Comparison of Space Glucose Control and Routine Glucose Management Protocol for Glycemic Control in Critically Ⅲ Patients： A Prospective, Randomized Clinical Study

Precursor synthesis strategy for polycyclic aromatic conjugated polymers on the application of supercapacitors

Polycyclic aromatics (PCAs) possess excellent photoelectric properties, but the construction of such compounds has been a quite challenging subject of study, mainly due to very low solubility. Herein we report a precursor synthesis strategy for polycyclic aromatic conjugated polymers. A soluble precursor polymer, that containing fusible "double U-shaped aromatic"(DUA) and perylenetetracarboxydiimide (PDI) units, was firstly synthesized by Suzuki coupling. The stereo aromatic units in polymer backbone were found to be converted into polycyclic aromatic units, i.e. hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene (HBC), by chemical or electrochemical oxidation, which resulted in a formation of insoluble polycyclic aromatic conjugated polymers. The electrochemical oxidations that occurred at the interface of electrode and solution exhibited higher cyclization reactivity and leads to the formation of high quality films on the electrode surface. Characterization by Raman and UV-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy validated the successful formation of this HBC structure. Some potential applications of such thin films are being explored, and here we focus on the characteristics of supercapacitors based on their excellent electrochemical properties.

针对当前用户轨迹隐私信息易泄露的问题,提出了一种差分隐私轨迹数据保护方案。该方案在基于位置服务请求用户身份匿名化处理的基础上,采用差分隐私技术对用户的轨迹数据集进行加噪生成轨迹噪声数据集;然后用轨迹加噪后的伪用户替代真实用户执行基于位置的服务请求,从而实现用户身份、轨迹和查询信息的隐私保护。通过安全性分析,所提方案具有匿名性、不可伪造性和抗假冒攻击等安全特性。仿真实验表明,所提方案不仅具有较好的数据可用性,也有一定的效率优越性。

Self-supported NiFe-LDH nanosheets on NiMo-based nanorods as high-performance bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting at industrial-level current densities

Efficient,durable and economic electrocatalysts are crucial for commercializing water electrolysis ***,we report an advanced bifunctional electrocatalyst for alkaline water splitting by growing NiFe-layered double hydroxide(NiFe-LDH)nanosheet arrays on the conductive NiMo-based nanorods deposited on Ni foam to form a three-dimensional(3D)architecture,which exhibits exceptional performances for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER).In overall water splitting,only the low operation voltages of 1.45/1.61 V are required to reach the current density of 10/500 mA·cm^(-2),and the continuous water splitting at an industrial-level current density of 500 mA·cm^(-2) shows a negligible degradation(1.8%)of the cell voltage over 1000 *** outstanding performance is ascribed to the synergism of the HER-active NiMo-based nanorods and the OER-active NiFe-LDH nanosheet arrays of the hybridized 3D ***,the dense NiFe-LDH nanosheet arrays enhance the local pH on cathode by retarding OH-diffusion and enlarge the electrochemically active surface area on anode,while the conductive NiMo-based nanorods on Ni foam much decrease the charge-transfer resistances of both *** study provides an efficient strategy to explore advanced bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water splitting by rationally hybridizing HER-and OER-active components.

Apelin and vascular endothelial growth factor are associated with mobilization of endothelial progenitor cells after acute myocardial infarction

This study was designed to determine the levels of early endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs）, apelin, vascu- lar endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and stromal cell-derived growth factor-1 （SDF-1） after acute myocardial infarction （AMI）, and to investigate the relationships between these cytokines and early EPCs. Early EPCs, de- fined as CD133＋, KDR＋, and CD34~ cells, were quantified by flow cytometry. The levels of early EPCs and those cytokines in AMI patients were significantly different from those with coronary artery disease or controls （P 〈 0.05）. Plasma apelin levels were inversely correlated with Gensini score and early EPCs （both P 〈 0.01）. Early EPCs, VEGF and SDF-1 showed different patterns of changes in AMI patients during the first 24 h. The trend in the change of early EPCs was proportionally correlated with that of VEGF （P 〈 0.05）. AMI patients exhibited in- creased early EPCs with remarkably decreased apelin levels and enhanced VEGF levels.

Reduction of the oxidative damage to H_(2)O_(2)-induced HepG2 cells via the Nrf2 signalling pathway by plant flavonoids Quercetin and Hyperoside

Hyperoside and quercetin are similar in molecular *** this study,the antioxidant regulatory targets of hyperoside and quercetin are mainly in the nuclear factor(erythroid-2-derived)-related factor 2(Nrf2)pathway predicted by network *** the antioxidant effect and mechanism of hyperoside and quercetin were measured and compared in H_(2)O_(2)-induced Hep G2 cells and Caenorhabditis *** findings indicated that quercetin was more effective than hyperoside in reducing oxidative damage,which was proved by improved cell viability,decreased reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,decreased cellular apoptosis,and alleviated mitochondrial *** addition,quercetin was more efficient than hyperoside in enhancing the expression of Nrf2-associated m RNAs,increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and catalase(CAT),and reducing the cellular malondialdehyde(MDA)*** was superior to hyperoside in prolonging the lifespan of worms,decreasing the accumulation of lipofuscin,inhibiting ROS production,and increasing the proportion of skn-1 in the *** the Nrf2 inhibitor ML385,we verified that quercetin and hyperoside primarily protected the cells against oxidative damage via the Nrf2 signalling ***,molecular docking and dynamics simulations demonstrated that the quercetin-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap1)complex was more stable than the hyperoside-Keap1 *** stable structure of the complex might hinder the binding of Nrf2 and Keap1 to release Nrf2 and facilitate its entry into the nucleus to play an antioxidant ***,quercetin had a better antioxidant than hyperoside.

虚拟机迁移有助于均衡云计算系统负载。综合考虑系统负载、能耗和迁移代价指标,提出一种能效的虚拟机迁移算法。设计基于支持向量回归机制的负载预测方法,该方法利用非线性函数集合将已知负载值映射为未知负载值,通过回归模型预测系统负载;将乌鸦搜索算法融入蜻蜓算法中,设计基于乌鸦搜索和蜻蜓优化算法的虚拟机最优部署算法,在作出最佳虚拟机迁移选择的同时,完成高能效负载均衡。实验结果表明,设计的虚拟机迁移算法与基准算法相比,在负载率、能耗和迁移代价等性能指标方面均表现更优。
