This editorial highlights a recently published study examining the effectiveness of music therapy combined with motivational interviewing(MI)in addressing an-xiety and depression among young and middle-aged patients following percuta-neous coronary *** further explores existing evidence and potential future research directions for MI in postoperative rehabilitation and chronic disease *** aims to facilitate behavioral change and promote healthier lifestyles by fostering a trusting relationship with patients and enhan-cing intrinsic *** has demonstrated its effectiveness in posto-perative recovery for oncological surgery,stroke,organ transplants,and gastroin-testinal procedures,as well as in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes,obesity,and periodontal *** approach is patient-centered,adaptable,cost-effective,and easily replicable,though its limitations include reliance on the therapist’s expertise,variability in individual responses,and insufficient long-term follow-up *** research could focus on developing individualized and precise intervention models,exploring applications in digital health management,and confirming long-term outcomes to provide more compre-hensive support for patient rehabilitation.

For any type of 2-dimensional flowing field, this paper has developed a very effective numerical technique in generating orthogonal computation grids, which shows a wide promise especially for microscale arbitrary shapes concerned. In simulating high speed flowing, it has been verified that Dynamic SGS model is a reliable tool available to engineers, especially in predicting inhomogeneous turbulence nowing. On the basis of physical and numerical methods, this paper has presented, respectively, experimental expression and numerical results for incipient cavitation number. For velocity no more than 15m/s, it was verified that the value of incipient cavitation number from the two different sources approximately coincided with each other.

The three-dimensional numerical simulation of wave slamming on an open structure in the splash zone is carried out based upon the Volume Of Fluid （VOF） method. A wave basin is established by solving the continuity equation and the Navier-Stoke equations. The linear wave-maker is placed on the left side of the basin, and the numerical sponge layer and the SRC are placed on the right side of the basin to damp the incident waves. The three-dimensional wave slamming boundary condition is adopted to model waves in contact with and separated from the underside of the structure. The numerical results of wave slamming on a foursquare structure for various parametric cases are verified by the experimental results. Meanwhile, the characteristics of the wave impact forces on the undersides of the rectangular structures with various length-breadth ratios are discussed.

In wireless sensor networks(WSNs),the performance of related applications is highly dependent on the quality of data ***,missing data is almost inevitable in the process of data acquisition and *** methods often rely on prior information such as low-rank characteristics or spatiotemporal correlation when recovering missing WSNs ***,in realistic application scenarios,it is very difficult to obtain these prior information from incomplete data ***,we aim to recover the missing WSNs data effectively while getting rid of the perplexity of prior *** designing the corresponding measurement matrix that can capture the position of missing data and sparse representation matrix,a compressive sensing(CS)based missing data recovery model is ***,we design a comparison standard to select the best sparse representation basis and introduce average cross-correlation to examine the rationality of the established ***,an improved fast matching pursuit algorithm is proposed to solve the *** results show that the proposed method can effectively recover the missing WSNs data.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy,safety and stability of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation for the correction of high ***:Retrospective case review of 82 eyes(43patients)undergoing implantable Coliamer lens(ICL)placement by a single surgeon(Xiao-Wei Gao)to correct preoperative mean spherical equivalents between-9.00diopter(D)*** outcome measures included uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),refraction,best spectacle-corrected visual acuity(BSCVA),endothelial cell density(ECD),intraocular pressure(IOP),lens transparency,postoperative *** anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)was used to measure anterior chamber depth(ACD)and the position of ***:Mean follow-up was 6.54±3.26 months(range 3-12 months).Predictability of the manifest spherical equivalent(SE)refraction to within±*** was achieved in 88%of eyes and±0.50D in 72.5%of *** mean postoperative manifest SE refraction was-1.85±0.72D,with 96.34%of eyes maintaining or gaining≥1 line(s)of *** mean 3-month postoperative ECD decreased but had no statistically difference compared with the preoperative *** the 7 eyes(8.54%)with a mild transient increase in intraocular pressure(up to 30mmHg),none required a second surgical procedure or prolonged topical *** was no loss of lens *** precipitates were observed in 5 eyes(6.09%).The mean preoperative ACD measured with AS-OCT was 3.28±0.14mm,three months after surgery,the mean ACD was2.45±*** chamber depth showed astatistically significant *** eye(1.22%)had ICL spontaneous rotation,81 eyes(98.78%)of the lens remained correctly ***:The implantation of ICL is an effective surgical option for the management of high *** its long time effect and safety still need more time to prove.

Characteristics of air pollution by polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in the typical industrial areas of Tangshan City,China

The ambient air in vicinity of different industrial sources for PCDD/PCDFs was sampled by TSP/PM10 active samplers and passive PUF disk samplers in Tangshan City, a metropolis containing clusters of various industrial plants. The TEQ concentrations of PCDD/PCDFs ranged from 44.2 to 394.1 fg I-TEQ/m^3 with an average of 169.9 fg I-TEQ]m^3. 2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF was the dominant contributor to ∑TEQ, contributing 41% （12% to 55%）, while 1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDE OCDD and OCDF were the major congeners for the total concentrations. The ratios of ∑PCDF/∑PCDD reached 2.54 on average, suggesting that de novo synthesis in thermal processes played an important role to the airborne pollution of PCDD/PCDFs. The similarities congener profiles indicated that TSP and PM10 active sampling methods are comparable for the determination of the PCDD/PCDFs in ambient air, and the ratios of concentrations determined by the two methods suggested that the PCDD/PCDFs tended to stay in fine particles. It was found that 2,3,7,8-TCDF and OCDD were the dominating congeners in the passive PUF disks samples. Through principal components analysis, the coke industry was suggested to be a relatively high potential emission source for PCDD/PCDFs in the ambient air of Tangshan, which was possibly formed by de novo synthesis mechanism. In this study, the atmospheric impacts to the environment from different industrial sources could be ranked as follows （from high to low）： coking, iron sintering, steel making, power generation and chlorinate alkali chemical production industries.

The wave transformation over the deep-sea coral reefs is an essential issue in the analysis of the reef ecosystem and the design of large reef-top *** wave flume experiments are conducted to investigate the wave transformation processes over an idealized reef *** measurements of the wave height,the wave set-up and the wave-generated flow on the reef-top are made with and without the reef-top structure at various submerged depths and under different wave *** is found that the reef-top structure has a significant influence on the wave breaking,the wave set-up and the wave-generated *** wave set-up increases with the increasing wave height and the decreasing submergence ***,the relationship between the wave set-up and the wave period is complex,influenced by the reef-top structure.
