Inter-layer interference for multi-layered tight gas reservoir in the absence and presence of movable water

Due to the dissimilarity among different producing layers,the influences of inter-layer interference on the production performance of a multi-layer gas reservoir are ***,systematic studies of inter-layer interference for tight gas reservoirs are really limited,especially for those reservoirs in the presence of *** this work,five types of possible inter-layer interferences,including both absence and presence of water,are identified for commingled production of tight gas ***,a series of reservoir-scale and pore-scale numerical simulations are conducted to quantify the degree of influence of each type of *** field evidence from the Yan'an tight gas reservoir(Ordos Basin,China)is found to support the simulation ***,suggestions are proposed to mitigate the potential inter-layer *** results indicate that,in the absence of water,commingled production is favorable in two situations:when there is a difference in physical properties and when there is a difference in the pressure system of each *** reservoirs with a multi-pressure system,the backflow phenomenon,which significantly influences the production performance,only occurs under extreme conditions(such as very low production rates or well shut-in periods).When water is introduced into the multi-layer system,inter-layer interference becomes nearly *** both the gas-rich layer and water-rich layer for commingled production is not desirable,as it can trigger water invasion from the water-rich layer into the gas-rich *** gas-rich layer might also be interfered with by water from the neighboring unperforated water-rich layer,where the water might break the barrier(eg weak joint surface,cement in fractures)between the two layers and migrate into the gas-rich ***,the gas-rich layer could possibly be interfered with by water that accumulates at the bottom of the wellbore due to gravitational diff

Aggregation-induced Emission of Non-conjugated Poly(amido amine)s:Discovering,Luminescent Mechanism Understanding and Bioapplication

It is found that the fluorescence of aliphatic poly（amido amine）s including linear and hyperbranched ones can be dramatically enhanced by simple aggregation of polymer chains, attributing to the formation of a variety of intra- and interchain clusters with shared lone-pair electrons and the restriction of intramolecular motions. Thanks to the combination of strong solid fluorescence and excellent biocompatibility, these non-conjugated polymers become promising candidates for bioimaging such as bacterial detection. This finding not only extends the aggregation-induced emission（AIE） systems from conjugated compounds to non-conjugated materials, which expands the bioapplication range of AIE systems, but also sheds light on the exploration of novel unconventional luminogens.

Modeling of Pneumatic Muscle with Shape Memory Alloy and Braided Sleeve

Pneumatic muscle （PM） of flexible actuators used in bionic robot is an active area of recent research. A novel PM with shape memory alloy （SMA） braided sleeve is proposed in this paper, and SMA is used to improve PM working characteristics. Based on the principle of virtual work, output force model of PM and relationship with braided wire inner-stress are established, and analysis of PM deformation has shown that braided wire length is the key factor of output force characteristic. Based on the crystal structure transitions, the relationship of temperature with wire shrinkage is derived. Then, the synthetic dynamics of novel PM is established. A physical prototype of PM with SMA braided sleeve is developed, and test platform that is built for the experiment. Experiment and simulation test of static isometric-length, static isobaric-pressure, and dynamic characteristics are done. The experimental results are compared with the simulation of theoretical model. Moreover, based on experiment, model of output force was improved by adding a correction factor to deal with the elastic force of rubber tube. The results analysis demonstrates that the established models are correct, and SMA wires can reinforce PM and make PM working characteristics adjustable. PM proposed in this paper has greater output force and is beneficial to achieve more accurate control that is useful for manipulating fragile things.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have been regarded as prospective rechargeable energy storage devices because of the high theoretical capacity and low redox potential of Zn ***,the uncontrollable formation of dendrites and the water-induced side reactions at the Zn/electrolyte interface,and the poor reversibility under a high current density(>2 mA·cm^(-2))and large area capacity(>2 mAh·cm^(-2))still limit the practical applications of ***,a strategy that can overcome these difficulties is urgently ***,we introduce an environmentally friendly and low-cost additive,namely urea,to the electrolyte of AZIBs to induce uniform Zn deposition and suppress the side *** of the adsorption behavior,electrochemical characterization,and observations of the morphology revealed the interfacial modification induced by urea on the Zn/electrolyte interface,demonstrating its huge potential in ***,the long-term cycling stability(over2100 h)of a Zn/Zn symmetric cell under a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(-2)and a capacity of 5 mAh·cm^(-2)was achieved with a 1 mol·L^(-1)ZnSO_(4)electrolyte with the urea ***,the assembled Zn/NH_4V_4O_(10)full cell with urea exhibited excellent cycling performance and an outstanding average Coulombic efficiency of 99.98%.These results indicate that this is a low-cost and effective additive strategy for realizing highly reversible AZIBs.

BACKGROUND CD155 is an immune checkpoint protein in cancers and interacts with ligands to regulate the immune *** expression of CD155 is correlated with the prognosis and pathological features of breast *** To investigate the expression status of CD155 and the association with exhausted CD4+helper and CD8+cytotoxic tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and PD-L1 in the breast cancer *** One hundred and twenty-six breast cancer patients with invasive ductal breast cancer were consecutively recruited into this *** was used to detect the expression CD155,PD-L1 and PD-1 on tumor-infiltrating immune cells and tumor cells in the *** The proportion of patients with CD155 expression was higher in triple negative breast cancer(72.7%)than in Luminal A patients(22.2%,P<0.05).Patients with positive CD155 expression had a higher percentage of CD4+/PD-1+helper TILs(30%)than patients with negative CD155 expression(21%,P<0.05).Patients with positive CD155 expression also had higher cell counts of exhausted CD4+TILs[47 vs 20/high-power fields(HPF)]and unexhausted CD8+TILs(30 vs 17/HPF)than patients with negative expression(P<0.05).CD155 expression was correlated with increased PD-L1 expression in immune cells,0.8%and 0.02%immune cells expressed PD-L1 in patients with positive and negative CD155 expression,respectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION CD155 was related to an inhibitory immune breast cancer ***155 was associated with a high proportion of exhausted CD4+and unexhausted CD8+TILs and high PD-L1 expression in immune cells.

Origin and tectonic setting of low-Si alkaline magma

Despite of the relatively rare occurrence of alkaline igneous rocks on Earth, they are the most diverse group of igneous rocks due to variations in their mineral assemblages and geochemical compositions. Alkaline igneous rocks are generally characterized by Si undersaturation, and K-Na(and in some cases C) enrichment. Although there is no unified alkaline igneous rock classification scheme, diagrams such as total alkalis-SiO_(2) or K_(2)O-SiO_(2) can be used to classify alkaline igneous rocks. The origins of silica-saturated alkaline rocks(SiO_(2)>52 wt.%) are relatively complex because multiple episodes of magmatism are often involved, therefore most studies have focused on the origins of silica-undersaturated alkaline *** experimental petrological studies have been conducted in the past few decades. Initially, it was considered that enrichment of trace elements was only achieved by low-degree partial melting of mantle peridotite, but the experimental melts could not reproduce the geochemical composition of natural alkaline igneous rocks. Subsequent studies have focused on carbonate-bearing eclogites that represent the average component of subducted oceanic crust. Although experimental studies indicate that silica-undersaturated and alkali-oversaturated melts can be generated from eclogites, some studies have considered that natural silica-undersaturated alkaline igneous rocks are the result of multi-stage source enrichment by incompatible elements. Low-degree partial melts of the mantle can be emplaced in the lithospheric mantle, forming veins consisting of phlogopite, amphibole, and pyroxene. Melting experiments including these components show that the produced melts better reproduce the naturally occurring silica-undersaturated alkaline magmas. Silica-deficient alkaline igneous rocks occur in various tectonic settings. Sub-Nyquist sampling-based wideband spectrum sensing:a compressed power spectrum estimation approach
