Despite the widespread use of malaria rapid diagnostic test(RDT)in clinical practice,there are a lot of *** conducted a secondary analysis of 129 malaria RDT data from rounds 5–8 of the World Health Organization(WHO)product testing summary and discuss the causes of false-negative(FN)results with a focus on low parasite density,improper RDT storage,operation and interpretation,and Plasmodium falciparum with a pfhrp2/3 gene *** results demonstrated that the malaria RDTs currently commercially available might cause FN results in practice.

The sliding wear property of high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel with the equal initial hardness and different microstructures was investigated,and the reasons for the difference of wear resistance between the cementite-bearing(CB)and cementite-free(CF)specimens were *** results show that CF specimens have lower mass loss and surface roughness and shallower wear depth than CB specimens during wear *** with CB specimen,CF specimen presents superior wear *** is due to two reasons:(1)a lot of retained austenite in CF specimen is easy to produce TRIP effect and be transformed into martensite during wear process,which notably increased the surface hardness of worn specimen;(2)there is a nondestructive oxide layer in the surface of cementite-free worn specimen,which can protect the surface of worn specimen from *** the combined effect of retained austenite and oxide layer,the loss of matrix is ***,CF specimen exhibits high wear *** reveals that the wear mechanism of high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel with different microstructures can provide a reference for improving the wear resistance in high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel in future.

传递窗是内镜中心诊间与清洗消毒室传递洁、污内镜的常用工具。但由于诊间预定内镜时与清洗消毒室沟通上存在的不便利性,常出现清洗消毒室提供内镜不及时的情况。为解决此问题,该研究利用物联网技术构建了一种基于传递窗的内镜智能化取用系统。该系统包括需求获取模块、窗口预定模块、预定响应模块、取用反馈模块和状态调整模块,在内镜传递过程中实现了智能化信息交互,并可对整个内镜传递过程进行质量控制,提升了内镜使用率和诊间工作效率。

Weight Data Fusion Based on Mutual Support Applied in Large Diameter Measurement

The on-line diameter measurement of larger axis workpieces is hard to achieve high precision detection, because of the bad environment of locale, the problem to amend the measuring error by non-uniform temperature field, and the difficulty to collimate and locate by usual method. By improving the measurement accuracy of larger axis accessories, it is useful to raise axis and hole＇s industry produce level. Because of the influence of complex environment in locale and some influential factors which are hard excluded from the large diameter measurement with multi-rolling-wheels method, the measurement results may not support or even contradict each other. To the situation, this paper puts forward a mutual support deviation distinguish data fusion method, including mutual support deviation detection and weight data fusion. The mutual support deviation detection part can effectively remove or weaken the unexpected impact on the measurement results and the weight data fusion part can get more accurate estimate result to the detected data. So the method can further improve the reliability of measurement results and increase the accuracy of the measurement system. By using the weight data fusion based on the mutual support （DFMS） to the simulation and experiment data, both simulation results and experiment results show that the method can effectively distinguish the data influenced by unexpected impact and improve the stability and reliability of measurement results. The new provided mutual support deviation distinguish method can be used to single sensor measurement and multi-sensor measurement, and can be used as a reference in the data distinguish of other area. The DFMS is helpful to realize the diameter measurement expanded uncertainty in 5 ×10^-6D or even higher when the measured axis workpiece＇s diameter is 1-5 m （ 1 m ≤ D ≤5 m ）.

膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)是临床上发病率最高的骨关节炎,治疗不当或不及时将有致残的风险。脂肪来源的基质血管组分(Stromal vascular fraction,SVF)作为一种新型的干细胞治疗方法,近年来已在临床上用于治疗膝骨关节炎,具有排斥反应小、安全性高、临床疗效好等特点。本文对SVF临床使用的安全性,以及制备提取途径、回输方法、治疗KOA的机制与疗效等进行综述,以期为SVF在临床进一步推广与应用提供参考和思路。

为了揭示城市多维特征与共享单车停车需求的时空关系及其关联尺度,结合上海市多源数据,构建以骑行距离为约束的多尺度时空地理加权回归模型(RD-MGTWR)来探究建成环境和区域经济属性对停车需求影响的时空异质性模式.模型对比分析表明,相比于时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR),MGTWR模型表现出更好的解释力和可靠性,骑行距离的引入也进一步提高了MGTWR模型的鲁棒性.结果显示社会经济属性对停车需求的正向影响尺度具有全局性,而区位条件的负向影响呈现局部异质性,在通勤早高峰的内环中心区域最为显著.此外,具有微观空间或时间作用尺度的公交站点密度、地铁站点密度和购物类服务设施密度对停车需求产生了正负向影响.影响因素尺度效应的发现有助于指导停车设施的分区规划和共享单车的分时调度.

Skeleton-Based Human Action Recognition via Screw Matrices

With the recent advent of low-cost acquisition depth cameras, extracting 3D body skeleton has become relatively easier, which significantly lighten many difficulties in 2D videos including occlusions, shadows and background extraction, etc. Directly perceived features,for example points, lines and planes, can be easily extracted from 3D videos such that we can employ rigid motions to represent skeletal motions in a geometric *** apply screw matrices, acquired by using rotations and translations in 3D space, to model single and multi-body rigid motion. Since screw matrices are members of the special Euclidean group SE(3), an action can be represented as a point on a Lie group, which is a differentiable manifold. Using Lie-algebraic properties of screw algebra, isomorphic to se(3), the classical algorithms of machine learning in vector space can be expanded to manifold space. We evaluate our approached on three public3 D action datasets: MSR Action3 D dataset, UCF Kinect dataset and Florence3D-Action Dataset. The experimental results show that our approaches either match or exceed state-of-the-art skeleton-based human action recognition approaches.
