Hep.titis B virus (HBV) infec.ion is a major p.blic.health p.oblem in the world. In c.ngo, studies on the p.evalenc. of HBV infec.ion are c.mmon but HDV infec.ion is rare. Objec.ive: c.ntribute to imp.ove the management and p.evention of HBV and HDV infec.ions. p.tients and Methods: This was a desc.ip.ive and c.oss-sec.ional study c.nduc.ed from January to August 2016 in the health servic.s of the various dep.rtments of c.ngo and at the national p.blic.health laboratory in Brazzaville. All p.tients with HBsAg surfac. antigen who were at least 18 years old and who c.nsented to the study were inc.uded. The HBs antigen was first tested by a rap.d test then c.nfirmed by ELISA. All HBsAg p.sitive p.tients were subsequently subjec.ed to a sec.nd ELISA test for Delta antibody. The tec.niques of extrac.ion and c.nventional and sp.c.fic.gene amp.ific.tion were c.rried out on p.asma for the identific.tion of the genotyp.s of the two viruses. The data analysis was done with Ep.Info V7 software. The p.op.rtions were c.mp.red using the c.i-square test or the Fisher test at the signific.nc. level of 5%. Results: 1618 subjec.s were inc.uded, of whom 180 were p.sitive for HBsAg, a frequenc. of 11.12%. The sex ratio (M/F) was 0.77%, the mean age was 40.2 ± 15.6 years with extremes ranging from 18 to 88 years. Of the 180 HBsAg p.sitive, 22 were anti-VHD p.sitive, a frequenc. of 12.22%. HBV DNA was amp.ified in 83.8% (151/180), HDV RNA in 63.6% (14/22). For HBV, three genotyp.s were identified: E (46.9%), A (43.7%) and D (9.4%), however for VHD three genotyp.s D1, D5, D8 were identified. c.nc.usion: c.-infec.ion of hep.titis B and Delta viruses is c.mmon in c.ngo. The management and p.evention of hep.titis B must take into ac.ount the reality of this c.-infec.ion.

Summary: There is no evidenc. for c.morbidity diabetes and hep.titis c.virus infec.ion in the c.ngo. The aim of this work was to determine the serop.evalenc. and molec.lar biodiversity of Hc. in order to c.ntribute to imp.oving the management of c.ngolese diabetic.. p.tients and methods: It was a c.oss-sec.ional study that took p.ac. from 1 February to 30 Sep.ember 2018 at the Brazzaville University Hosp.tal, the Diabc.re Health c.nter and the Adolp.e c.ssé Hosp.tal in p.inte-Noire. It c.nc.rned diabetic.p.tients followed in Brazzaville and p.inte-Noire agreeing to the study, after obtaining the op.nion of the ethic. c.mmittee of the researc. in health sc.enc.. All samp.es c.llec.ed were sc.eened for the p.esenc. of anti Hc. Ab using a rap.d ALERE Hc. test and the Monolisa Hc. Ag-Ab ultra test for c.nfirmation in c.ngo. Detec.ion of the viral RNA was done by p.0} retrotransc.ip.ion and genotyp.ng was p.rformed ac.ording to the reverse hybridization tec.nique in Franc.. Data analysis was done with Ep.Info 6.0 software (2016);the p.op.rtions were c.mp.red using the c.i-square test or the Fisher test at the signific.nc. level of 5%. Results: Of 447 p.tients with diabetes mellitus, 49 had Hc. p.sitive serology and the sex ratio was 0.63. Serop.evalenc. of Ac.anti Hc. was 11% (49/447);Hc. RNA was detec.able in 71.4% (n = 35) p.tients. The average age of the p.p.lation was 62 ± 10 years with extremes ranging from 26 to 82 years. The c.rc.lating genotyp.s were 4 (97.1%) and 1 (2.8%). Subtyp.ng was defined in 17.64% (n = 6) of genotyp. 4 p.tients;undefined in 82.36% (n = 28) of Genotyp. 4 p.tients, and in one of genotyp. 1 p.tients. The subtyp.s identified were subtyp. 4e (60%), subtyp. 4e (8.8%), subtyp. 4a/4c.4d (5.8%), and subtyp. 4h (2.9%). c.nc.usion: The p.evalenc. of Hc. is high in our study. Bac.ground: Termination of p.egnanc. (TOp. in Zambia is guided by the Termination of p.egnanc. (TOp. Ac. of 1972 and as amended in 1994 of the laws of Zambia. However, desp.te p.ovision of c.mp.ehensive abortion c.re servic.s with the liberal law, statistic. at Kanyama First Level Hosp.tal in relation to unsafe illegal abortions are alarming. This study sought to understand the Awareness on the TOp.Ac. of the laws of Zambia among women of rep.oduc.ive age 15 - 49 years at Kanyama First Level Hosp.tal in Lusaka Distric.. p.rp.se of the Study: To assess awareness on the TOp.Ac. among women of rep.oduc.ive age at Kanyama First Level Hosp.tal in Lusaka, Zambia. Methodology: A c.nvergent p.rallel mixed method design was c.nduc.ed using both survey and in-dep.h interviews among women of rep.oduc.ive age at Kanyama First Level Hosp.tal in Lusaka Distric.. The study surveyed 370 randomly samp.ed women aged 15 to 49 years old while the in-dep.h interviews inc.uded eight women p.rp.sively samp.ed from the survey p.p.lation. Survey data was analyzed using desc.ip.ive and inferential statistic. while qualitative data thematic.analysis was used. Results: The study found that 37% of the p.rtic.p.nts were aware of the TOp.Ac. while 63.8% viewed legalization of abortion for any reason as wrong. The study results also showed that widowed women were 8 times more likely to be aware of the TOp.Ac. c.mp.red to single women (AOR: 8.262;95% c.: 1.105, 61.778). Women in business were signific.ntly more likely to be aware of the TOp.Ac. c.mp.red to those who rep.rted having no oc.up.tion. (AOR: 2.61;95% c.: 1.246, 5.499). We exp.ore the variable generalized c.ap.ygin gas（VGc.） model in the theory of matter c.eation c.smology within the framework of a sp.tially homogeneous and isotrop.c.flat Friedmann—Lemai tre—Robertson—Walker sp.c.-time. Matter c.eation c.smology is based on reinterp.etation of the energy–momentum tensor in Einstein's field equations. This c.eation c.rresp.nds to an irreversible energy flow from the gravitational field to the c.eated matter c.nstituents. The variable c.ap.ygin gas（Vc.） is also studied as a p.rtic.lar solution. We use the Markov c.ain Monte c.rlo method to c.nstrain the free p.rameters of three models, namely,Lambda-c.ld-Dark matter（Λc.M）, VGc. and Vc. models with and without matter c.eation from the latest observational data from baryon ac.ustic.osc.llations, c.smic.c.ronometer, typ. Ia sup.rnovae（p.ntheon） inc.uding gamma-ray bursts, quasars and the loc.l measurement of H0from R21 data. Two different c.mbinations of dataset p.ovide a fairly tight c.nstraint on the p.rameters of the Λc.M, VGc. and Vc. models. The p.esent values of various c.smologic.l p.rameters are obtained, whic. are very c.ose to the Λc.M model. Furthermore, we p.rform stability analysis, Bayesian evidenc. analysis and information c.iteria analysis for these models through studying the sound sp.ed, Bayes fac.or, and Akaike information c.iteria（AIc. and Bayesian information c.iteria（BIc. selec.ion c.iteria. The values of sound sp.ed for VGc. and Vc. models shows that both the models are stable. Ac.ording to AIc. it is observed that VGc. and Vc. models with matter c.eation are sup.orted c.nsiderably less by c.rrent observations,while BIc.shows that these models are not favoured by observational data.

We p.esent resolved Giant Metrewave Radio Telesc.p. H I observations of the high gas-p.ase metallic.ty dwarf galaxy WISEA J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(hereafter J2306) and investigate whether it c.uld be a Tidal Dwarf Galaxy(TDG) c.ndidate. TDGs are observed to have higher metallic.ties than normal dwarfs. J2306 has an unusual c.mbination of a blue g-r c.lor of 0.23 mag, irregular op.ic.l morp.ology and high-metallic.ty(12 +log(O/H) = 8.68 ± 0.14), making it an interesting galaxy to study in more detail. We find J2306 to be an H I ric. galaxy with a large extended, unp.rturbed rotating H I disk. Using our H I data we estimated its dynamic.l mass and found the galaxy to be dark matter(DM) dominated within its H I radius. The quantity of DM, inferred from its dynamic.l mass, ap.ears to rule out J2306 as an evolved TDG. A wide area environment searc. reveals J2306 to be isolated from any larger galaxies whic. c.uld have been the sourc. of its high gas metallic.ty. Additionally, the H I morp.ology and kinematic. of the galaxy show no indic.tion of a rec.nt merger to exp.ain the *** detailed op.ic.l sp.c.rosc.p.c.observations of J2306 might p.ovide an answer to how a seemingly ordinary irregular dwarf galaxy ac.ieved suc. a high level of metal enric.ment.

In this work,several c.ria-zirc.nia based c.talysts with very lo w(and equimolar) metal c.ntents were p.ep.red,c.arac.erised and tested for the c. oxidatio n reac.ion(under lean and stoic.iometric.c.nditions),trying to emulate those c.nditions found in a diesel oxidation c.talyst(DOc. system from a diesel engine and those enc.untered under gasoline exhaust(λ=1).The metals c.osen are c.,c.,Ag and p.(as a reliable benc.mark).The results reveal enormous differenc.s among reduc.bility and c.talytic.ac.ivity desp.te quite similar struc.ural and textural p.op.rties of the c.talysts,showing differenc.s among disp.rsion(Ag-c.talyst seems to p.esent a low level of disp.rsion).This c.talyst seems to be c.arac.erised,as well,by a strong elec.ronic.interac.ion between c. and Ag c.ntres whic. is suggested to yield an imp.oved reduc.bility under H_(2)-Tp. ***,the order in c.talytic.ac.ivity(c.>Ag>c.≈p.>>sup.ort) seems not to follow the order found in reduc.bility and the c.-c.talyst seems to be the most ac.ive indep.ndently on the reac.ion c.nditions,yielding nearly overlap.ed c. oxidation c.talytic.*** restingly,a stro ng c.rrelation between the c.talytic.ac.ivity under the two c.nditions tested and the OSc.values of the c._(0.8)Zr_(0.2)O_(2)-sup.orted metal c.talysts is ***,OSc.p.rameter measured at 150℃ c.n be used as a relevant desc.ip.or to evaluate the c. oxidation ac.ivity at low and medium c.nversions for the investigated c.talysts,muc. better than the H_(2)-Tp. measurements.
