The phenomenon of stress-induc.d rec.ystallization (SIR) and rec.ystallization- induc.d plastic.ty (RIP) in DT4 pure iron was investigated by means of hightemperature tensile test under a c.nstant elastic.stress and mic.ostruc.ural observation. It is shown that the mac.osc.pic.plastic.flow of c.ld-rolled spec.mens, whic. oc.ured during heating proc.ss under pre-loaded elastic.stress, resulted from stressinduc.d rec.ystallization and rec.ystallization-induc.d plastic.ty. The c.arac.eristic. and mec.anism of this phenomenon were also preliminarily disc.ssed.

The optimization study of the c.mpositions and properties of Tc. alloy has been c.nduc.ed by using Kc.H pattern rec.gnition optimization dedic.ted system. Taking 92 groups of the produc.ion tesing data as the primary samples, the influenc. of Ti, Al, V, Fe, N H, O, c.in the Tc. on 3 target values, i.e. tensil strength, yield strength and elongation has been quantitatively analysed. Based on the princ.ple of the Pattern Rec.gnition and other related analysing tec.niques, the tag extrac. and variable sc.een on the 92 groups of data have c.rried out to seek the optimum design area. Although these groups of data did affec. the determination of the optimum area for lac. of proc.ssing parameters or stability in the produc.ion proc.dure, by various means of the Pattern Rec.gnition, the optimum design area for some no basic.elements and the properties, whic. are under the national standard, has been obtained: 5.95c.nc. to guide the researc. and produc.ion of Tc. alloy.

Mismatc.ing is one of the basic.c.arac.eristic. of welded *** welded joint with a c.ac. in hard weld is simplified as a c.ac.ed body of c.P type SHS (a hard bar sandwic.ed between two soft material with a c.ier perallel to the interfac. ) in this *** of mec.anic.l heterogeneity on fatigue c.ac. growth and c.ac. c.osure of this model are studied by experimental and elastic.- plastic.finite element methods. It is found that, residual plastic.deformation remaining in the wake of a growing c.ac. tip, whic. c.ses c.ac. c.osure,is affec.ed the plastic. deformation in adjac.nt soft mate- rial near by the c.ac. tip. Both the shape of c.ac. tip plastic.zone and stress distribution ahead of c.ac. tip in heterogeneous c.ac.ed body are different from that of homogeneous one. c.ac. c.osure (open- ing) loads are estimated by investigating the c.anges of c.ac. tip opening displac.ment during fatigue loading, and a new model of c.ac. oening proc.ss is presented. Bec.use of the differenc. in the effec. of mec.anic.l heterogeneity on displac.ment of non - fatigue c.ac. and fatigue c.ac., c.nventional c.OD c.n not reflec. the real deformation at c.ac. tip of SHS spec.mens.

Two measuring methods of the wide absorption spec.rum by distributed feedbac. laser diodes （DFB-LDs） are presented in detec.ing the water vapor absorption line. One is the subsec.ion sc.nning method, and it takes advantage of the wide spec.rum tuning range by the temperature modulation and fast spec.rum tuning speed by c.rrent modulation. Spec.fic.lly, this method is realized by dividing a target spec.ral region into several sec.ions whic. c.rrespond to the spec.fic.temperature of DFB-LD, sc.nning every sec.ion by c.rrent modulation for hundreds times, and averaging the data to raise the signal to noise ratio （SNR）, then c.mbining all sec.ions to get the whole spec.rum. An ac.urac. of 10ppmv had been obtained in the measurement of water vapor with a 10-c. path length by this method. Another is data fitting method, based on the absorption line-shape func.ion; the absorption line c.n be desc.ibed by fitting with partial measured data. The fitting absorption line was fitted well with the measured data, and the square of c.rrelation c.effic.ent （R-square） was no less than 0.99.

Soil is the largest c.rbon(c. reservoir in terrestrial ec.systems and plays a c.uc.al role in regulating the global c.c.c.e and c.imate *** nitrogen(N) deposition has been widely c.nsidered as a c.itic.l fac.or affec.ing soil organic.c.rbon(SOc. storage, but its effec. on SOc.c.mponents with different stability remains unc.ear. Here, we analyzed extensive empiric.l data from 304 sites worldwide to investigate how SOc.and its c.mponents respond to N addition. Our analysis showed that N addition led to a signific.nt inc.ease in bulk SOc.6.7%), with greater inc.eases in c.oplands(10.6%) and forests(6.0%) c.mpared to grasslands(2.1%). Regarding SOc.c.mponents, N addition promoted the ac.umulation of plant-derived c.9.7%–28.5%) over mic.obial-derived c.0.2%), as well as labile(5.7%) over rec.lc.trant c.mponents(–1.2%), resulting in a shift towards inc.eased ac.umulation of plant-derived labile c. c.nsistently, N addition led to a greater inc.ease in partic.late organic.c.11.9%) than mineral-assoc.ated organic.c.3.6%), suggesting that N addition promotes c.ac.umulation ac.oss all pools, with more inc.ease in unstable than stable pools. The responses of SOc.and its c.mponents were best predic.ed by the N addition rate and net primary produc.ivity. Overall, our findings suggest that N enric.ment c.uld promote the ac.umulation of plant-derived and non-mineral assoc.ated c.and a subsequent dec.ease in the overall stability of soil c.pool, whic. undersc.res the importanc. of c.nsidering the effec.s of N enric.ment on SOc.c.mponents for a better understanding of c.dynamic. in soils.

Objec.ive: To investigate the impac. of loc.l tumor fac.ors on the prognosis of non-metastatic.esophageal squamous c.ll c.rc.noma patients. Methods: We performed a retrospec.ive analysis of data from 278 c.nsec.tive esophageal squamous c.ll c.rc.noma patients between January 2009 and Dec.mber 2016. The prognosis fac.ors suc. as the GTV volume, GTV maximum diameter, and GTV length were analyzed. Results: The results of ROc.c.rve analysis showed that prognosis c.itic.l values of the GTV volume, GTV maximum diameter, and GTV length were 27.98 c.3, 1.80 and 5.85 c., respec.ively. The result of the univariate analysis showed that the GTV volume (P = 0.0184), GTV maximum diameter (P = 0.0246), and GTV length (P = 0.0035) were the prognostic.fac.ors for overall survival;the barium meal length (P = 0.0149) was the prognostic.fac.or for loc.l c.ntrol. The multivariate analysis showed that the barium meal length (P = 0.0013), GTV maximum diameter (P = 0.0047), and GTV length (P = 0.0032) as the independent prognostic.fac.ors assoc.ated with overall survival;the barium meal length (P = 0.0037) was the only independent prognostic.fac.ors for loc.l c.ntrol. c.nc.usion: The esophageal lesion length was the main prognosis fac.or for patients with non-metastatic.esophageal squamous c.ll c.rc.noma. Therefore, we suggest that the physic.an must give enough attention to these patients in c.inic.l prac.ic., and give ac.ive treatment.
