口腔扁平苔藓和对牙科汞合金修复过敏

Objectives: To determine contact allergies in patients with oral lichen planus and to monitor the effect of partial or complete replacement of amalgam fillings following a positive patch test reaction to ammoniated mercury, metallic mercury, or amalgam. Design: In group A (20 patients), the oral lesions were confined to areas in close contact with amalgam fillings. In group B (20 patients), the lesions extended 1 cm beyond the area of contact with amalgam fillings. In group C (20 patients), the oral lesions had no topographic relationship with amalgam fillings. partial or complete replacement of amalgam fillings was recommended if there was a positive patch test reaction to ammoniated mercury, metallic mercury, or amalgam. Control group D (20 patients) had signs of allergic contact dermatitis. Results: Amalgam fillings were replaced in 13 patients of group A, with significant improvement. Dental amalgam was replaced in 8 patients of group B, with significant improvement. In group C, amalgam replacement in 2 patients resulted in improvement in 1 patient. These results were evaluated after 3 months. No positive patch test reactions to mercury compounds were found in patients with concomitant cutaneous lichen planus and in group D. Conclusions: Contact allergy to mercury compounds is important in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus, especially if there is close contact with amalgam fillings and if no concomitant cutaneous lichen planus is present. In cases of positive patch test reactions to mercury compounds, partial or complete replacement of amalgam fillings will lead to a significant improvement in nearly all patients.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

The Alpha magnetic Spectrometer(AmS) is an instrument for the international scientific experiment,composed of six detectors and 650 *** objective of AmS experiment is to search for dark matter and anti-matter in *** this paper,the thermal control system for AmS cryocoolers is designed,analyzed and experimentally *** loop heat pipes(LHps) as the main heat dissipation component,the thermal control system has sufficient heat dissipation capability to prevent the cryocoolers from over temperature(+40℃) in hot environment,meanwhile to ensure temperatures of the cryocoolers higher than their lower limit(-20℃) in cold *** results show that the thermal control system for AmS cryocoolers functions stably satisfying design specification.

The generic structure of solutions of initial value problems of hyperbolic-elliptic systems,also called mixed systems,of conservation laws is not yet fully *** reason for the absence of a core well-posedness theory for these equations is the sensitivity of their solutions to the structure of a parabolic regularization when attempting to single out an admissible solution by the vanishing viscosity *** is,however,theoretical and numerical evidence for the appearance of solutions that exhibit persistent oscillations,so-called oscillatory waves,which are(in general,measure-valued)solutions that emerge from Riemann data or slightly perturbed constant data chosen from the interior of the elliptic *** capture these solutions,usually a fine computational grid is *** this work,a version of the multiresolution method applied to a WENO scheme for systems of conservation laws is proposed as a simulation tool for the efficient computation of solutions of oscillatory wave *** hyperbolic-elliptic 2×2 systems of conservation laws considered are a prototype system for three-phase flow in porous media and a system modeling the separation of a heavy-buoyant bidisperse *** the latter case,varying one scalar parameter produces elliptic regions of different shapes and numbers of points of tangency with the borders of the phase space,giving rise to different kinds of oscillation waves.
