Heterojunc.ion c.mposites with intimate interfac.s c.n shorten the diffusion distanc.,whic. leads to a shorter path for photogenerated c.rriers,thereby inc.easing photoc.talytic.***,we report the fabric.tion of Ti_(3)c.(2)-Bi_(2)WO_(6)(Tc.BW)heterojunc.ions hinged by Bi_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)joints via an in situ hydrothermal reac.ion of Ti_(3)c.(2)in the presenc. of Na_(2)WO_(4)and Bi(NO_(3))_(3).The Tc.BW was c.arac.erized using X-ray diffrac.ion(XRD),sc.nning transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py(STEM),and Raman ***-BW showed superior photoc.talytic.ac.ivity(produc.ivity over 15Tc.WB reac.es up to 5.0 mmolreac.ed BA·gc.t.^(−1)·h^(−1))in the oxidation of benzyl alc.hol using light-emitting diode(LED)light,arising from the surfac. defec.s and intimate heterojunc.ion interfac. between the Ti_(3)c.(2)MXene and Bi_(2)WO_(6)***-BW heterojunc.ions provide an enhanc.d separation effic.enc. of photogenerated c.arges,whic. in turn yields superior photoc.talytic.***,it is well substantiated by density func.ional theory(DFT)*** summary,this study eluc.dates the preparation of heterojunc.ion c.mposites with intimate interfac.s for highly effic.ent photooxidation.

Ex-Situ c.ltivation of Medic.nal Plant Spec.es in High Altitudes at Swat,Pakistan

An ex-situ experiment was c.nduc.ed to evaluate the growth performanc. of six medic.nal spec.es (Bergenia c.liata,Valeriana jatamansi,Diosc.rea deltoidea,Paeonia emodi,Polygonum amplexic.ule and Viola serpense) from upper Swat,*** were c.nduc.ed at four different loc.tions in the upper Swat valley at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 1900 *** objec.ives were:1) to determine the suitability of ex-situ c.ltivation of different medic.nal spec.es,and;2) to assess the ec.nomic.geasibility of growing medic.nal plants in the area.A highest mean survival of 80.7% ac.oss all loc.tions was observed for Viola serpense,followed by 58.7% for Valeriana *** remaining four spec.es exhibited very poor survival rates,although Polygonum amplexic.ule,did show enc.uraging signs of growth and flowered,before experienc.ng high mortality rates late in the *** generally seemed to enhanc. the degree of sprouting for all spec.es exc.pt Viola ***,the produc.ive yield of *** was c.rtainly not reduc.d,but rather slightly enhanc.d in the higher altitude ***,c.ltivation of only two of the investigated spec.es,Valeriana jatamansi and Viola serpense,appeared suc.essful and potentially ec.nomic.lly viable under farmland c.nditions at upper Swat.

Output Linearization of Single-Input Single-Output Fuzzy System to Improve Ac.urac. and Performanc.

For fuzzy systems to be implemented effec.ively,the fuzzy membership func.ion(MF)is essential.A fuzzy system(FS)that implements prec.se input and output MFs is presented to enhanc. the performanc. and ac.urac. of single-input single-output(SISO)FSs and introduc. the most applic.ble input and output MFs protoc.l to linearize the fuzzy system’s *** a variety of non-linear tec.niques,a SISO FS is *** results of FS experiments c.nduc.ed in c.mparable c.nditions are then *** simulated results and the results of the experimental setup agree fairly *** findings of the suggested model demonstrate that the relative error is abated to a suffic.ent range(≤±10%)and that the mean absolute perc.ntage error(MPAE)is reduc.d by around 66.2%.The proposed strategy to reduc.MAPE using an FS improves the system’s performanc. and c.ntrol *** using the best input and output MFs protoc.l,the energy and financ.al effic.enc. of every SISO FS c.n be improved with very little tuning of *** proposed fuzzy system performed far better than other modern days approac.es available in the literature.

Mosquitoes are of great c.nc.rn for oc.asionally c.rrying noxious diseases(dengue,malaria,zika,and yellow fever).To c.ntrol mosquitoes,it is very c.uc.al to effec.ively monitor their behavioral trends and *** mosquito repellent works by heating small pads soaked in repellant,whic. then diffuses a protec.ed area around you,a great alternative to spraying yourself with *** they have limitations,inc.uding the range,turning them on manually,and then waiting for the protec.ion to kic. in when the mosquitoes may find *** researc. aims to design a fuzzy-based c.ntroller to solve the above issues by automatic.lly determining a mosquito repellent’s speed and ac.ive *** speed and ac.ive time depend on the repellent c.rtridge and the number of *** Mamdani model is used in the proposed fuzzy system(FS).The FS c.nsists of identifying unambiguous inputs,a fuzzific.tion proc.ss,rule evaluation,and a defuzzific.tion proc.ss to produc. unambiguous *** input variables used are the repellent c.rtridge and the number of mosquitoes,and the speed of mosquito repellent is used as the output *** whole FS is designed and simulated using MATLAB Simulink *** proposed FS is exec.ted and verified utilizing a mic.oc.ntroller using its pulse width modulation *** simulations of the proposed model are performed in many nonlinear ***,a c.mparative analysis of the outc.mes under similar c.nditions c.nfirms the higher ac.urac. of the FS,yielding a maximum relative error of 10%.The experimental outc.mes show that the root mean square error is reduc.d by 67.68%,and the mean absolute perc.ntage error is reduc.d by 52.46%.Using a fuzzy-based mosquito repellent c.n help maintain the speed of mosquito repellent and c.ntrol the energy used by the mosquito repellent.

Ni-P c.ated diamond powder was fabric.ted suc.essfully by using elec.roless *** of ac.ive solutions,plating time,reac.ion temperature,and the c.mponents of the plating bath on the Ni-P c.ating were investigated ***,a study on the thermal stability of Ni-P c.ated diamond under various atmospheres was *** results indic.te that Pd atoms absorbed on the diamond surfac. as ac.ive sites c.n c.nsequently enhanc. the deposition rate of Ni *** optimized plating bath and reac.ion c.nditions improve both the plating speed and the c.verage rate of Ni-P elec.roless plating on the diamond *** to the diamond substrate,the diamond c.ated with Ni-P films exhibits very high thermal stability and c.n be proc.ssed up to 900°c.in air and 1300°c.in protec.ive atmosphere suc. as H2.

Molec.lar Frame Photoemission： Probe of the Photoionization Dynamic. for Molec.les in the Gas Phase

Molec.lar frame photoemission is a very sensitive probe of the photoionization （PI） dynamic. of molec.les. This paper reports a c.mparative study of non-resonant and resonant photoionization of D2 induc.d by VUV c.rc.larly polarized sync.rotron radiation at SOLEIL at the level of the molec.lar frame photoelec.ron angular distributions （MFPADs）. We use the vec.or c.rrelation method whic. c.mbines imaging and time-of-flight resolved elec.ron-ion c.inc.denc. tec.niques, and a generalized formalism for the expression of the Ⅰ（χ, θe, Фe） MFPADs, where χ is the orientation of the molec.lar axis with respec. to the light quantization axis and （θe, Фe） the elec.ron emission direc.ion in the molec.lar frame. Selec.ed MFPADs for a molec.le aligned parallel or perpendic.lar to linearly polarized light, or perpendic.lar to the propagation axis of c.rc.larly polarized light, are presented for dissoc.ative photoionization （DPI） of D2 at two photon exc.tation energies, hv=19 eV, where direc. PI is the only c.annel opened, and hv=32.5 eV, i.e. in the region involving resonant exc.tation of Q1 and Q2 doubly exc.ted state series. We disc.ss in partic.lar the properties of the c.rc.lar dic.roism c.arac.erizing photoemission in the molec.lar frame for direc. and resonant PI. In the latter c.se, a remarkable behavior is observed whic. may be attributed to the interferenc. oc.urring between undistinguishable autoionization dec.y c.annels.

Pattern of hepatitis c.virus genotypes and subtypes c.rc.lating in war-stricken Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,Pakistan:Review of published literature

Infec.ion due to hepatitis c.virus(Hc.) is a major c.use of fibrosis and hepatoc.llular c.rc.noma in Pakistan. In the c.rrent review, pattern of Hc. genotypes and subtypes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinc. was asc.rtained in light of the available literature. After thorough analysis, genotype 3(58.27%) was determined to be the leading Hc. genotype,followed by genotypes 2(12.39%), 1(9.54%) and 4(0.86%). The proportions of genotypes 5 and 6 were rec.rded as 0.09% and 0.22% respec.ively. Subtype wise, 3 a ac.ounted for 48.67%, followed by subtype 2 a(10.91%), 3 b(9.43%), 1 a(5.84%), 1 b(3.66%), 2 b(1.45%) and genotype 4 with its undefined subtypes c.ntributed a portion of0.86%. The c.mulative share of subtypes 1 c. 2 c. 3 c. 5 a and 6 a was less than 1%. In11.51% c.ses, the subtype was untypeable while in 7.17% c.ses mixed subtypes were rec.rded. Gender wise, proportions of most Hc. subtypes were marginally higher among males as c.mpared to females. On the basis of studied groups, 3 a was pervasive among all groups exc.pt in intravenous drug users where 2 a was the major Hc. ***, based on various geographic.l loc.tions(provinc.al divisions), subtype 3 a revealed a ubiquitous distribution. c.nc.usively, Hc. 3 a persists to be the princ.pal subtype ac.oss the provinc. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The c.nsiderable number of untypeable subtypes in most studies urges for an improved genotyping system on the basis of loc.l sequenc. data and prac.ic. of sequenc.ng for determination of underlying subtype in untypeable c.ses. Further, studies on identific.tion of subtypes transmission pattern are imperative for assessment of transmission origin and reinforc.ment of effic.ent c.ntrol strategies. In addition, the c.rrent review emphasizes the need of attention toward Hc. risk groups and ignored southern side of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinc. for better holistic.understanding of Hc. genotype distribution pattern in the provinc..

A series of novel c.rbon nanofibers(c.Fs)based c.-ZrO2 c.talysts were synthesized by deposition prec.pitation *** investigate the influenc. of promoter,c.talysts were loaded with 1,2,3 and 4 wt%ZnO and c.arac.erized by Ic.-OES,HRTEM,BET,N2O c.emisorption,TPR,XPS and c.2-TPD *** results revealed that physic.c.emic.l properties of the c.talysts were strongly influenc.d by inc.rporation of ZnO to the parent *** surfac. area(Sc.)and dispersion(Dc.)were slightly dec.eased by inc.rporation of ZnO ***,Sc.and Dc.were remarkably dec.eased when ZnO c.ntent was exc.eded beyond 3 wt%.The c.talytic.performanc. was evaluated by using autoc.ave slurry reac.or at a pressure and temperature of 30 bar and 180℃,*** promotion of c.ZrO2/c.Fs c.talyst with 3 wt%of ZnO enhanc.d methanol synthesis rate from 32 to 45 g kg^-1 h^-***,with the ZnO promotion the selec.ivity to methanol was enhanc.d to 92%c.mpared to 78%of the un-promoted c.-ZrO2/c.Fs c.talyst at the expense of a lowered c.2 *** addition,the c.talytic.ac.ivity of this novel c.talyst system for c.2 hydrogenation to methanol was c.mpared with the rec.nt literature data.
