Arsenic materials have attracted great attention due to their unique ***,research concerning iron-arsenic(Fe-As) alloys is very scarce due to the volatility of As at low temperature and the high melting point of ***,a new Fe-As alloy was obtained by mechanical alloying(MA) followed by vacuum hot-pressed sintering(VHPS).Moreover,a systematic study was carried out on the microstructural evolution,phase composition,leaching toxicity of As,and physical and mechanical properties of Fe-As alloys with varying weight fractions of As(20%,25%,30%,35%,45%,55%,65%,and 75%).The results showed that pre-alloyed metallic powders(PAMPs) have a fine grain size and specific supersaturated solid solution after MA,which could effectively improve the mechanical properties of Fe-As alloys by VHPS.A high density(> 7.350 g·cm^(-3)),low toxicity,and excellent mechanical properties could be obtained for FeAs alloys sintered via VHPS by adding an appropriate amount of As,which is more valuable than commercial Fe-As *** Fe-25% As alloy with low toxicity and a relatively high density(7.635 g·cm^(-3)) provides an ultra-high compressive strength(1989.19 MPa),while the Fe-65% As alloy owns the maximum Vickers hardness(HVo.5 899.41).After leaching by the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP),these alloys could still maintain good mechanical performance,and the strengthening mechanisms of Fe-As alloys before and after leaching were *** in the grain size,micro structure,and phase distribution induced significant differences in the compressive strength and hardness.

Objective The aim of this study is to establish whether cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2B antisense RNA 1(CDKN2 B-AS1) gene polymorphisms are associated with premature triple-vessel disease(PTVD). Methods Nine single-nucleotide polymorphisms(rs1063192, rs10757274, rs1333042, rs1333049, rs2285327, rs3217986, rs3217992, rs4977574, and rs9632884) were genotyped in 884 PTVD patients and 907 control subjects(males ≤ 50 years old and females ≤ 60 years old) using the improved multiplex ligase detection reaction method. Results The allele frequencies of rs10757274 G, rs1333049 C, rs4977574 G(all P < 0.001), and rs3217986 G(P = 0.040) were significantly higher in the PTVD group than in the control group, but those of rs1063192 A, rs1333042 G, and rs9632884 C(all P < 0.001) were significantly lower in the former than in the latter. Logistic regression analysis revealed that homozygote AA of rs1333042 is associated with decreased risk for PTVD(OR = 0.42, 95% CI: 0.22-0.82, P = 0.011). In addition, the allele frequencies observed differed between genders. The G allele of rs3217986 was associated with increased risk for PTVD in male patients only(OR = 2.94, 95% CI: 1.27-6.80, P = 0.012) in the dominant model, and no positively mutated allele was found in female patients. Conclusion Polymorphisms of the CDKN2 B-AS1 gene are associated with the incidence of PTVD in the Chinese population. Furthermore, the frequencies of mutated alleles differed between genders.

设计了芯间距较小的特殊结构四芯光纤,可用于生成格子光场或用于制作光纤传感器.研究了在采用相干长度较短的LD光源的情况下,经过一段既弯曲又扭转的四芯光纤远程传输后的纤端光场干涉特性.基于叠加原理,出射光场可视为每个独立纤芯的多光源相干叠加和圆孔衍射调制共同作用的结果,推导了相应的理论公式,给出了四芯光纤远场干涉的理论与实验相一致的结果.对光纤弯曲所导致的光程差累积和偏振态衰变效应进行了分析和讨论,并给出了相应的实验结果.

The two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have attracted intense interest as an atomically thin semiconductor channel for the continued transistor ***,with a dangling bond free surface,it has been a key challenge to reliably integrate high-quality gate dielectrics on *** particular,the atomic layer deposition of dielectrics on TMDs typically features highly non-uniform nucleation and produces a highly rough or porous dielectric film with rich pinholes that are prone to further damage during the gate integration *** we report a van der Waals(vdW)integration route towards highly reliable gate metal integration on porous *** physical lamination process employed by the vdW integration avoids the direct deposition of metal electrodes into porous dielectrics to ensure reliable gate integration and produce low gate leakage *** electrical measurements demonstrate the vdW integrated MoS_(2) top gate devices exhibit substantially reduced gate leakage current that is about 3-5 orders of magnitude smaller than that with deposited metal ***,we show the vdW integration process can be used to create high performance top-gated MoS_(2) transistors with ultrathin Al_(2)O_(3) dielectrics down to 1 nm,representing the ultimate dielectric scaling for TMDs *** study demonstrates that vdW integration can enable highly reliable gate integration on relatively low quality dielectrics on TMDs,and opens an interesting pathway to high-performance top-gate transistors using dangling bond free two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors.

BACKGROUND: We aim to investigate effects of metabolic syndrome on onset age and long-termoutcomes in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).METHODS: Patients with ACS (n=6,431) who underwent percutaneous coronary interventionfrom January to December 2013 were enrolled. After excluding patients with previous coronary arterydisease, 1,558 patients were diagnosed with early-onset ACS (men aged ≤50 years;women aged≤60 years) and 3,044 patients with late-onset ACS. Baseline characteristics and five-year clinicaloutcomes were ***: body mass index, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and uric acidconcentrations were significantly higher, while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)concentration was lower in the early-onset ACS group (Pbolic ***: Obesity, hypertriglyceridemia, and lower HDL-C level are independent riskfactors for early-onset ACS, recurrent MI, and revascularization. The control of metabolic syndromemay reduce the incidence of early-onset ACS and improve the long-term prognosis.
