This editorial elaborates on the current and future applications of linear endoscopic ultrasound(EUS),a substantial diagnostic and therapeutic modality for various anatomical *** scope of endosonographic assessment is broad and,among other factors,allows for the evaluation of the mediastinal anatomy and related pathologies,such as mediastinal lymphadenopathy and the staging of central malignant lung ***,EUS assessment has proven more accurate in detecting small lesions missed by standard imaging examinations,such as computed tomography or magnetic resonance *** focus on its current uses in the mediastinum,including lung and esophageal cancer staging,as well as evaluating mediastinal lymphadenopathy and submucosal *** editorial also explores future perspectives of EUS in mediastinal examination,including ultrasound-guided therapies,artificial intelligence integration,advancements in mediastinal modalities,and improved diagnostic approaches for various mediastinal lesions.

It is known that exercise has positive therapeutic effects on mental illness,but the mechanisms of action are still little *** on the correlation of literature data,this work shows that progressive strength training exercises result in increased blood somatotropic concentration,which may lead to an improvement in the well-psychosocial state,and a combination of running,calisthenic exercises and recreational activities induces the increase in plasma testosterone,with positive effects on depression,schizophrenia,anxiety,bipolar affective *** testosterone in elderly men as a result of high-intensity interval training could result in preventing or treating cognitive decline.

This paper describes the principles of operation and the physical model of an advanced AC-DC converter generator （with the electronic converter acting as an AC-DC rectifier with reverse-conducting MOSFETs （metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors） as fast-electronic switches with a relatively low ON-state voltage drop） for HSVs. An AC-DC converter, when seen as an AC-DC rectifier, can be used in many fields, e.g., for multi-functional AC-DC/DC-AC convener generator^starter and conventional DC-AC convener motors and AC-DC converter generators or generator sets, welding machines, etc. The paper also describes a novel AC-DC convener, with reverse-conducting transistors and without the use of optoelectronic separation （which does not require a separate power supply）, which may be easily realized in IC （integrated-circuit） technology. Computer simulation allows for waveform evaluation for timing analysis of all components of the AC-DC-converter＇s physical model, both during normal operation as well as in some states of emergency. The paper also presents the results of bench experimental studies where the MOSFETs were used as fast-electronic switches with a relatively low ON-state voltage drop. For experimental studies, a novel AC-DC converter has been put together on the Mitsubishi FM600TU-3A module. The AC-DC converter with reverse-conducting transistors in a double-way connection has a lot of advantages compared to the conventional AC-DC convener acting as a diode rectifier, such as higher energy efficiency and greater reliability resulting from the lower temperature of electronic switches.

考虑介质的衰减及其引起的频散对频域声场的影响,提出幂函数衰减介质中圆形换能器声场的解析公式。基于该公式研究空气耦合超声换能器的轴向声压与径向声压分布特征。结果表明:空气中的衰减是引起声场变化的主要因素;相对于零衰减介质,空气中的声压幅度随着传播距离的增加而明显降低,近场长度明显减小,近场内轴向声压的零点、极大值点无偏移,径向声压分布和声束扩散角无变化。研究结果对于空气耦合换能器的设计、空气耦合声场的测量、校准具有重要参考价值,并可以作为ASTM E1065/E1065-14和IEC 62127标准的补充。

The paper provides an overview of geometric solutions of marking all types of serpentine by the method of internal circular curve in designing forest roads directly in the field. The main objective of presenting this original method for marking all serpentine types in one place is to show similarities and differences in marking different types of serpentine, and identify opportunities for further research of this type. The method is based on the establishment of the minimum number of elements necessary to mark the serpentine on the forest roads and other budget elements and their design in the field. By using this method, construction errors or the number of attempts of serpentine marking are reduced, which increases the effects of design compared to the ones reached by the previous method of marking the serpentine on forest roads.

USA as an ICT （Information and Communication Technology） innovative leader, Europe with its knowledge offensive and Asia as the fastest growing economies share the common fate： ICT projects do under perform. Numerous surveys point at human factor as a source of this malheur. The question emerge to what extent project manager is responsible for improvements there, and which particular skills are demanded to turn the ICT projects course towards more predictable, more efficient and better budget able endeavours. Authors examined and compared the scientific and practitioners views. Twenty-nine journal and conference papers and 46 monographs and standards dedicated to project manager skills have been scrutinized. Further 324 jobs advertisements for the ICT project managers in USA, Switzerland, Poland and Thailand underwent an analysis related to the demanded soft skills of the project manager. The L-Timer~ taxonomy of human factor related processes in project management is applied as comparison vehicle. Methodology extracted main （global） terms and detailed aspects, both weighted appropriately. The practitioners on all continents expect primarily communication skills followed by the team management abilities. Human resource is partially treated, while conflict management is underrepresented. The science seems to be focused on leadership followed by the communication skills, neglecting self management skills of project managers. The last are surprisingly well represented in the US advertisement. The USA job advertisements are the most comprehensive and elaborated one--and, what might be explained by high impact of American science on job definition--close to the scientific details of skill description, self management excluded. In Poland, team management appears to be a problem, while Thailand＇s companies seek leaders first. The best balanced approach might be found in Swiss job advertisements. BACKGROUND Rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)of the breast,a mesenchymal neoplasm with skeletal muscle differentiation,is an extremely rare tumour in males,with less than 30 cases published in English-language *** report on the first case of a male breast RMS,with an unusual ectomesenchymal/neuroectodermal *** SUMMARY A 55-year-old,previously healthy male,underwent a radical left mastectomy for an ulcerated tumour mass,occupying the breast and left anterior thoracic *** biopsy specimen indicated the presence of a tumour with neural origins,namely a peripheral neuroectodermal tumour(PNET).The surgical specimens identified two *** rhabdomyosarcomatous component(over 70%)was represented by large pleomorphic cells with positivity for desmin,sarcomeric actin and *** PNET-like ectomesenchymal component,which was admixed with the RMS cells,and was also revealed during the preoperative biopsy,consisted of small cells which expressed neurofilament,neuron specific enolase and *** microscopic examination,along with the immunohistochemical profile,allowed the diagnosis of an RMS,with unusual ectomesenchymal *** patient refused the postoperative oncologic therapy and died three months after *** In patients with RMS of the breast,the PNET-like ectomesenchymal component increases the diagnosis difficulty,especially in biopsy *** differentiation can be immunohistochemically proven and might highlight the possible development of high-grade sarcoma of the breast from remnants of the embryological ectodermal layer.
