 water samples from existing wells and boreholes in the study *** the statistical analysis(wide ranges,median and standard deviation),it is obvious that there are significant variations in the quality/composition of groundwater in the period of *** calculated SAR,Na% and RSc values indicated that the water is of excellent to good quality and is suitable for *** and HcO3 are dominant with respect to the chemical composition of the *** the basis of water chemistry,hydrochemical indices and factor analysis the dominant controls or processes affecting the distribution of geochemical variables in the study area have been shown to be water/rock interaction which is mainly controlled by carbonate and silicate dissolution as well as anthropogenic influence to a lesser *** processes include cation exchange reactions and reverse ion exchange to a minor extent.

colorectal cancer(cRc) is among the most prevalent and deadly neoplasms worldwide. According to GLOBOcAN predictions, its incidence will increase from 1.15 million cRc cases in 2020 to 1.92 million cases in 2040. Therefore, a better understanding of the mechanisms involved in cRc development is necessary to improve strategies focused on reducing the incidence, prevalence,and mortality of this oncological pathology. Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy are the main strategies for treating cRc. The conventional chemotherapeutic agent utilized throughout the last four decades is 5-fluorouracil, notwithstanding its low efficiency as a single therapy. In contrast, combining 5-fluorouracil therapy with leucovorin and oxaliplatin or irinotecan increases its efficiency. However, these treatments have limited and temporary solutions and aggressive side effects. Additionally, most patients treated with these regimens develop drug resistance, which leads to disease progression. The immune response is considered a hallmark of cancer;thus, the use of new strategies and methodologies involving immune molecules, cells, and transcription factors has been suggested for cRc patients diagnosed in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Despite the critical advances in immunotherapy, the development and impact of immune checkpoint inhibitors on cRc is still under investigation because less than 25% of cRc patients display an increased 5-year survival. The causes of cRc are diverse and include modifiable environmental factors(smoking, diet, obesity, and alcoholism), individual genetic mutations, and inflammation-associated bowel diseases. Due to these diverse causes, the solutions likely cannot be generalized. Interestingly, new strategies, such as single-cell multiomics, proteomics, genomics, flow cytometry, and massive sequencing for tumor microenvironment analysis, are beginning to clarify the way forward. Ochroconis is a genus of ascomycete fungi that includes oligotrophic saprobes and some opportunistic species causing infections in *** most important of these opportunists is the neurotropic species Ochroconis gallopava,which occurs in birds and occasionally in immunocompromised *** Ochroconis species have been isolated from superficial infections of cats,dogs and *** their natural environment,these species are found in litter,soil,and on moist *** thermophilic species have been isolated from hot springs,industrial effluents,and self-heated plant *** their ecology and epidemiology has been investigated,their classification within the ascomycetes is still ***,the phylogenetic placement of Ochroconis is investigated using a four-gene phylogeny(nuLSU,nuSSU,mtSSU and RPB2).The results show that Ochroconis and its recently described sister genus Verruconis belong to the order Venturiales(Dothideomycetes)and are nested within the Sympoventuriaceae,a family recently erected for a group of plant-saprobes or-pathogens sister to the *** form a well-supported monophyletic group together with five species of the anamorphic genus Fusicladium isolated from leaf and needle litters.
