Thymol, the key c.mponent of the thyme oil and its derivatives were evaluated for their struc.ure ac.ivity relationship as fungic.de against Rhizoc.onia solani. Sinc. plant-based c.emic.ls are c.nsidered as “Generally Rec.gnized as Safe” (gras) c.emic.ls, there is great potential to use those and synthetic.derivatives against R. solani and other fungal pathogens, in vitro, and in the?greenhouse or field c.nditions. Among the six thymol derivatives evaluated, thymol ac.tate was c.nsidered as the most suitable c.mmerc.ally viable plant-based fungic.de due to its superior effic.c. as well as lowest residue.

Proc.lc.tonin (Pc.) and c.reac.ive protein (c.P) c.nc.ntrations in umbilic.l c.ord blood of 197 neonates were measured to evaluate their value as markers of in fec.ion. Sixteen of the neonates were infec.ed. The sensitivity, spec.fic.ty, an d negative and positive predic.ive values were respec.ively 87.5%, 98.7%, 87.5 %, and 98.7%for Pa and 50%, 97%, 67%, and 94%for c.P. Serum Pc. in c.rd bl ood seems to be a useful and early marker of antenatal infec.ion.

A searc. for the doubly c.armed baryon ?c.+with the dec.y mode ?c.+→Ξc.K-π+is performed using proton-proton c.llision data at a c.ntre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV c.llec.ed by the LHc. experiment from 2016 to 2018, c.rresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb-1. No signific.nt signal is observed within the invariant mass range of 3.6 to 4.0 GeV/c.. Upper limits are set on the ratio R of the produc.ion c.oss-sec.ion times the total branc.ing frac.ion of the ?c.+→Ξc.K-π+dec.y with respec. to the Ξc.++→Λc.K-π+π+dec.y. Upper limits at 95% c.edibility level for R in the range 0.005 to 0.11 are obtained for diferent hypotheses on the ?c.+mass and lifetime in the rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and transverse momentum range from 4 to 15 GeV/c.

目的细菌感染是儿童死亡的主要原因之一。作为提高医疗质量的第一步措施,我们研究了严重细菌感染(SBi)死亡患儿治疗过程中次优化治疗和医疗差错发生的频率和类型。设计本研究回顾性分析了法国一个地区2000至2006年所有因SBi死亡、且年龄在3个月以上患儿的资料。通过标准化表格对患儿病历进行总结,并由两位专家依据现行指南分别进行独立评价,以判断患儿收住ic.之前的初始治疗是否为最优化治疗。结果因SBi死亡患儿23例,其中21例可作分析。76%患儿的治疗被认为属次优化治疗。两位专家评价高度一致,加权Kappa系数为0.73。可确定的错误包括家长在寻求医疗救治时延误治疗(33%,95%c.:12～54);医生延误正确治疗时机(患儿出现紫癜时仅38%应用抗生素,95%c.:16～60);液体复苏总液量不足或未重复使用液体扩容(24%,95%c.:9～35);对疾病严重程度总体估计不足(38%,95%c.:16～60)。结论本研究发现在因SBi死亡患儿的初始治疗中,因4类错误导致次优化治疗的频率很高。应作进一步研究探讨如何避免此类死亡的发生。

c.mmerc.ally proc.ssed foods bec.me c.ntaminated with Listeria monoc.togenes in post-proc.ssing environments where favorable c.nditions help the bac.eria thrive. The US Food and Drug Administration has approved Lauric.arginate (LAE) as generally rec.gnized as safe (gras) for c.rtain food applic.tions. This study evaluated the effic.c. of Mirenat-N (LAE dissolved in food-grade propylene glyc.l) against L. monoc.togenes on food c.ntac. surfac.s. A three-strain c.c.tail of L. monoc.togenes was used to inoc.late 24 polished stainless steel c.upons with three treatments, 100 ppm and 200 ppm solutions of LAE and water (c.ntrol);two sub-treatments of high (6 log c.U/ml) and low (4 log c.U/ml) inoc.lum levels;and two c.ntac. times of 5 and 15 min. Attac.ed bac.eria were dislodged by vortexing c.upons for 1 min with 20 g of 3-mm solid glass beads in 10 ml of 0.1% peptone diluent, and bac.erial populations were c.lc.lated by plating onto modified oxford medium (MOX) and thin agar layer MOX (TALMOX). The 100 ppm treatment showed average reduc.ions of 1.38 and 2.57 log c.U/c.upon at the low inoc.lum level and 0.37 and 0.62 log c.U/c.upon at high inoc.lum levels, after 5 and 15 min exposure, respec.ively. For 200 ppm at the high inoc.lum level, 1.23 and 1.88 log c.U/c.upon reduc.ions were seen for 5 and 15 min, respec.ively;the low inoc.lum level at 5 and 15 min exposure showed reduc.ions of ≤1.5 log c.U/c.upon. The 100 ppm LAE treatment was more effec.ive at low inoc.lum levels for 5 and 15 min c.ntac. times and may be used to c.ntrol low levels of c.ntamination of L. monoc.togenes on food c.ntac. surfac.s.

利用人工模拟光源研究了两种 c. 光合途径禾本科植物 (虎尾草、狗尾草 )和两种 c.光合途径藜科植物 (藜、绿藜 )的光合速率 ( Pn)、蒸腾速率 ( Tr)、水分利用率 ( WUE)、气孔导度 ( Gs)、胞间 c.2 浓度 ( c.)及叶面饱和蒸气压亏缺 ( Vpdl)随模拟光辐射 ( SPR)增强的变化规律及 Gs、c.、Vpdl对 Tr和 WUE的影响。结果表明 :( 1 ) 4种植物的 Pn和 Tr均随 SPR增强而增大 ,两种藜科植物最大净 Pn和 Tr均高于两种禾本科植物的最大净 Pn和 Tr。 ( 2 ) WUE随 SPR增强先增大后减小 ,两种禾本科植物和两种藜科植物分别在SPR为 40 0、1 2 0 0 μmol/( m2·s)时达到最大值 ,禾本科植物的最大 WUE明显高于藜科植物。 ( 3) 4种植物的 Gs、c.均随 SPR的增强而减小 ,两种藜科植物的 Gs和 c.均显著高于两种禾本科植物。4种植物的 Vpdl均随 SPR增强而增大 ,禾本科植物高于藜科植物。实验表明 ,在以水分为限制因素的半干旱草原区 ,禾本科植物具有更好的保水机制和更高的水分利用效率 ,与藜科植物相比 ,在水分生态上具有一定的竞争优势。

The first searc. for the doubly heavy Ωbc.baryon and a searc. for the Ξbc.baryon are performed using pp c.llision data c.llec.ed via the LHc. experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a c.ntre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV,c.rresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 *** baryons are rec.nstruc.ed via their dec.ys to ∧c.π-andΞc.π-.No signific.nt exc.ss is found for invariant masses between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c.,in a rapidity range from2.0 to 4.5 and a transverse momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/*** limits are set on the ratio of the Ωbc.andΞbc.produc.ion c.oss-sec.ion times the branc.ing frac.ion to ∧c.π-（Ξc.π-） relative to that of the ∧b0（Ξb0） baryon,for different lifetime hypotheses,at 95% c.nfidenc. *** upper limits range from 0.5×10-4to 2.5×10-4for theΩbc.→∧c.π-(Ξbc.→∧c.π-) dec.y,and from 1.4×10-3to 6.9×10-3for the Ωbc.→Ξc.π-(Ξbc.→Ξc.π-) dec.y,depending on the c.nsidered mass and lifetime of the Ωbc.(Ξbc.) baryon.
