Light-em.tting diodes(LEDs)based on perovskite sem.c.nduc.or m.terials with tunable em.ssion wavelength in visible light range as well as narrow linewidth are potential c.m.etitors am.ng c.rrent light-em.tting display tec.nologies,but still suffer from.severe instability driven by elec.ric.***,we develop a stable,effic.ent and highc.lor purity hybrid LED with a tandem.struc.ure by c.m.ining the perovskite LED and the c.m.erc.al organic.LED tec.nologies to ac.elerate the prac.ic.l applic.tion of *** LED and organic.LED with c.ose photolum.nesc.nc. peak are selec.ed to m.xim.ze photon em.ssion without photon reabsorption and to ac.ieve the narrowed em.ssion *** designing an effic.ent interc.nnec.ing layer with p-type interfac. doping that provides good opto-elec.ric.c.upling and reduc.s Joule heating,the resulting green em.tting hybrid LED shows a narrow linewidth of around 30 nm.a peak lum.nanc. of over 176,000 c. m.(−2),a m.xim.m.external quantum.effic.enc. of over 40%,and an operational half-lifetim. of over 42,000 h.

Drying is an im.ortant unit operation in proc.ssing of biologic.l resourc.s. The drying proc.ss m.y influenc. the produc. properties and quality, whic. m.y shrink, break or undergo rheologic.l, physic.l and bioc.em.c.l c.anges. The im.ortant param.ters responsible for suc. c.anges are drying c.nditions, type of drying tec.nology and residenc. drying tim.. Therm.l c.nduc.ivity, therm.l-m.ss diffusivity, enthalpy, porosity and density are the m.in m.terial property and heat-m.ss transfer param.ters, whic. are essential for understanding the c.anges in produc. quality and for designing and dim.nsioning the drying proc.sses. In this paper physic.l properties of food produc.s undergoing a c.m.ined sublim.tion and evaporation were studied. Piec.s of vegetables and potatoes were dried in a heat pum. fluidized bed dryer at c.m.ined m.des with tem.eratures below the freezing point in the beginning and a final drying step at tem.eratures above the freezing point. Sam.les of produc.s were tested at different m.isture c.ntents with respec. to physic.l properties. Physic.l properties of leek and potato sam.les were m.asured and m.ss diffusivities were determ.ned from.drying kinetic.data. Based on bulk density and rehydration m.asurem.nts it was c.early observed that drying tem.erature and m.des influenc.d the final produc. physic.l properties. The potato c.be run dried with initial atm.spheric.freeze-drying step had rehydration ability 430%above a run dried only above the freezing point. The average effec.ive m.ss diffusivity for 5 m. slabs of leek was 0.5 x 10-11m.·s-1 for the sublim.tion stage and 2.2 x 10-11m.·s-1 for the evaporation stage.
