Using the Monte Carlo method,the compensation temperature and hysteresis loops of a ferrimagnetic mixed spin-3/2 and spin-5/2 Ising-type graphene-like bilayer are investigated induced by different physical parameters such as crystal field,exchange coupling,external magnetic field,and *** variations of magnetization,magnetic susceptibility,specific heat,and internal energy with the change of temperature are *** addition,we also plot the phase diagrams including transition temperature and compensation ***,multiple hysteresis loops under certain parameters are given.

This study focuses on the electrical properties and microstructure of polypropylene(PP)-based blends used for cable insulation in nuclear power plants(NPPs).The PP-based blend,comprising isotactic PP and propylene-based elastomer(PBE)at concentrations ranging from 0 to 50 wt%,underwent a melt blending process and subsequent cobalt-60 gamma-ray irradiation with doses ranging from 0 to 250 *** conductivity,trap distribution,and alternating(AC)breakdown strength were chosen to assess the insulation *** results indicate that the addition of PBE significantly improves the electrical properties of PP under *** PP,the electrical conductivity increased with irradiation,whereas the trap depth and breakdown strength decreased ***,for the blend,these changes initially exhibit opposite *** the irradiation was increased to 250 kGy,the AC breakdown strength of the blend improved by more than 21%compared to that of *** physical and chemical structures of the samples were investigated to explore the improvement *** results offer insights into the design of new cable-insulation materials suitable for NPPs.

Framework for Freeway Auto-surveillance from Traffic Video

Video based surveillance systems have been widely used on freeway for traffic monitoring, as the cameras can provide the most intuitionistic information. In order to manage all the traffic videos automatically, in this paper, a distributed real-time auto- surveillance system is presented. The freeway traffic videos are taken as input video from Pan Tilt Zoom （PTZ） camera, and then produces an analysis of the states and activity of the vehicles in the region of interested （ROI）, if there is any abnormal instance, an alarm and corresponding traffic video are sent to awake surveillants by Ethernet. To achieve this functionality, our system relies on three main procedures. The first one initializes the system. It detects the ROI of the scene, and performs the camera calibration to remove the perspective effect of the incoming image. The second one segments moving vehicles from the images, eliminate shadow and tracks them real-time. It uses a set of methods to obtain the background of the image, extracts the moving regions and tracks these moving regions by matching them between frames of the video sequence to obtain high-level information such as color, size, velocity, and trajectories of moving vehicles. In the third procedure, activities of vehicles are analyzed based on a series of preset situations which would happen on freeway. The detail information of each vehicle and the global statistical information are checked to find out any abnormal instance, and then triggered an alarm. We present details of the system, together with experiment results which demonstrate the accuracy and time responses.

The high strength and stability of the full-lamellar structure guarantee the industrial application of theβ-solidifyingγ-TiAl ***,it is a huge challenge to design an alloy with good hot-deformability as well as the full-lamellar *** low-cost Ti-42.5Al-2Mn-0.4Mo-0.1B-0.1C(at.%)alloy was designed,which undergoes bothβandαsingle-phase region during the *** is found that the full-lamellar structure can be obtained by the solution heat treatment at 1230℃ for 20 min and then aging treatment at 800℃ for 3 ***,a new microstructure,namely,the pearlitic-like microstructure(PM)induced by theα_(2)/γ→βo+γcellular reaction was observed when the aging temperature is increased to above 800℃.The volume fraction of the PM is gradually increased from 0%to 25.5%,65%,and 94%according to elevated aging temperature from 800 to 900,1000,and 1050℃,*** mechanism of the reducedα_(2)/γlamellae and PM formation was discussed regarding the heterogeneous distribution ofβstabilizing elements and the interface energy stored inα_(2)/γlamellae.

From the perspective of resource-theoretic approach,this study explores the quantification of imaginary in quantum *** propose a well defined measure of imaginarity,the geometric-like measure of *** with the usual geometric imaginarity measure,this geometric-like measure of imaginarity exhibits smaller decay difference under quantum noisy channels and higher *** applications,we show that both the optimal probability of state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations,and the maximal probability of stochastic-approximate state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations with a given fidelity f,are given by the geometric-like measure of imaginarity.

Giant tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR)has always been a pursuit in the research of magnetic tunnel junctions(MTJ).Two-dimensional(2D)magnetic materials have been used to construct lateral MTJ with high *** we investigated the crystal structure and magnetic property of CrSI monolayer,and found that it is a ferromagnetic semiconductor with a Curie temperature of about 180 *** CrSI monolayer with li adsorption(li-CrSI)show ferromagnetic half-metallic with a high Curie temperature of 300 *** we designed a lateral li CrSI/CrSI/li-CrSI monolayer *** TMR of the MTJs along b transport direction is 3 orders of magnitude times larger than that of the a transport direction,which should result from the different spin filtering ability along the two *** TMR of b transport direction in the MTJ is 7.67×10^(14),which is significantly higher than that of any reported lateral MTJs based on 2D *** results provide a promising avenue for designing lateral MTJs with giant TMR and high Curie temperature.

AIM： To investigate the role of SMYD3 in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） development and progression and to verify whether its regulation activity was through RIZ1 inactivation. METHODS： Expression of SMYD3 in HCC cell lines and tissues were measured; silencing of SMYD3 by RNA interference （RNAi） was effectuated, hepatoma cell proliferation, migration and apoptosis were tested, with RIZl CpG promoter methylation, and corresponding mRNA expression were investigated. RESULTS： SMYD3 over-expression in HCC was associated with RIZl hypermethylation and mRNA down-expression. Suppression of SMYD3 expression de- methylated RIZl CpG promoter （P 〈 0.01） and increased RIZl mRNA expression （P 〈 0.01）. Consequently, SMYD3 down-expression with RIZl de-methylation strongly inhibited hepatoma cell growth （MTT inhibitory rates： Pgenesil-1-s1 60.95%± 7.97%, Pgenesil-1-s2 72.14% ± 9.68% vs Pgenesil-1-hk 6.89% ± 4.12%, P 〈 0.01） and migration （Pgenesil-1-s1 4.24% ± 1.58%, Pgenesil- 1-s1 4.87% ± 0.73% vs Pgenesil-1 19.03% ± 4.63%, Pgenesil-1-hk 19.95% ±5.21%, P 〈 0.01） and induced apoptosis （FCM subG1 phase Pgenesil-1-s1 19.07% ＋ 1.78%, Pgenesil-1-s2 17.68% ± 2.36% vs Pgenesil-1 0.47% ± 0.12%, Pgenesil-1-hk 1.46% ± 0.28%, P 〈 0.01. TUNEL-positive cells： Pgenesil-1-s1 40.24%± 5.18%, Pgenesil-1-s2 38.48% ± 4.65% vs Pgenesil-1 2.1B% - 1.34%, Pgenesil-1-hk 2.84%± 1.22%, P 〈 0.01） in HepG2 cells. CONCLUSION： These results demonstrate that SMYD3plays a critical role in the carcinogenesis and progression of HCC, The proliferation, migration induction and apoptosis inhibition activities of SMYD3 may be mediated through RIZl CpG promoter hypermethylation.
