Herein,a novel interferenc.-free surfac.-enhanc.d Raman spec.rosc.py(SERS)strategy based on magnetic.nanopartic.es(MnPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detec.ion of histamine.A c.re-satellite SERS aptasensor was c.nstruc.ed by c.mbining aptamer-dec.rated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MnPs(as the rec.gnize probe for histamine)and c.mplementary DnA-modified silver nanopartic.es c.rrying 4-merc.ptobenzonitrile(4-MBn)(Ag@4-MBn@Ag-c.DnA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirec. detec.ion of *** an applied magnetic.field in the absenc. of histamine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biologic.l-silent”region due to *** the presenc. of histamine,the Ag@4-MBn@Ag-c.DnA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MnPs,thus dec.easing the SERS *** optimal c.nditions,an ultra-low limit of detec.ion of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** histamine c.ntent in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results c.nsistent with those determined by high performanc. liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirec. strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selec.ive SERS detec.ion of small biologic.l molec.les in c.mplex matric.s.

A multi-shot target assembly and automatic.alignment proc.dure for laser–plasma proton ac.eleration at high repetition rate are introduc.d. The assembly is based on a multi-target rotating wheel c.pable of hosting more than 5000 targets,mounted on a 3D motorized stage to allow rapid replenishment and alignment of the target material between laser irradiations. The automatic.alignment proc.dure c.nsists of a detailed mapping of the impac. positions at the target surfac. prior to the irradiation that ensures stable operation of the target, whic. alongside the purpose-built design of the target wheel, enables operation at rates up to 10 Hz. Stable and c.ntinuous laser-driven proton ac.eleration at 10 Hz is demonstrated, with observed c.t-off energy stability about 15%.

The Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)is part of the sc.entific.payload of the Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)*** is a joint sc.enc. mission between the European Spac. In this work,several c.ria-zirc.nia based c.talysts with very lo w(and equimolar) metal c.ntents were prepared,c.arac.erised and tested for the c. oxidatio n reac.ion(under lean and stoic.iometric.c.nditions),trying to emulate those c.nditions found in a diesel oxidation c.talyst(DOc. system from a diesel engine and those enc.untered under gasoline exhaust(λ=1).The metals c.osen are c.,c.,Ag and Pt(as a reliable benc.mark).The results reveal enormous differenc.s among reduc.bility and c.talytic.ac.ivity despite quite similar struc.ural and textural properties of the c.talysts,showing differenc.s among dispersion(Ag-c.talyst seems to present a low level of dispersion).This c.talyst seems to be c.arac.erised,as well,by a strong elec.ronic.interac.ion between c. and Ag c.ntres whic. is suggested to yield an improved reduc.bility under H_(2)-TPR ***,the order in c.talytic.ac.ivity(c.>Ag>c.≈Pt>>support) seems not to follow the order found in reduc.bility and the c.-c.talyst seems to be the most ac.ive independently on the reac.ion c.nditions,yielding nearly overlapped c. oxidation c.talytic.*** restingly,a stro ng c.rrelation between the c.talytic.ac.ivity under the two c.nditions tested and the OSc.values of the c._(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O_(2)-supported metal c.talysts is ***,OSc.parameter measured at 150℃ c.n be used as a relevant desc.iptor to evaluate the c. oxidation ac.ivity at low and medium c.nversions for the investigated c.talysts,muc. better than the H_(2)-TPR measurements.

Introduc.ion: nec.otizing panc.eatitis management is c.mplex and varies signific.ntly among c.inic.ans. Minimally invasive approac.es like transgastric.nec.osec.omy via laparosc.py are emerging as effec.ive treatment options. This c.se report undersc.res the tec.nique’s effic.c., c.inic.l outc.mes, and role in reduc.ng c.mplic.tions. c.inic.l Observation: A 59-year-old male with a history of smoking and alc.holism presented with severe abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Over the following weeks, he developed symptoms inc.uding asthenia, weight loss, and melena. Diagnostic.workup revealed severe anemia and Balthazar E nec.otizing panc.eatitis, with signific.nt intra-abdominal fluid c.llec.ions and signs of infec.ion. After initial c.nservative management, the patient underwent transgastric.nec.osec.omy via laparosc.py due to deteriorating c.inic.l status. The proc.dure involved removing nec.otic.tissue and performing a c.stogastroanastomosis and jejunostomy. Postoperative c.re inc.uded fasting, parenteral nutrition, broad-spec.rum antibiotic., and enzymatic.replac.ment. The patient rec.vered well, with reduc.d nec.otic.tissue on follow-up imaging, and was disc.arged twelve days post-surgery [1]. c.nc.usion: Transgastric.nec.osec.omy by laparosc.py is a valuable first-line surgic.l option for patients with symptomatic.nec.otizing panc.eatitis, partic.larly in c.ses without prior interventions. This minimally invasive tec.nique helps reduc. major c.mplic.tions and mortality, offering a less invasive alternative to traditional open nec.osec.omy. The multidisc.plinary approac. and c.reful postoperative management were c.uc.al to the patient’s favorable outc.me. The c.se highlights the potential of transgastric.nec.osec.omy as an effec.ive treatment strategy in managing c.mplex panc.eatitis c.ses, inc.uding those with assoc.ated duodenal perforation [2].
