We report.t.e preparat.on and encapsulat.on propert.es of st.muli-responsive nanocapsules, self-assembled by t.e noncovalent.int.ract.ons of cyclodext.in- appended polymers （host. and complement.ry ferrocene or azobenzene carriers （guest.. t.e encapsulat.on process was significant.y accelerat.d by applying （elect.o） chemical or light.st.mulus, enabling t.e easier and fast.r diffusion of guest.molecules t.rough t.e polymer layers. t.e nanocapsules were charact.rized by dynamic light.scat.ering, confocal microscopy, ESEM, AFM, W-visible and fluorescence spect.oscopy, and elect.ochemical t.chniques. t.e encapsulat.on and release propert.es of t.e nanocapsules were reversible and could be repeat.d several t.mes, indicat.ng t.at.t.e prepared nanoassemblies are very st.ble.

C. larsen, t.e bist.bilit. t.eorem in a model of met.st.t.c cancer, t. appear in Appl. Mat..]. I shall prove t.e bist.bilit. t.eorem for t.e ODE model from [larsen, 2015]. It.is a mass act.on kinet.c syst.m in t.e variables C cancer, GF growt. fact.r and GI growt. inhibit.r. t.is t.eorem says t.at.for some values of t.e paramet.rs, t.ere exist.t.o posit.ve singular point. c＊＋ = （C＊＋, GF＊., GI＊＋）, c＊2- = （C＊-, GF＊, GI＊-） of t.e vect.r field. Here C＊- 〈 C＊＋ and e. is st.ble and c＊＋ is unst.ble, see Sec. 2. t.ere is also a discret. model in [larsen, 2015], it.is a linear map （t. on t.ree-dimensional Euclidean vect.r space wit. variables （C, GF, GI）, where t.ese variables have t.e same meaning as in t.e ODE model above. t.M： t. st.dy t.e esophageal geomet.y and mechanosensat.on using endoscopic ult.asonography during volume-cont.olled ramp dist.nsions in t.e dist.l esophagus. MEt.ODS： t.elve healt.y volunt.ers underwent.dist.nsion of a bag. During dist.nsion up t. moderat. pain t.e sensory int.nsit. was assessed on a visual analogue scale （VAS）. t.e esophageal deformat.on in t.rms of mult.dimensional st.et.h rat.os and st.ains was calculat.d at.different.volumes and VAS levels. Dist.nsions were done before and during administ.at.on of t.e ant.cholinergic drug but.lscopolamine. RESULt.： t.e st.mulus-response （volume-VAS） curve did not.differ wit.out.or wit. t.e administ.at.on of but.lscopolamine. Analysis of st.et.h rat.os demonst.at.d t.nsile st.et.h in circumferent.al direct.on, compression in radial direct.on and a small t.nsile st.et.h in longit.dinal direct.on. A st.ain gradient.exist.d t.roughout.t.e esophageal wall wit. t.e largest.circumferent.al deformat.on at.t.e mucosal surface. t.e sensat.on int.nsit. increased exponent.ally as funct.on of t.e st.ains. CONCLUSION： t.e met.od provides informat.on of esophageal deformat.on gradient. t.at.correlat. t. t.e sensat.on int.nsit.. Hence, it.can be used t. st.dy mechanosensat.on in t.e human esophagus. Furt.er st.dies are needed t. det.rmine t.e exact.deformat.on st.mulus for t.e esophageal mechanorecept.rs.

Six cases, namely pure in-line, pure cross-flow and t.o groups of ＇Figure of Eight. oscillat.on pat.erns are under invest.gat.on at.Reynolds number Re = 24000. t.e ＇ Figure of Eight. pat.ern in each group is wit. ident.cal shape but.oppusit. orbit.l direct.ons. t.e numerical result. on hydrodynamic forces, higher order force component., and vort.x shedding modes are ext.nsively st.died and compared wit. t.e measured experiment.l dat.. It.is found t.at.t.e fluid force in phase wit. t.e velocit., which represent. t.e energy t.ansfer bet.een t.e fluid and t.e cylinder, has opposit. sign and different.magnit.de due t. t.e opposit. orbit.l direct.on. Higher order force component. in cross-flow direct.on are found t. occur at.odd nmnber t.mes of t.e oscillat.ng frequency, while even nmbers dominat. t.e higher order force component. in in-llne direct.on. t.e 2C and 2t.vort.x shedding modes are well reproduced due t. t.e opposit. orbit.l direct.on effect. AIM: t. assess persist.nt.sympt.ms and mort.lit. in a cohort.of pat.ent. wit. severe (grade 3-4) radiat.on ent.ropat.y,59 pat.ent. were followed up aft.r 15-18 years. MEt.ODS: Fift.-nine pat.ent. were prospect.vely enrolled by t.elve surgical depart.ent.. Primary malignant.disease,radiat.on t.erapy and surgical management.were recorded at.inclusion. t.e cause of deat. or persist.nce of sympt.ms was examined in public deat. records or by int.rview of survivors. RESULt.: t.irt.-nine pat.ent. had received radiat.on t.erapy for gynaecological cancers,t.elve for urological cancers,four for gast.oint.st.nal cancers and four for ot.er malignancies. Fort.-five pat.ent. (76%) required surgical int.rvent.on. Complicat.ons occurred in 11 (25%) operat.d pat.ent.. Fort.-seven pat.ent. had died at.t.e t.me of follow-up,seven (12%) died as a direct.result.of radiat.on ent.ropat.y,while radiat.on ent.ropat.y cont.ibut.d t. deat. in an addit.onal seven pat.ent.. Four of t.e t.elve surviving pat.ent. suffered from chronic debilit.t.ng sympt.ms of radiat.on ent.ropat.y,while t.ree had moderat. sympt.ms. CONCLUSION: Pat.ent. wit. severe delayed radiat.on ent.ropat.y have a high risk of persist.nce of sympt.ms aft.r surgery. At.least.one in t.n pat.ent. dies from radiat.on-induced bowel injury.

We report.on pyramiding different.disease resist.nce genes against.fungal pat.ogens in Canadian wint.r wheat.germplasm based on available DNA markers and gene *** resist.nce represent. a safe, economical and ecological met.od for prot.ct.ng plant., growers and t.e healt. of consumers. Major diseases of wheat.on t.e Canadian Prairies are common bunt. rust.(leaf, st.m and st.ipe) and Fusarium head blight. Over t.e years markers for resist.nce genes against.t.ese diseases have been ident.fied and used by t.e int.rnat.onal wheat.communit.. We describe markers t.at.we have used t. pyramid different.resist.nce genes and indicat. t.eir presence in Canadian wint.r wheat.cult.vars issued from t.e wint.r wheat.breeding program at.t.e Agricult.re and Agri-Food Canada,Let.bridge Research and Development.Cent.e, t.e only wint.r wheat.breeding program in West.rn Canada act.vely delivering new variet.es for all regions of t.e Canadian *** sources of resist.nce and ident.t.es of PCR primers and amplificat.on condit.ons are indicat.d t. enable t.e t.ansfer and pyramiding of different.resist.nce(R) genes t. breeding lines. We conclude by reviewing new t.ols for ident.fying R genes in wheat.and indicat. how mut.genesis and gene edit.ng can help fut.re effort. t. ext.nd t.e prot.ct.on offered by known R genes.
