This research optimized the structure of lithium extraction solar ponds to enhance the crystallization rate and yield of Li_(2)CO_(3).Using the response surface methodology in Design-Expert 10.0.3,the authors conducted experiments to investigate the influence of four factors related to solar pond structure on the crystallization of Li_(2)CO_(3) and their pairwise *** Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulations of the flow field within the solar pond were performed using COMSOL Multiphysics software to compare temperature distributions before and after *** results indicate that the optimal structure for lithium extraction from the Zabuye Salt Lake solar ponds includes UCZ(Upper Convective Zone)thickness of 53.63 cm,an LCZ(Lower Convective Zone)direct heating temperature of 57.39℃,a CO32−concentration of 32.21 g/L,and an added soda ash concentration of 6.52 g/*** this optimized pathway,the Li_(2)CO_(3) precipitation increased by 7.34% compared to the initial solar pond process,with a 33.33% improvement in lithium carbonate crystallization *** study demonstrates the feasibility of optimizing lithium extraction solar pond structures,offering a new approach for constructing such ponds in salt *** provides valuable guidance for the efficient extraction of lithium resources from carbonate-type salt lake brines.

为探究平面集成瞬态抑制二极管(TVS)对半导体桥(SCB)火工品换能元性能的影响因素以及规律,通过电容放电发火实验,研究了平面集成TVS二极管的并联数量与击穿电压对半导体桥火工品换能元的电爆性能的影响,并通过500 pF/500Ω/25 kV静电放电实验,研究了其对半导体桥火工品换能元的静电可靠性能的影响。结果表明,当激励能量使单个平面集成TVS二极管单位时间吸收的能量接近上限时,增加平面集成TVS二极管并联数量会延长SCB火工品换能元的爆发时间,影响SCB火工品换能元正常爆发,反之,若激励能量不足以使单个平面集成TVS二极管单位时间吸收的能量接近其上限,则SCB火工品换能元爆发性能不会随并联平面集成TVS二极管的数量变化而变化;当激励电压大于平面集成TVS二极管的击穿电压时,TVS二极管击穿电压越低,SCB火工品换能元的爆发时间越长,爆发能量越大,甚至影响SCB火工品换能元正常爆发;降低平面集成TVS二极管的击穿电压、增加并联数量都能够提高SCB火工品换能元的静电可靠性能;设计桥区尺寸为350μm(W)×100μm(L)×2μm(H)的抗静电集成半导体桥芯片时可以集成两个击穿电压略低于14 V或一个击穿电压略高于7 V的TVS二极管。

为了解我国不同大麦品种(系)产量相关性状的杂种优势及配合力,以我国不同产区的17份大麦品种(系)及其按NCⅡ设计配制的72个杂交F1为材料,考察其两年度株高、穗下节间长、穗长、单株穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、单株粒重等产量相关性状的表现,分析各性状的杂交优势与配合力。结果表明,株高正向中亲优势(MPH)与超亲优势(HPH)组合比例最高,两年分别为1.00、1.00与0.97、0.95,其次为穗下节间长、穗长及千粒重;穗粒数与单株穗数的MPH与HPH变幅较大,其次是单株粒重与千粒重。株高的一般配合力(GCA)与特殊配合力(SCA)的效应值和变异最大,其次是穗粒数与千粒重,穗下节间长、穗长、单株穗数及单株粒重相对较小。被测性状F1表型与GCA及SCA均呈显著或极显著正相关。本研究可为我国不同产区大麦品种间的杂交育种及亲本选配提供参考依据。

The operation of aqueous zinc-ion batteries in flexible energy storage field is plagued by the uncontrollable growth of Zn-dendrite and inevitable freeze of water below 0 ℃.Therefore,it is necessary to design a hydrogel electrolyte with good mechanical property and freezing resistance to uniform the Zn-deposition and resist flexibility loss at low *** find that the mechanical property(strength and toughness)of hydrogel electrolyte has a significant impact on the suppression of dendrite growth and the uniform deposition of zinc ***,a polyacrylate hydrogel is prepared in one step by ultraviolet(UV)curing method with Zn(CF_(3)SO_(3))_(2)salt and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)addition to increase the antifreezing ability and mechanical *** adsorption of water molecules by 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and PVA reduces the freezing point of the hydrogel,which is beneficial for enhancing the electrochemical stability at low *** this basis,the Zn-symmetrical battery with hydrogel electrolyte has a long lifespan of 4710 h at 0.5 mA·cm^(-2)and 0.5 mAh·cm^(-2)at room ***,the hydrogel electrolyte exhibits an outstanding stability at low temperature of^(-2)0 ℃,the lifespan of symmetrical battery reaches to 4000 h at 0.5 mA·cm^(-2)and 0.5 mAh·cm^(-2).The assembled full cell with NaV3O8·1.5H_(2)O(NVO)cathode and hydrogel electrolyte possesses a high capacity retention ratio of 77%after 10,000 cycles at^(-2)0 ℃.The flexible cell can power light-emitting diode(LED)lamp under bending,warping and cutting without liquid leakage and an electronic watch at the operating temperature of^(-2)0 ℃.

AIM:To assess the visual outcomes and corneal biomechanical properties of myopia patients between laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and LASIK combined with accelerated corneal crosslinking(LASIK Xtra).METHODS:This prospective study analyzed 52 consecutive myopia patients treated with LASIK Xtra and 45 consecutive myopia patients treated with *** the right eyes in the two groups were *** uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),keratometry values,postoperative central corneal thickness(CCT),corneal demarcation line depth,the corneal compensated intraocular pressure(IOPcc),Goldmann-correlated IOP(IOPg),corneal resistance factor(CRF)and corneal hysteresis(CH)from Ocular Response Analyzer(ORA)were ***,the correlation between the demarcation line depth and ORA-related biomechanical parameters were ***:No significant differences in UDVA,postoperative CCT,or mean K values were found between the 2 groups at 1 to 12mo postoperative follow-up(all P>0.05).The changes of CRF was significantly lower in the LASIK Xtra group compared to the LASIK group(all P0.05).Out of 52 cases in the LASIK Xtra group,the demarcation line was present in 40 eyes(77%).The average depth of the demarcation was 220.73±42.70μm(136 to 288μm).No significant correlation was observed between the depth of the demarcation line and any of the ORA-related biomechanical parameters such as IOPcc,IOPg,CRF and CH at 12mo(all P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Both procedures demonstrate comparable outcomes in terms of visual acuity,refraction and ablation *** study confirms that corneal biomechanical properties of the included patients weakened after both procedures,but the cornea after LASIK Xtra are stiffer than conventional LASIK.

The macrophage-mediated inflammatory response is crucial for the recovery of skeletal muscle following ***,macrophage-based therapeutic targets need to be explored for ischemic *** the current study,we found that the mRNA levels of scavenger receptor A1(Sr-a1)were elevated in patients with critical limb ischemia,based on an analysis of the Gene Expression Omnibus *** then investigated the role and underlying mechanisms of macrophage SR-A1 in a mouse hindlimb ischemia(HLI)*** with the Sr-a1^(fl/fl)mice,the Lyz^(Cre+)/Sr-a1^(flox/flox)(Sr-a1~(ΔMΦ))mice showed significantly reduced laser Doppler blood flow in the ischemic limb on day seven after ***,histological analysis revealed that the ischemic limb of the Sr-a1~(ΔMΦ)mice exhibited more severe and prolonged necrotic morphology,inflammation,fibrosis,decreased vessel density,and delayed regeneration than that of the control Sr-a1~(fl/fl)***,restoring wild-type myeloid cells to the Sr-a1 knockout mice effectively improved the Doppler perfusion in the ischemic limb and mitigated skeletal muscle damage seven days after *** with these in vivo findings,co-cultivating macrophages with the mouse myoblast cell line C2C12 revealed that the Sr-a1^(-/-)bone marrow macrophages significantly inhibited myoblast differentiation in ***,SR-A1 enhanced the skeletal muscle regeneration in response to HLI by inhibiting oncostatin M production via suppression of the NF-κB signaling *** findings indicate that SR-A1 may be a promising candidate protein to improve tissue repair and regeneration in peripheral ischemic arterial disease.

人类的呼出气体中蕴含丰富的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),其种类可达数千种之多。除外界空气携带进入体内的VOCs外,绝大部分的VOCs来自于人体代谢以及人体内微生物的代谢。所以呼出气VOCs携带了大量人体内部的信息,这些信息类似于个体代谢状况的呼出气物质的“指纹”,从而使其有潜力成为健康监测和疾病诊断的理想工具。近年来大量关于疾病和呼出气VOCs的研究展示出有价值的结果。人体内诸多疾病均和体内氧化应激反应具有密切关联,氧化应激反应同样会产生大量VOCs通过肺部排出,这成为了监测疾病的一个新的窗口。今后利用呼出气VOCs分析开展针对感染性疾病、代谢性疾病以及肿瘤等疾病的检测和诊断可能成为一种新的趋势。本文将从呼出气VOCs的概念、采集、检测、临床应用以及VOCs和疾病的关系5个方面展开综述。
