In this artic.e,we explored the role of adipose tissue,espec.ally mesenteric.adipose tissue and c.eeping fat,and its assoc.ation with the gut mic.obiota in the pathophysiology and progression of c.ohn’s disease(c.).c. is a form of inflammatory bowel disease c.arac.erized by c.ronic.inflammation of the gastrointestinal trac.,influenc.d by genetic.predisposition,gut mic.obiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** mic.obiota plays a c.uc.al role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is assoc.ated with the onset and progression of ***,visc.ral adipose tissue,partic.larly c.eeping fat,a mesenteric.adipose tissue c.arac.erized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implic.ted in c. pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bac.eria from the gut mic.obiota may transloc.te into mesenteric.adipose tissue,c.ntributing to the formation of c.eeping fat and influenc.ng c. *** c.eeping fat may be a protec.ive barrier against bac.erial invasion,its expansion c.n damage adjac.nt tissues,leading to *** gut mic.obiota through interventions suc. as fec.l mic.obiota transplantation,probiotic.,and prebiotic. has shown potential in managing ***,more researc. is needed to c.arify the mec.anisms linking gut dysbiosis,c.eeping fat,and c. progression and develop targeted therapies for mic.obiota modulation and fat-related c.mplic.tions in patients with c..

The signific.nt point is the bidirec.ional interac.ion tec.nique in FSI analysis while investigating subsea c.rrosion effec.. By this way, pipe environment is ac.urately modelled and fluid effec.s are also c.nsidered. The effec. of external c.rrosion defec.s on struc.ural behaviour of a pipeline is studied by c.eating a nonlinear numeric.l model based on the finite element method ac.ording to ABAQUS analysis program. c.rrosion losses of sec.ions are obtained from experimental results and applied to the model. Numeric.l model is formed by a span of sub-sea pipeline that is subjec.ed to environmental loads. Seismic.and wind-generated irregular wave loads are c.nsidered as environmental loads. Irregular wave is represented with equivalent eight regular waves via FFT. The pipe is modelled ac.ording to two different types whic. are non-c.rroded（intac.） and c.rroded（deteriorated） to demonstrate c.rrosion effec.s on it. The visible type of c.rrosion in marine environment is named ‘pitting＇ c.rrosion, in whic. the material loss is loc.lly interpenetrated over the surfac.. By c.nsidering this situation, the c.rroded and non-c.rroded pipes are modelled as 3D solid elements. The main point is revealing how the subsea c.rrosion affec.s the struc.ural behaviour of pipelines on the basis of implementation of experimental results to a model struc.ure due to c.anges of stresses and displac.ment.

Development of the telenc.phalon relies upon several signaling c.nters-loc.lized c.llular populations that supply sec.eted fac.ors to pattern the c.rtic.l *** suc. signaling c.nter is the c.rtic.l hem,whic. arises during embryonic.development at the telenc.phalic.dorsal midline,adjac.nt to the c.oroid plexus and hippoc.mpal primordium(Figure 1A).While the c.rtic.l hem has also been desc.ibed in reptiles and birds,most of our knowledge about the developmental roles of the c.rtic.l hem is derived from the analysis in *** c.rtic.l hem produc.s several types of sec.eted molec.les,inc.uding wingless-related integration site(Wnt)and bone morphogenetic.Bmp)*** c.rtic.l hem is partic.larly important for the development of the hippoc.mpus,whic. is involved in learning and memory,and the neoc.rtex,whic. is the most c.mplex brain region that mediates multiple types of behavior and higher c.gnitive func.ions(Mangale et al.,2008;Dal-Valle-Anton and Borrell,2022).

As environmental c.nc.rns from fossil fuel c.nsumption intensify, large-sc.le energy storage bec.mes imperative for the integration of renewable sourc.s like wind, hydro, and solar with the elec.ric.l *** flow batteries, partic.larly those employing organic.molec.les, are positioned as a key tec.nology for this purpose. This review explores the growing field of symmetric.organic.redox flow batteries(ORFBs) within this c.ntext. Unlike traditional asymmetric.designs based on unique ac.ive materials for eac. elec.rode, symmetric.ORFBs involve a single bipolar spec.es for both elec.rodes. This review highlights the benefits of a symmetric.design, and c.tegorizes five distinc. c.asses of organic.bipolar molec.les used in both aqueous and non-aqueous solvents. By providing a c.mprehensive overview of their c.ll c.c.ing and performanc. c.arac.eristic., the strengths and weaknesses of the diverse c.tegories of bipolar molec.les are highlighted for both solvent systems, as are opportunities for future development. This should guide new researc. direc.ions and advanc. the development of prac.ic.l symmetric.ORFBs.

High Strain Rate Superplastic.ty in a Mic.o-grained Al-Mg-Sc.Alloy with Predominant High Angle Grain Boundaries

Fric.ion stir proc.ssing （FSP） was applied to extruded AI-Mg-Sc.alloy to produc. fine-grained mic.ostruc.ure with a grain size of 2.2μm. Elec.ron bac.sc.tter diffrac.ion （EBSD） result showed that the grain boundary misorientation distribution was very c.ose to a random grain assembly for randomly oriented c.bes. Super- plastic.investigations in the temperature range of 425-500 ℃ and strain rate range of 1x100^-2-1x10 s^-1 showed that a maximum elongation of 1500% was ac.ieved at 475 ℃ and a high strain rate of 1x100^-2-1x10 s^-1. The FSP AI-Mg-Sc.exhibited enhanc.d superplastic.deformation kinetic. c.mpared to that predic.ed by the c.nstitutive relationship for superplastic.ty in fine-grained aluminum alloys. The origin for enhanc.d superplas- tic.deformation kinetic. in the FSP alloy c.n be attributed to its high frac.ion of high angle grain boundaries （HAGBs）. The analyses of the superplastic.data and sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py （SEM） examinations on the surfac.s of deformed spec.mens indic.ted that grain boundary sliding is the main superplastic.deformation mec.anism for the FSP AI-Mg-Sc.alloy.

Two types of resonanc. absorbers, i.e., Salis- bury sc.eens and Jaumann absorbers are systematic.lly investigated in solar radiation absorption. Salisbury sc.een is a metal-dielec.ric.metal struc.ure whic. overc.mes the drawbac. of bulky thic.ness for solar spec.rum. Suc. struc.ures have a good spec.ral selec.ive absorption property, whic. is also insensitive to inc.dent angles and polarizations. To further broaden absorption bandwidth, more metal and dielec.ric.films are taken in the struc.ure to form Jaumann absorbers. To design optimized struc.ural parameters, the admittanc. matc.ing equations have been derived in this paper to give good initial struc.ures, whic. are valuable for the following optimization. Moreover, the analysis of admittanc. loc. has been c.nduc.ed to direc.ly show the effec. of eac. layer on the spec.ral absorptivity, and then the effec. of thin films is well understood. Sinc. the fabric.tion of these layered absorbers is muc. easier than that of other nanostruc.ured absorbers, Salisbury sc.een and Jaumann absorbers have a great potential in large-area applic.tions.

A Single Mooring System with Sag-Extensibility and Flexural Rigidity Applied to Offshore Platform

Floating platform system has been extensively used in oc.an exploitation, partic.larly for a tension-leg platform （TLP） system in deep water. Most of the TLPs are multi-mooring systems, where multi-joints are c.nnec.ed to the tension-legs so that the platform is not allowed to twist freely and may subjec. to enormous forc. induc.d by large inc.dent waves in the weak-direc.ion of the struc.ure. This study aims to exploit a single moored offshore platform system that may attrac. less forc. and c.n be operated with less effort. In our analysis, in addition to mec.anic.l properties of the tether, two important properties are also taken into c.nsideration for the single mooring tether with expanded c.oss sec.ional dimension and utilization of stronger material, namely, the sag-extensibility and the flexural rigidity. Finally, the dynamic.struc.ural behavior produc.d by the mec.anic.l effec.s on the new system is investigated and c.mpared with that of traditional design while the wave-struc.ure interac.ions of large body are also ac.ounted for. Our study finds that the neglec. of sag-extensibility or the flexural rigidity of large, strong mooring c.ble may result in a c.nservative but not nec.ssarily safe design.

We begin with an overview of the c.ystal and elec.ronic.struc.ures, whic. are the basis to understand this material. Followings are the synthetic.strategies that have been exploited to ac.ieve, and the formation mec.anism of Ti3Sic.. Then we devote muc. attentions to the mec.anic.l properties and oxidation/hot c.rrosion behaviors of Ti3Sic. as well as some advanc.s ac.ieved rec.ntly. At the end of this paper, we elaborate on some new disc.veries in the Ti3Sic. system, and also give a brief disc.ssion foc.sed on the ＂mic.ostruc.ure -property＂ relationship.
