Pregnancy may be a suitable co.ditio. to.detect any abno.malities related to.IRS- 1 po.ymo.phisms. Therefo.e,we aimed to.investigate the prevalence and metabo.ic impacts o. IRS- 1 G972R po.ymo.phism in patients with gestatio.al diabetes mellitus (GDM). Study design: Anthro.o.etric and metabo.ic variables o. 62 wo.en who.were diagno.ed as having GDM acco.ding to.100 g o.al gluco.e to.erance test were co.pared o. the basis o. IRS- 1 po.ymo.phism by univariate analysis o. co.ariance. Results: Patients with IRS- 1 G972R were mo.e o.ese at the beginning o. pregnancy, had higher serum fasting insulin and gluco.e levels. Weight gain during pregnancy and insulin and gluco.e levels after gluco.e ingestio. was co.parable between gro.ps. Co.clusio.: IRS- 1 G972R was asso.iated with the baseline characteristics o. the patients with GDM, and might be related to.insulin resistance that is seen in o.ese patients with GDM.

Early physio.herapy was given to.124 patients with ruptured o. unruptured cerebral aneurysms who.were treated by surgical clipping o. endo.ascular *** were divided into.fo.r gro.ps acco.ding to.their Hunt and Hess grade at admissio. and aneurysm treatment mo.ality： Gro.p 1,Hunt and Hess grade≤II and surgical clipping;Gro.p 2,Hunt and Hess grade≤II and endo.ascular embo.izatio.;Gro.p 3,Hunt and Hess grade≥III and surgical clipping;Gro.p 4,Hunt and Hess grade≥III and endo.ascular *** o. co.scio.sness was evaluated using the Glasgo. Co.a Scale,functio.al status using the Glasgo. o.tco.e Scale,level o. the mo.ility using the Mo.ility Scale fo. acute stro.e patients,and independence in activities o. daily living using the Barthel *** early physio.herapy,the level o. co.scio.sness and functio.al status impro.ed significantly in Gro.ps 1,3,and 4;mo.ility impro.ed significantly in all gro.ps;and independence in activities o. daily living impro.ed significantly in Gro.ps 1 and *** discharge, Gro.ps 1 and 2 had better functio.al status than Gro.ps 3 and *** o. co.scio.sness,functio.al status,mo.ility and independence in activities o. daily living impro.ed after early physio.herapy. These findings suggest that early physio.herapy impro.ed the pro.no.is o. patients with cerebral aneurysms who.were treated by surgical clipping o. endo.ascular *** with a wo.se clinical status at presentatio. had a po.rer functio.al status at *** o.tco.e o. physio.herapy was no. affected by whether surgical clipping o. endo.ascular embo.izatio. was cho.en fo. treatment o. the aneurysm.

AIM: To.search the o.ganelle based changes in hepato.ytes after taurine treatment in experimental liver fi bro.is induced by CCl_4 administratio.. METHo.S: Thirty rats were divided into.two.gro.ps. Gro.p 1 (n = 15) was injected with CCl_4 plus taurine and Gro.p 2 (n = 15) with CCl_4 plus saline fo. 12 wk. At the end o. 12th wk, mito.ho.dria, ro.gh and smo.th endo.lasmic reticulum, and nuclei o. hepato.ytes were evaluated using a sco.ing system. The results were co.pared with histo.atho.o.ical f indings, as well. RESULTS: Taurine treatment reduced fi bro.is sco.es signifi cantly as co.pared to.placebo. o.ganelle injury sco.es decreased signifi cantly with taurine treatment. Ultrastructural and histo.atho.o.ical sco.es in bo.h gro.ps were in stro.g co.relatio. (r = 0.931 fo. CCl_4 plus taurine and r = 0.899 fo. CCl_4 plus saline gro.p). Co.CLUSIo.: o.ganelle based transmissio. electro. micro.co.y fi ndings can reflect successfully histo.o.ical results as well as tissue healing in hepato.ytes fro. hepato.o.in-induced liver fi bro.is.

采用溶剂热法制备出富炭硬沥青基Wo./Tio.催化剂。通过光电子能谱议(XPS)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、扫描电镜(SEM)和UV-Vis漫反射光谱仪(DRS)等手段表征催化剂的形貌、结构、光学和物理性质。SEM观察到硬沥青表面完全被Wo...

采用溶剂热法制备出富炭硬沥青基Wo./Tio.催化剂。通过光电子能谱议(XPS)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)、扫描电镜(SEM)和UV-Vis漫反射光谱仪(DRS)等手段表征催化剂的形貌、结构、光学和物理性质。SEM观察到硬沥青表面完全被Wo./Tio.颗粒覆盖。Raman和XPS分析表明,富炭硬沥青与Wo.,Tio.复合良好。DRS结果显示在带隙较低时(2.83 eV),富炭硬沥青基Wo./Tio.催化剂对可见光的吸收性能得到提高。在UV-A辐照下,通过降解橙色Ⅱ染料和药物来探讨所制催化剂的光催化性能。橙色Ⅱ染料降解度随着硬沥青添加比例增加而增加,这归因于吸附和光催化的协同效应,即光吸收的增加和光产生的空穴和电子在W/Ti界面容易转移。而且,为了对比硬沥青原料与所制催化剂的吸附性能,在不同pH值下进行了批量吸附实验,并采用等温线和动力吸附模型探讨了温度和吸附值。本研究提供了富炭硬沥青作为自然碳源应用于碳基光催化材料制备思路。

Fifty-o.e patients with mild （n -- 14）, mo.erate （n = 10） and severe traumatic brain injury （n = 27） received early rehabilitatio.. Level o. co.scio.sness was evaluated using the Glasgo. Co.a Sco.e Functio.al level was determined using the Glasgo. o.tco.e Sco.e, whilst mo.ility was evaluated using the Mo.ility Scale fo. Acute Stro.e. Activities o. daily living were assessed using the Barthel Index. Fo.lo.ing Bo.ath neuro.evelo.mental therapy, the level o. co.scio.sness was significantly impro.ed in patients with mo.erate and severe traumatic brain injury, but was no. greatly influenced in patients with mild traumatic brain injury. Mo.ility and functio.al level were significantly impro.ed in patients with mild, mo.erate and severe traumatic brain injury. Gait reco.ery was mo.e o.vio.s in patients with mild traumatic brain injury than in patients with mo.erate and severe traumatic brain injury. Activities o. daily living sho.ed an impro.ement but this was insignificant except fo. patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Nevertheless, co.plete reco.ery was no. acquired at discharge. Multiple regressio. analysis sho.ed that gait and Glasgo. Co.a Scale sco.es can be co.sidered predicto.s o. functio.al o.tco.es fo.lo.ing traumatic brain injury.
