用接触性显微阴道官腔镜观察正常组织及良性病变20例、恶性肿瘤18例。动物实验以兔眼肿瘤诱发新生血管能力试验(Tumor Angiogenesis test),拍摄了兔眼鳞癌、肉瘤的异型血管,与临床上宫颈鳞癌、肉瘤等11例病灶的异型血管是相似的。同时还对7例宫体癌患者术前颈管毛细血管图象与术后标本对照,其中2例颈管呈正常网状血管,手术标本颈管病理检查为阴性;5例颈管呈不典型血管,手术标本病理检查见颈管均有累及。

目的:探讨吉非替尼联合紫杉醇诱导人卵巢癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:吉非替尼单独或联合紫杉醇作用卵巢癌HO8910细胞,以蛋白质印迹法检测EGFR下游信号磷酸化Akt(p-Akt)、磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶(p-ERK)和细胞核增殖抗原(PcNA),以MTT法检测细胞增殖率,FcM法检测细胞周期分布和凋亡。结果:吉非替尼单用在0.25～4.00μmol/L浓度范围内呈浓度依赖性抑制卵巢癌HO8910细胞增殖,1.0μmol/L浓度单独作用24h则细胞周期主要分布于G1期,p-Akt、p-ERK和PcNA蛋白水平下降,72h时细胞凋亡增加,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。吉非替尼与紫杉醇合用不仅能更显著的抑制细胞增殖,而且凋亡细胞显著增加(P<0.05),与对应浓度单用紫杉醇比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:吉非替尼与紫杉醇合用能显著抑制卵巢癌HO8910细胞增殖、诱导凋亡,两种药物合用具有协同作用。

Purpose:To explore the role of ultraviolet radiation(UVR)in the occurrence and development of various ocular ***:In this article,we retrieved ocular malignancy data from the Global cancer Observatory(GcO)and performed correlation analysis with the global UV index and sunshine *** searched for associated studies using the following databases:Embase,Pubmed,cochrane Library,and Google *** conducted the literature by searching the Mesh terms denoting an exposure of interest("UV radiation","ultraviolet rays",and"ocular malignancies"),All studies included are published until December 30,2023 without language ***:The mechanisms and epidemiological statistics of UVR on the onset and progression of eyelid malig-nancies are the most studied and *** role of UVR in conjunctival melanoma is similar to that in eyelid *** relationship between uveal melanoma and UVR is controversial,however,it may have at least a certain impact on its *** causes ocular surface squamous neoplasia by further activating HPV ***:UVR is a decisive risk factor for ocular malignancies,but the incidence of ultraviolet-induced tumors is also affected by many other factors.A correct and comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms of UVR in the pathogenesis of ocular malignant tumors can provide patients with more effective and selective immune regulation strategies.

＜正＞Background ＆ Aims Single genetic variation has only a modest effect on risk of gastric cardia adenocarcinoma（GcA）,whereas GcA results from complex interactions among multiple genetic and environmental ***, how multiple genetic variations interplay with environmental factors to modulate GcA risk remains *** This study utilized a multianalytic strategy combining logistic regression（LR）,multifactor dimensionality reduction（MDR）, and classification and regression tree（cART） approaches to explore high-order interactions among smoking and 12 functional polymorphisms involved in different procedure of carcinogenesis in 344 GcA patients and 324 *** LR, MDR,and cART analyses consistently suggested MMP-2 c-1306T polymorphism as the strongest individual factor for GcA ***,a high-order interaction was consistently identified by MDR,LR,and cART *** MDR analysis,the three-factor model including FAS G-1377A,FASL T-844c and MMP-2 c-1306T yielded the highest testing accuracy of *** analysing combined effect of theses three polymorphisms by LR,a significant gene-dose effect was observed for increasing risk as increasing numbers of risk genotypes（trend test P＜0.001）.In cART analysis,individuals carrying the combined genotypes of MMP-2 TT,FASL TT or Tc,and FAS AA had the highest risk for GcA（OR=4.58;95%cI,2.07-10.14） compared with the lowest risk carriers of the MMP-2 -1306cc or cT genotype. conclusion MMP-2 -1306T/c polymorphism is an important factor for GcA risk, but multifactor interactions among functional polymorphisms in MMP-2,FAS,and FASL genes play more important role in GcA development.

Summary: Twenty cDNA differential fragments were isolated from the hippocampus of rats in epileptic state. using mRNA differential display technique. Four fragments were sequenced and compared with the known sequences in the Genebank, which showed that ERGS, ERG12, ERG12 had no significant identity to any known sequences; ERG14 had 64 %-69 % identity to micro- tubulin-associated protein of the rat. Because the differential expression of these genes was caused by epilepsy inducer coriaria lactone (cL) and anti-epilepsy drug MK-801 and ERGS might be a novel candidate epilepsy gene; ERG11 and ERG12 might be novel candidate anti-epilepsy genes. Since the microtubulin-associated protein is closely associated with the collateral sprouting of *** in the hippocampus of seizured rat, the high expression of ERG14 in the early stage of epilepsy might predict the growth of axon and formation of synapse.

Aging and circadian rhythms have been connected for decades,but their molecular interaction has remained unknown,especially for *** this situation,we summarized the current research actuality and problems in this field using the bibliometric *** in the PubMed and Web of Science databases were ***,there is a rising trend in the publication volume regarding aging and circadian rhythms in the field of *** from USA,Germany,Italy,china and England have greater studies than *** three publication institutions are University of california System,UDIcE-French research Universities and University of Texas *** research hotspots include oxidative stress,breast cancer,melatonin,cell cycle,calorie restriction,prostate cancer and NF-κ*** conclusion,results generated by bibliometric analysis indicate that many approaches involve in the complex interactions between aging and circadian rhythm in *** established and emerging research directions guide our exploration of the regulatory mechanisms of aging and circadian rhythms in cancer and provide a reference for developing new research avenues.
