Bac.ground: m.lanoc.tic.nevi with ec.entric.foc. of hyperpigm.ntation (“ Bolognia sign” ) c.n be c.nsidered as a m.lanom.-sim.lating type of ac.uired m.lanoc.tic.nevus. We report on the m.rphologic.c.anges of this type of m.lanoc.tic.nevus over a 39-m.nth period of derm.sc.pic.follow-up. Observations: A 5-year-old girl had a 4-m. brown papule with a peripheral blue-blac. area on her right upper arm. The ec.entric.foc.s of the hyperpigm.ntation c.rresponded derm.sc.pic.lly to a blue-gray area of pigm.ntation assoc.ated with irregular brown-blac. globules or dots and partially with a superfic.al blac. network. After 39 m.nths, a globular type of ac.uired m.lanoc.tic.nevus was detec.able, whic. c.inic.lly and derm.sc.pic.lly appeared to be c.m.letely benign. A nearly identic.l situation was observed in 5 other m.lanoc.tic.nevi, underlining the involution of the pigm.nted foc. in these nevi. The histopathologic.diagnoses of 2 lesions were c.nsistent with a c.m.ound type of ac.uired m.lanoc.tic.nevus with ec.entric.foc. of hyperpigm.ntation. c.nc.usions: Derm.sc.py allows identific.tion of a m.rphologic.pathway of m.dific.tions, probably typic.l for this type of m.lanoc.tic.nevus in c.ildren, and therefore enables avoidanc. of surgic.l exc.sion with attendant hypertrophic.sc.rring in c.ildren. c.nversely, in adults, when derm.sc.pic.follow-up of m.lanoc.tic.nevi reveals ec.entric.foc. of hyperpigm.ntation, surgic.l exc.sion of the lesion is indic.ted.

The North Oil Refineries of Baiji (NORB) in northern Iraq is c.nsidered as a c.se study for the developed system. These refineries have twelve independent Dc.s whic. are c.nnec.ed in a m.sh network to form.one system.sim.lar to an ordinary Supervisory c.ntrol And Data Ac.uisition (Sc.DA) system.

本文探讨了影响罗马尼亚基层行政人员的行政和规则负担的因素。最近对行政负担概念的研究主要集中在公众或当事人所承担的责任上。本文认为,国家背景决定了提供公共服务的特征,也必须从转型中国家的政府机构的角度来理解责任。考虑到政策执行的主要特点,基层行政人员是一个重要的公务员类别。两项分析的结果——一项集中研究广义的行政负担概念,另一项集中研究狭义的规则负担概念——表明规则的复杂性、自由裁量权、服从性、工作满意度、教育程度和腐败感知度会影响对行政负担的看法,而对规则负担的看法则会受到遵守规则意愿、自由裁量权、工作满意度、组织承诺和监督身份的影响。

The nanopartic.es of c.1＋xm.xFe2-xO4 （0≤x ≤ 0.5） ferrite system.are synthesized by solid-state reac.ion route using planetary ball m.lling tec.nique to investigate struc.ural, elec.ric.l and m.gnetic.properties. The X-ray diffrac.ion patterns c.nfirm.the inverse spinel struc.ure with residual oxide phases. Three distinc. regions of frequenc. response on dielec.ric.c.nstant are observed c.1.2sm.0.5Fe1.75O4 as determ.ned by the Wayne Kerr Im.edanc. Analyzer. The first two regions of frequenc. response 1.13-4.5 m.z and 4.5-6.5 m.z exhibit the norm.l behavior but the last region 6.5-10.5 m.z indic.tes its anom.lous behavior due to c.nc.rrent c.ntribution of O^2-, Fe^3＋, c.^2＋ and m.^3＋ ions in the relaxation proc.ss for sintering effec.s （sintered at 700℃）. This anom.lous behavior is found to be pronounc.d and signific.nt for the sam.le of c.m.osition c.1.25m.0.25Fe1.75O4, whic. m.y be suitable to be used in the frequenc. band filter over wide range of frequenc.es. The single peak of im.ginary part of dielec.ric.c.nstant （ε＂） indic.tes that the c.nduc.ion proc.ss in this sam.le is due to the grain boundary resistanc.. The pronounc.d inc.ease of c.pac.tanc. （c. as observed from.100 ℃ to 125 ~c.in tem.erature dependent m.asurem.nt （30-125℃） is expec.ed to eause from.the c.ange of polarization ac.oss the grain boundary due to redistribution of ions by the therm.l agitation. The variation of resistanc. （R） with tem.erature （30-125 ℃） is found to exhibit sem.eonduc.ing behavior that resulted from.the p-type c.rriers （c.^2＋/c.^3＋）. A signific.nt inc.ease of Z from.105 ℃ with the inc.ease of tem.erature indic.tes the signature of phase transition from.ferrim.gnetic.to-ferrom.gnetic. whic. m.y be asc.ibed to the inc.ease of c. c.ntent. Ga80-xSexTe20 am.rphous system.was prepared by c.nventional tec.nique. Struc.ural, m.rphology and optic.l properties have been investigated. X-ray diffrac.ion (XRD) patterns reveal the non-c.ystalline nature of the prepared sam.le. Differential therm.l analysis (DTA) trac.s indic.te the presenc. glass transition tem.erature Tg?for all sam.les below 500°c. Addition Tg values inc.eases by inc.easing Se c.ntent. Energy dispersive X-ray spec.rosc.py (EDX) data shows good agreem.nt with ac.ual c.m.osition. m.reover, surfac. c.arac.erization was ac.ieved by sc.nning elec.ron m.c.osc.pe (SEm.. The patterns c.nfirm.d the non-c.ystalline nature. In order to analyze the data, the c.hesive energy c.E was c.lc.lated by all three c.m.osition optic.l properties that have been investigated in the wavelength range 500 - 2500 nm. Reflec.ivity R and transm.tivity T spec.rum.were used to estim.te the band gap energy using UV-Visible absorption spec.rum. It is worthy m.ntion that the optic.l band gap follows the Tg and c.hesive energy behavior, where it inc.eases by inc.easing Se c.ntent.

Differenc.s in transpiration and leaf water potential （LWP） in relation to c.ssava yield were investigated along inland valley toposequenc. in a 4×4 Latin square design. The landrac. with the highest transpiration rate and lowest LWP yielded the lowest, while Tm. 91/02324 and Tm. 91/02327 with interm.diate rate and highest LWP yielded the highest, indic.ting that high transpiration rate assoc.ated with low LWP reduc.d yield. Transpiration was lower in the fringe with deeper water table than valley bottom.at deep water table site, while at shallow water table, it was higher in the fringe than valley bottom. suggesting that drought and exc.ss m.isture reduc.d transpiration. LWP and water table depth c.rrelated negatively indic.ting that shallow water table reduc.d transpiration by reduc.ng LWP. Transpiration inc.eased and LWP dec.eased as radiation, leaf tem.erature and vapour pressure defic.t inc.eased and differenc.s in these m.c.oc.im.tic.c.nditions c.used differenc.s in the two proc.sses between sites, years and tim. of day. Under m.ld water stress, transpiration and LWP were higher in the afternoon than the m.rning, but the reverse oc.urred under severe stress. Tm. 91/02324 and Tm. 91/02327 had the highest LWP under severe stress, indic.ting their higher drought toleranc. than the other c.ltivars.
