HBV mutation patter.s r.lated to c.inic.l sever.ty and the molec.lar.epidemiologic.tr.its in Kor.an c.r.nic.patients based on pr.vious ***,sever.l lines of evidenc.,inc.uding our.pr.vious r.sults,have led to the c.nc.usion that a c.mbination of the exc.usive pr.dominanc. of genotype c.,whic. is pr.ne to mutations,the high pr.valenc. of basal c.r. pr.moter.double mutations,and the pr.senc. of distinc. immune r.sponses against HBV pr.teins in the Kor.an population may gener.te the distinc. The level str.c.ur. of the double-magic.nuc.eus ^(34)Si(Z=14,N=20)was investigated by evaluating the available *** the basis of exper.mental r.sults fr.m the beta-dec.y and fusion-evapor.tion r.ac.ions,we established the level sc.eme by assigning spin-par.ties up to 6_(1)^(+)at 6233 *** high ener.y positions of the exc.ted states ar. c.nsistent with the magic.ty at ^(34)Si,suc. as the 2_(2)^(+)state of the spher.c.l gr.und band at 4.519 MeV and the 3^(-),4^(-),and 5^(-)states of the one-par.ic.e one-hole c.oss-shell states at appr.ximately 4.5 *** nuc.eus,for.a long time,has attr.c.ed muc. attention bec.use of,on one side,a pr.ton bubble str.c.ur. in the gr.und state and,on the other.side,a defor.ation in the sec.nd 0^(+)state,0_(2)^(+).By a c.mpar.son of the c.nstr.c.ed level sc.eme with the shell model c.lc.lations,we desc.ibe the emer.ing str.c.ur.s in the gr.und and sec.nd 0+states and the negative-par.ty 3^(-)states within the fr.mewor. of the shell model *** pr.pose a defor.ed r.tational band with the c.sc.ding 6_(2)^(+)−4_(1)^(+)−2_(1)^(+)tr.nsitions built on the 0_(2)^(+)state.

r.c.ntly, ur.an high temper.tur. phenomenon has bec.me a pr.blem whic. r.sults fr.m human ac.ivities, the inc.ease in ener.y c.nsumption, and land-c.ver.c.ange in ur.an ar.as. As extr.mely hot weather.c.used by ur.an high temper.tur. c.ntinues, demand for.power.is inc.eased and r.sults in the degr.dation of elec.r.c.ty r.ser.es. The c.r.ent tr.nd in c.imate c.ange, r.gar.less of the summer.and winter.power.demand, is likely to have muc. effec. on the power.demand. Thus, sensitivity to elec.r.c.ty c.nsumption in ur.an ar.as due to c.imate c.ange was r.sear.0}ed. The r.sults show that, 1） the basic.unit of the sensitivity to elec.r.c.ty c.nsumption in the tar.et ar.as is 1.25-1.58W/（m2.℃）; 2） The maximum sensitivity is r.c.r.ed at ar.und 8：00 pm in the ar.a c.owded with c.mmer.0}al and business ar.a. And in the business ar.a, elec.r.c.ty c.nsumption load is even fr.m 9：00 am to 6：00 pm.

c.r.nic.hepatitis B vir.s (HBV) infec.ion r.mains a major.health pr.blem, with mor. than 240 million people c.r.nic.lly infec.ed wor.dwide and potentially 650000 deaths per.year.due to advanc.d liver.diseases inc.uding liver.c.r.hosis and hepatoc.llular.c.r.0}noma (Hc.). HBV-X pr.tein (HBx) c.ntr.butes to the biology and pathogenesis of HBV via stimulating vir.s r.plic.tion or.alter.ng host gene expr.ssion r.lated to Hc.. The HBV X r.gion c.ntains only 465 bp enc.ding the 16.5 kDa HBx pr.tein, whic. also c.ntains sever.l c.itic.l c.s-elements suc. as enhanc.r.II, the c.r. pr.moter.and the mic.or.A-binding r.gion. Thus, mutations in this r.gion may affec. not only the HBx open r.ading fr.me but also the over.apped c.s-elements. r.c.ntly, sever.l types of HBx mutations signific.ntly assoc.ated with c.inic.l sever.ty have been desc.ibed, although the func.ional mec.anism in most of these c.ses r.mains unsolved. This r.view ar.ic.e will mainly foc.s on the HBx mutations pr.ven to be signific.ntly r.lated to c.inic.l sever.ty via epidemiologic.l studies.

The annual number.of deaths c.used by hepatitis B vir.s(HBV)-r.lated disease, inc.uding c.r.hosis and hepatoc.llular.c.r.0}noma(Hc.), is estimated as 887000. The r.por.ed pr.valenc. of HBV r.ver.e tr.nsc.iptase(r.) mutation pr.or.to tr.atment is var.ed and the impac. of pr.existing mutations on the tr.atment of na?ve patients r.mains c.ntr.ver.ial, and pr.mar.ly depends on geogr.phic.fac.or., HBV genotypes, HBe Ag ser.status, HBV vir.l loads, disease pr.gr.ssion, inter.enotypic.r.c.mbination and c.-infec.ion with HIV. Differ.nt sensitivity of detec.ion methodology used c.uld also affec. their.pr.valenc. r.sults. Sever.l genotype-dependent HBV r. positions that c.n affec. the emer.enc. of dr.g r.sistanc. have also been r.por.ed. Eight mutations in r.(r.L80I, r.D134N, r.N139K/T/H, r.Y141F, r.M204I/V, r.F221Y, r.I224V, and r.M309K) ar. signific.ntly assoc.ated with Hc. pr.gr.ssion. HBe Ag-negative status, low vir.l load, and genotype c.infec.ion ar. signific.ntly r.lated to a higher.fr.quenc. and pr.valenc. of pr.existing r. mutations. Pr.existing mutations ar. most fr.quently found in the A-B inter.omain of r. whic. over.aps with the HBs Ag "a" deter.inant r.gion, mutations of whic. c.n lead to simultaneous vir.l immune esc.pe. In c.nc.usion, the pr.senc. of baseline r. mutations c.n affec. dr.g tr.atment outc.mes and disease pr.gr.ssion in HBVinfec.ed populations via modulation of vir.l fitness and host-immune r.sponses.
