Density downramp injection has been demonstrated to be an elegant and efficient approach for generating high-quality electron beams in laser wakefield *** studies have demonstrated the possibilities of generating electron beams with charges ranging from tens to hundreds of picocoulombs while maintaining good beam ***,the plasma and laser parameters in these studies have been limited to specific ranges or attention has been focused on separate physical processes such as beam loading,which affects the uniformity of the accelerating field and thus the energy spread of the trapped electrons,the repulsive force from the rear spike of the bubble,which reduces the transverse momentum P⊥of the trapped electrons and results in small beam emittance,and the laser evolution when traveling in the *** this work,we present a comprehensive numerical study of downramp injection in the laser wakefield,and we demonstrate that the current profile of the injected electron beam is directly correlated with the density transition parameters,which further affects the beam charge and energy *** fine-tuning the plasma density parameters,electron beams with high charge(up to several hundreds of picocoulombs)and low energy spread(around 1%FWHM)can be *** these results are supported by large-scale quasi-threedimensional particle-in-cell *** anticipate that the electron beams with tunable beam properties generated using this approach will be suitable for a wide range of applications.

Investigating natural-inspired applications is a perennially appealing subject for scientists. The current increase in the speed of natural-origin structure growth may be linked to their superior mechanical properties and environmental resilience. Biological composite structures with helicoidal schemes and designs have remarkable capacities to absorb impact energy and withstand damage. However, there is a dearth of extensive study on the influence of fiber redirection and reorientation inside the matrix of a helicoid structure on its mechanical performance and reactivity. The present study aimed to explore the static and transient responses of a bio-inspired helicoid laminated composite(B-iHLc) shell under the influence of an explosive load using an isomorphic method. The structural integrity of the shell is maintained by a viscoelastic basis known as the Pasternak foundation, which encompasses two coefficients of stiffness and one coefficient of damping. The equilibrium equations governing shell dynamics are obtained by using Hamilton's principle and including the modified first-order shear theory,therefore obviating the need to employ a shear correction factor. The paper's model and approach are validated by doing numerical comparisons with respected publications. The findings of this study may be used in the construction of military and civilian infrastructure in situations when the structure is subjected to severe stresses that might potentially result in catastrophic collapse. The findings of this paper serve as the foundation for several other issues, including geometric optimization and the dynamic response of similar mechanical structures.

试验旨在研究3种非常规饲料(啤酒糟、罗汉果渣、菠萝皮)的营养成分及其在水牛瘤胃内的降解特性。试验选取3头健康状况良好、装有永久瘤胃瘘管的摩拉杂交母水牛,采用尼龙袋法进行体内试验。结果显示:3种非常规饲料的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(cP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)降解率在水牛瘤胃中随时间的延长而逐渐提高,菠萝皮在各个时间点的DM、NDF和ADF瘤胃降解率均显著高于啤酒糟和罗汉果渣(PcP降解率均显著高于啤酒糟和罗汉果渣(PcP快速降解部分显著高于啤酒糟和罗汉果渣(P啤酒糟>罗汉果渣。研究表明,菠萝皮和啤酒糟的营养价值较高,可以作为水牛的优质粗饲料。

Rural transformation can improve poverty reduction,living standards,and health outcomes in developing ***,impacts associated with rural transformation vary by region,household,and individual trait(including gender).While research on rural transformation has been increasing over the last decade,there has been no comprehensive review conducted on the relationships between gender and rural ***,we conduct a systematic literature review to investigate the impacts of rural transformation on gender and the influence of gender inclusiveness on rural *** reviewed 82 studies from 1960-2021 that explore the relationships between rural transformation and *** then developed a framework that captures incidences and flow directions between *** show that most studies examined the impacts of rural transformation on women and between gender *** investigated the role of women and the influence of gender inclusiveness on rural ***,studies showed that rural transformation typically leads to positive outcomes for women regarding employment,income,and ***,negative impacts on women’s control over income,stability of new income sources,and access to healthy food are also *** future development policies and programs to explicitly account for gender inclusiveness can lead to more successful rural transformation.

To the Editor,During the acute phase of epidermal necrolysis(EN,including stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis),mucosal lesions involving the tracheo-bronchial tract have been reported[1,2]and approximately one in four EN patients develop acute respiratory failure and require endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation(MV)support[3].Asymptomatic respiratory sequelae may be detected on pulmonary function tests after the acute phase in as much as 50%of EN patients,possibly related to pulmonary lesions that occurred at the acute phase[4].

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (Hcc) is a high incidence and high mortality disease. The choice of cancer treatment is extremely important and involves a high-risk, complex and difficult decision-making process. Although the guidelines use evidence for disease treatment, due to the individual patient factors and tumor stage differences, cancer treatment decisions by patients still lead to uncertainty. Objective: When people lack information or skills, they may make decisions that are not optimal. clinically, we use educational programs to improve patient knowledge but there’s no relevant knowledge scale that can be used as an assessment tool. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a convenient and usable knowledge scale. Methods: Based on research purposes, literature review and what physicians believe patients need to know about liver cancer, we built a liver cancer knowledge scale. Results: The total number of participants is 102, of which 66 are male and 36 are female. There is satisfactory internal consistency reliability 0.745, test-retest reliability 1.0 and construct validity were noted cVI 0.96. There was adequate overall evidence for convergent (p = 0.001) and discriminatory validity (p conclusions: This knowledge scale can provide hepatocellular carcinoma before and after treatment evaluation whether patients have sufficient knowledge.
